Pros:

Cons:
- Behind a busy and through road. Can hear road noise from the balcony.
Hence, lacks the feel of tranquility and peacefulness. So you can’t really enjoy and sit at your balcony.
- Sauna, steam and indoor only available for use until 6pm which is a shame. It would be nice if they could extend it to a later time like 9pm so that you can enjoy the wellness facilities after a day outside.
- Coffee and orange juice should be available as an option for guests to pour themselves since the coffee is out of a machine anyways. This way, the staff can focus more on other duties.
- The waitress older lady with a long black curly hair that was working in the outside patio breakfast area was very unfriendly, grumpy and borderline rude when we were having breakfast (4/6/26 around 9am).
This made us feel so unwelcoming and started the day with unpleasantry.
It even made us feel the need to dine inside instead for breakfast just to avoid her. She should be working in a non-customer facing role i.e. back kitchen if she’s not a hospitable person.
Having said that, in general, all other staffs are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake for my belated birthday. Thanks for that!

We stayed at La Mer Resort at the end of October, and our experience was truly extraordinary. From the beautiful surroundings to the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Uxue at reception, who was absolutely amazing and assisted us throughout our stay with such warmth and professionalism. She truly made us feel valued and welcomed.
We would also like to thank Antonis at the restaurant and bar for his excellent service and friendly attitude — every dining experience was a pleasure. Additionally, Penelope from guest relations deserves special recognition for helping with all our wishes and ensuring everything was perfectly arranged.
The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care from the entire team made this stay one we will always remember. We cannot wait to return.

A great hotel with absolutely amazing staff in all the departments. Always very attentive and more than willing to help whenever you ask. All the members of staff were truly fantastic. Always smiling and welcoming. I want to thank each and every one of them for their help in making our stay so enjoyable.
The hotel is in a very quiet location, fields either side. Relaxation is not a problem. If you are looking for a completely chilled holiday this is a great place for that. If you like to go out exploring/visiting, this is a great base but hiring a car is essential.
The pool and beach area always had enough sun loungers, seats and chairs available. Plenty shade to get out the sun. Pool was a good size.
Breakfast and dinner in the main buffet restaurant was a nice experience, never overly busy nor noisy, everyone was very respectful of the ambience. Food was really good with lots of options and mostly Greek which we liked. Plenty drinks on offer from water to wine, all reasonably priced.
We had a standard side sea view room but it was more than adequate. Good sized double bed (2 singles together but with no obvious join/zip to the mattress) and nice balcony. Coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, cups, glasses all available also a mini fridge and a safe (free). Separate WC and shower which is always a good idea. The room was nicely decorated and plenty lights available. Air con unit not noisy. Rooms serviced every day if you wish. Bottles of water and coffee pods replenished daily (free).
You just won’t go wrong booking at stay at this hotel…it was excellent. Such a chilled vibe which we needed.

Honestly, some of the best service I have ever experienced. From the big things to the tiny details, this hotel gives 100 percent in every aspect. My partner and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing.
We did not book an all inclusive package which meant we could enjoy both the buffet and the on-site à la carte restaurant. Both were excellent with consistently top-tier service. The hotel has a private beach where you can order drinks straight to your lounger. There is a lovely spa plus indoor and outdoor gyms. The guest relations team made everything effortless and booked our excursions for us, including a tour of Knossos Palace and a day trip to Santorini, which saved us the hassle of sorting it ourselves.
Every member of staff we met was wonderful. Special thanks to Sparticus on front desk (nights) who went above and beyond by driving my partner to a local shop when our chargers stopped working.
I could not recommend this hotel more. A complete treat from start to finish!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, great facilities. Good varied breakfast, nice food and drink at the beach bar. A lot of things to do in the hotel itself and is overall relaxing and a beautiful place. Great beds and pillows, very nice shower.
