I had the pleasure of spending my vacation at Asteria Hotels & Resorts and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It was a wonderful time, full of relaxation, a great atmosphere, and professional service. I felt welcome from day one, and my stay definitely exceeded my expectations.
The food was delicious and varied – everyone could easily find something to enjoy. The drinks and other beverages were top-notch and always prepared with a smile. Another huge plus was the internet, which worked seamlessly throughout the hotel.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoroughly cleaned daily. I would especially like to thank Fulya Gastroation, who kept my room tidy. Everything was always perfectly prepared, and their kindness and smile made returning to the room a pleasure every day.
I also loved the view from my window – I could admire the beautiful surroundings every day, which added to the unique atmosphere of this place.
The pools were well-maintained, and the water was the perfect temperature. The water park offers plenty of attractions and is a place where you can spend the whole day having a great time. I also played billiards and table tennis – it was a fantastic way to spend my free time.
My favorite snack was freshly made pancakes with butter and sugar by the small pool. My sincere thanks to Gözlemeci Ayse, who prepared them every day with great dedication. She is an incredibly kind, warm, and smiling woman, who made this snack even more delicious.
The ride to the beach in a golf cart was also a great option. It's very convenient, especially on hot days.
I also took advantage of massages provided by Purmin and May. Both ladies are true professionals – thanks to them, I was able to completely relax and unwind. Their skills, dedication, and concern for the guests' comfort deserve the highest praise.
I also had the opportunity to dine at the Alacarte restaurant, where we were greeted by the delightful waiter, Huseyin Kuday. He was incredibly professional, polite, and very dedicated to his work. Throughout the evening, he paid attention to every detail, ensuring the dinner took place in an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. You simply don't forget people like them – I wholeheartedly thank you for your kindness, warmth, and for making this evening truly special.
The entire hotel staff deserves enormous praise. All the staff were smiling, helpful, and friendly. I will remember my stay at Asteria Hotels & Resorts with great fondness and hope to return someday. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Excellent hotel with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and professional, especially the bar staff and waiters, who always provided excellent service.
I would also like to mention Emre, who drove guests to the beach. He was always polite, cheerful, and welcoming. It was clear that he genuinely cared about guests and always made us feel comfortable. Small things like his friendly attitude and positive energy made a big difference during our stay.

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and genuine hospitality. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team does an excellent job every day. Everything was spotless, and the overall hygiene standards were impressive.
The food was delicious throughout our stay, but the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning, and the restaurant staff were always smiling, attentive, and happy to help.
A special thank you to Mr. Tolunay for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. One evening during dinner, we asked if it was possible to get some butter, and although it wasn't readily available, he kindly went to the kitchen and brought it for us without hesitation. Small gestures like this show how much the staff truly care about their guests and made us feel valued throughout our stay.
The cocktails were also excellent, and the bars served a great selection of drinks prepared with care. We also loved the entertainment activities organized during the day and in the evenings. They made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for guests of all ages.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The friendly staff, delicious food, excellent cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding service made our holiday unforgettable. A good hotel with an excellent team. We stayed there with our family and friends and had a wonderful time.
We would especially like to highlight the kids’ club team. The girls speak several languages and run a full, engaging program for children from morning until evening, with breaks for lunch. Face painting, games, drawing, arts and crafts, a kids’ disco, and many other activities keep the children entertained throughout the day.
There are also various activities organized for adults during the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
