I have stayed at many 5-star resorts, but unfortunately Annabelle Beach Resort was one of the biggest disappointments.
The biggest issue is the lack of sunbeds. Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, it is almost impossible to find a free sunbed at either the pools or the beach unless you reserve one very early in the morning.
The food is below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. The selection is limited, repetitive, and nothing really stands out. The all-inclusive drinks are also disappointing, and having to pay extra for most cocktails is not what I expect from a resort advertised as 5 stars.
Another major problem is the pool bar, where there is often only one staff member serving everyone. This results in long queues and unnecessary waiting times just to get a drink.
The staff are friendly, and the gardens are well maintained, with a nice beachfront location. However, these positives are not enough to make up for the overall experience.
In my opinion, this hotel is closer to a 3.5–4 star resort than a true 5-star property. Unfortunately, I would not return and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine 5-star all-inclusive holiday.

We spent 2 beautiful weeks at Annabelle Beach Resort. Localization is amazing. From the hotel area you can easily get to an amazing beach. Hotel itself has 2 big pools where together with the beach area, everyone can find a space to enjoy sunny days. Food was great, everyday something new popped up in a menu. Everyone can find something fitting in their preferences. Hotel has its own very cosy vibe. At the very last, the crew working there is incredibly friendly, always trying to give you a bit of an attention even when they are busy. If you are going to spend some time in the area of the pool bar close to the beach, you are going to be stunned by amazing Valia working there. You will always feel very welcome by her beautiful smile and a will to provide you best possible service.

This was the most horrible holiday of my life. The whole 10 days of our holiday the beach was closed because it was so windy I couldn't swim and the beach is full of slippy rocks you can't swim. The swimming pool is full everyone wakes up fights over towels and run to the sunbeds to reserve them all, absolutely no space, there is never any towels left and they're not washed well. the food is horrible they just have week old fish and fruit from tins, i ate spaghetti for 10 days and there was bugs crawling in the bread i think the food was the worst part of this holiday, the juice cups were tiny i dont know if they were trying to save money on juice. The rooms are dirty. No entertainment just walking around. They just gave you one bottle of water on arrival and if you wanted more water is was 4 euros, they didn't change the bed sheets and the amount of stairs you have to go up just to get to your room exhausting. The staff aren't really nice. The only channels they have on the TV in the room is just news channels there is nothing but news to watch and rooms don't make sense very very dirty shower I had to wear the slippers in the shower because the floor is brown and where the water runs it's white, tap water is dirty and towels are brown with dirt. I do not recommend this holiday I has to spent 600 euros in town to eat real food. It is so busy can't even get a sun bed. I can't belive this holiday is 5 stars

Before arriving, as always, I checked the reviews of this hotel. My first impression from reading them was that I was going somewhere terrible and unsanitary.🫣
But! The reality was completely different! Maybe the hotel is not a 5-star resort, and it is a little worn out and could use some renovation, but that did not affect our vacation at all! Our flight was early, and we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM. The room was supposed to be available from 2 PM, but the receptionist suggested to have breakfast at first, and by 10 AM we already had our room!
The hotel’s location is 10/10 — you probably couldn’t find a better one! The view was wow!
Food 10/10 — everything we ate was delicious.
And the biggest thanks to all the staff — I haven’t seen so many smiles and such kindness in a long time! You are wonderful!❤️
Cleanliness 9/10 — the room was cleaned every day. As for the room itself, as I mentioned, the rooms are a little outdated, but I did not find them dirty or untidy in any way.
Also, special thanks to the beach bar bartender VALIA ( apologize if I heard the name incorrectly)— an amazing person, always smiling and spreading positive energy. I wish her all the best! 🌸
To sum up, when you go on vacation to relax instead of looking for tiny flaws, as it seems many people do judging from some reviews, your holiday experience becomes completely different.

Location is not very good, to better places need to drive nearly 4 hours. Rooms not too bad, but no films to watch on tv only some tv shows and still with some lagging. Room service very poor, stay for a week, needed to ask for slippers and bathrobe. Some of our friends they got kettle in the room others not, some rooms got new bottle of water everyday, some did not get all week. Needed to go to reception and ask. The way to reception and canteen from the rooms is up the hill by stairs long walk. The beach is not safe to swim stones everywhere, seen only 2 people swimming. Our experience was not very good at this place. Would not come back. The hotel events is the worst I ever experienced, there was some yoga some 30 min swimming pool exercises, and evening event looks like little party at the parents house on christmas. Was expecting some show or something.
