What an amazing holiday! This is without a doubt one of the best hotels we've stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible- so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Everywhere you looked there were staff constantly cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the grounds. The hotel was absolutely spotless from morning until night, which really stood out.
The vibes at the pool and beach were really great and we loooooved the activities such a great touch.
The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every meal was fresh and delicious. A special mention has to go to the breakfast- it was honestly the best hotel breakfast I've had in years. The quality, variety, and freshness were exceptional.
The whole resort was beautifully maintained, had a wonderful atmosphere, and everything was organised so well.
Overall, I genuinely can't fault a thing. Everything was 10/10, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning!

Me and my partner fully enjoyed our time here. We arrived late after a long almost 25 hour long travel day and the staff were quick to get us checked in, bring our luggage to our room then we had a lovely late dinner at the à la carte restaurant.
The area may not be near anything major but this allowed us to fully relax, enjoy the sheep next door, kittens and their mama on the grounds and disconnect from our busy life at home. We had a whole week to just swim/snorkel in the sea, enjoy the warm pool, and the great hotel food/drinks before moving on to another area of the island.
Staff were all great! Always greeted us with a smile when passing by, bringing our food/drinks or whenever at meal times.
Food at the à la carte restaurant was exceptionally good. We fully enjoyed every meal and the service that was provided by the staff.
The younger blonde Ukrainian girl (sorry I didn’t catch her name) working was always happy to make me fun drinks I found on TikTok!!
The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed how this hotel is in a more rural area surrounded by animals and farms.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone also looking to relax and disconnect from the city to stay here as well!!

Great place to unwind on a vacation. The grounds and pool are very nice. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The Spa was very good as well. My wife and I both booked a massage. We booked the Relaxing 70 min and the Hippocrates 55 min massages. Maria and Danai did a wonderful job!! The saunas and indoor pool were amazing. Ava also did a great job as well!! The bar staff by the beach worked very hard taking care of the guests and were very nice. We booked thisbproperty with 3 fncs that I had with IHG. Well worth it.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Le Mer during our stay at Kimpton Crete. The setting is simply stunning, with beautiful views by the sea and pool creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing meal and drinks.
The food was excellent, the cocktails were superb, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. What truly made the experience special, however, was the outstanding service. Manolis and his team were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests had a great time. Their friendliness and professionalism elevated an already wonderful experience.
The massages we had at the spa were excellent! Just what we both needed!
Whether you're looking for a memorable lunch, sunset drinks, or a special dinner by the water, Le Mer is a must-visit. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

We had such a lovely stay at this seafront hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is beautiful, right by the sea, and the views were absolutely stunning.
The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they really made us feel at home.
One thing we really appreciated was the game room, which was especially useful on the rainy days. It gave us somewhere fun to relax and pass the time when the weather wasn’t great, and it was a lovely added touch.
Breakfast every morning was delicious, with a great selection of fresh food. A special mention has to go to the lady making the omelettes — she was just lovely. So warm and cheerful every morning, and the omelettes were absolutely delicious.
I also need to thank Bozena as she was just like a sunshine:)
Overall, a fantastic stay in a wonderful hotel. We would definitely come back again.
