Incredible service! The staff are so lovely and great (Deserve good tips!). Lovely drinks and good food with a mix of new and the same general fair. Buffet dinner with both food for adventurous and picky eaters. The drinks are to die for, especially the daiquiris! I would recommend the extra for the pool views as it is simply stunning with the mountain and alcudia canal in view, as well as the pool. The pool itself is lovely with a pool bar and shallow kids pool as well as a deep end for swimming. No competition for sun loungers! There are always loungers available till 10 am when breakfast ends as people do both the pool and explore the town. Sports on inside the bar and entertainment on at night but is good for those preferring less entertainment as only one act on at night while you have a cocktail. It's a bit lively in the surrounding area if that's for you, and if it's not then the triple glazing on your balcony works to silence it. Couldn't recommend more!

Great hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Stayed for 8 nights, the rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we asked if we could upgrade to a pool view room on arrival and since they had one available this was done no problem.
We only had B&B so I can’t speak for the dinner selection but they breakfast was great with good variety.
The pool area was also very clean and there was always loungers available - the pool bar is such a great feature also and the bar staff are fun and friendly.
One thing that could possibly be improved on is the lack of activities/games etc at the pool during the day, however this may not be that kind of hotel.
The location is also great, 2 minutes walk to the strip where there loads of bars, shops and restaurants available. About a 15 minute walk to the port which we did a couple of evenings but a taxi can also be got which takes 5 minutes and costs less than €10.
Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back 🏖️

We came home today 11/7/25. It’s our second time staying in this hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals are great. Lots to choose from. Nice little gym. Great spa

The hotel is ok, but adjust your mind set to the hotel being closer in standard to a 2/3 star hotel. It's not a 4 star experience, the quality just isn't there. The rooms are small but clean, suitable only for couple I would not recommend for a family.
The breakfast was fine, however the evening meal can only be described as poor, it's basically the same meal every night. With very some small changes. Cold meat and cheese selection was normally dried out, the pastas were pretty awful. The veg looked like it had been re-heated from the previous night not sure of this was the case or not. Pizza was on offer which was ok, and some fresh cooked meats. They had an ok fresh fruit selection.
I don't understand all the glowing reviews of the food as speaking to some of the other guests the consensus was the same.
Evening entertainment is basically karaoke style singers. With loud music on until about 2330. Forget any chance of getting the kids to bed before this time as the music is loud even in the hotel rooms with the windows shut.
I think the hotel was over priced for what it offered, if you are considering it, I would suggest a short stay less than a week and go breakfast only. We went to eat lunch in the hotel one day as well, but even a simple hamburger was un-edible which we sent back and went somewhere else.
The pool area is probably the best feature of the hotel, but it is smaller than it looks in the photos. The hotel staff were friendly,
In summary the hotel is ok, but I think it's overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't stay again.

Honestly this is a great hotel, fully equipped for all activities, suitable for family and people. Every night the hotel offers live music performances, I appreciate this, in addition to the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna inside, helping people with musculoskeletal diseases to be able to swim and recover, which is absolutely great. I have some suggestions for the hotel, the first is about the reception style of the male staff, not very friendly, the second is the most important is cleaning the room, need to be more meticulous. Another thing is that the room is exposed to outside light at night, it is really quite uncomfortable. I highly appreciate the attentive service of the hotel receptionist, her name is Dagmar, she is wonderful, she knows many languages and can communicate well in German, she also helped us with a few things. We are completely satisfied and appreciate the hotel, I can only continue to recommend it to everyone.
