I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends, and we were truly impressed with everything from start to finish. The Turkish cuisine offered at the hotel was a real highlight — every meal was full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and authentic recipes. We especially loved the mezes and desserts!
The staff made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Whether it was at the reception, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. We felt very much at home and appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true taste of Turkish hospitality, great food, and a friendly environment. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

The hotel is fantastic. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Thanks to the chefs for the wonderful, varied and very tasty food. Thanks to all the staff, they are all great, bartenders, waiters, animators, the woman who makes pies in the hotel on the way to the beach. The maids cleaned the rooms and the whole hotel every day, the cleanliness is for 10+. The pools are very clean, everything is excellent. We had a great vacation at your hotel.

Absolutely not recommended – terrible experience!
I stayed at this hotel with my mother, hoping for a relaxing vacation, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
1. Language barrier: This is Turkey, yet the first language spoken here is Russian. English is barely used and almost no staff speaks it properly – not at the reception, not in the restaurant, not even the waiters or spa staff.
2. Reception staff: Unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I asked for something, they either forgot or acted confused. Basic communication in English was nearly impossible.
3. No iron in the room: I was charged €25 just to iron 3 dresses. A basic amenity like this should be available in a so-called 5-star hotel.
4. Spa disaster: We booked a massage, but their card machine wasn’t working. One of the spa employees followed me over 20 times asking me to try paying again. He didn’t speak a word of English and was extremely annoying and stressful.
5. Medical help was a joke: One day I felt very unwell with fever and a headache. They pointed me to a doctor who didn’t speak any English. He just used Google Translate and told me to go to a pharmacy and buy medicine myself. Totally unacceptable.
6. Room downgrade: I booked a specific room, but we received a poor, downgraded version. It was supposed to be a gift for my mother, but we were both deeply disappointed. Nothing looked like the pictures.
7. Taxi scam: I asked for a taxi at reception – they said €18. The driver then charged me €28. The hotel didn’t take responsibility at all.
8. Pool chaos: No free loungers near the pool – everything is “reserved.” It’s overcrowded, smoky from BBQs, and the food is the same every day with no variety or quality.
9. Zero hospitality: The staff lacked basic manners and seemed irritated when asked for anything. It felt like they were doing us a favor for every small request.
I made this trip as a surprise for my mother, and this hotel completely ruined our vacation.
Do not waste your money – this place doesn’t even come close to what it advertises. A nightmare from start to finish.

We stayed 5 days in this hotel and we are very satisfied with the excellent service.
Good and plentiful food.
Games for children.
Good music and activities for all age groups.
Especially the boys who played games in the pool were communicative and very funny with us.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Asteria Collection Side in Turkey, booked through Orex Travel. The hotel impressed us with its beautiful architecture and clean, peaceful environment. We had a lovely room with a pool view, which we really enjoyed.
The resort was calm and not overcrowded – just the way we like it. The food was tasty and varied, with plenty of delicious local dishes. Service at the pool and in the restaurant was always friendly and professional.
We also appreciated the wide range of excursions organized by Orex Travel – they offer many interesting trips, and that added a lot to our experience. Everything was well-planned and hassle-free. Big thanks to Orex Travel – we’ll definitely travel with them again!
