An excellent hotel with a nice, relaxed atmosphere - & at a very good price. Staff are phenomenal, couldn't be more helpful. Rooms a little on small side, but are clean and comfortable. Note some of the rooms on the first floor have extended terraces facing the pool area - we were lucky to be allocated room 125. All other rooms have small balconies.
Very pleasant pool and bar area, no shortage of sun loungers and seating.
Food was buffet style and of very good quality. A little similar each night, but everyone found something they like. Entertainment was limited, but the guitarist on Saturday night was very good.
Location was brilliant, 5 minutes from bus stop, 8 minutes to the beach. Several supermarkets close at hand.
Overall a very enjoyable stay, you will have a great holiday if you choose this hotel.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this excellent hotel, honestly can't fault it,food is amazing staff are so friendly and helpful and everything is very well maintained. The only criticism I have is that despite there being a large kiddie pool the guests with small children and babies don't actually use it and go in the main pool where unfortunately some people don't like to jump in and play games etc incase they splash the little ones.i would suggest a sign saying no children under 5 so it would encourage people to use the very good size children's pool. But apart from that it really is a well run hotel in a good position and with excellent facilities,spar etcetera. Highly recommend

a great hotel with very good staff. The facilities are perfect and location great. only 200m or so from the beach.
A lovely pool area with a swim up bar and one of the best barman on the Island, Tony, what a guy, he keep about 100 of us in drinks all day and had the pool area buzzing with his play list

Overall, my stay at the hotel left a pleasant impression. The food was well prepared and generally tasty. However, there are some areas that could be improved, especially regarding breakfast.
There was a wide variety of cheeses available at breakfast, but unfortunately most of them were tasteless. Also, almost all of the sausages and cold cuts were made from pork. It would be good to consider that some guests do not eat pork for religious or personal reasons, so having more alternatives would be appreciated.
I also noticed that the fruit served in the morning was not always fresh. It is possible that some of it was left over from the previous evening. For example, the melon had a sour taste and was impossible to eat.
Regarding cleanliness — overall, the hotel was clean, but I noticed that the drain hole in the sink was covered with black residue, which looked like mold and dirt. For a hotel of this standard, this should be improved.
Another disappointment was the bed. We booked a double room with a double bed, but in reality it was just two separate beds pushed together. During the night, the mattresses kept moving apart, and we were constantly falling into the gap between them. For a 4-star hotel, this is not the level of comfort expected.
Overall, considering that this is a 4-star hotel, my expectations were slightly higher. The room was clean, but the size, comfort, and sleeping arrangements could definitely be improved.

In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. The standard is closer to a 2–3 star hotel. The rooms are very small, and once you place your suitcases against the wall, moving around the bed becomes difficult.
Unfortunately, noise is a major issue. You can clearly hear guests walking through the corridors as well as people staying in neighboring rooms. The biggest problem, however, is the poor sound insulation from outside. The windows are old and do very little to block the noise from the surrounding nightlife area. If you are looking for a good night’s sleep, especially before 11 PM, this is not the place for you.
The breakfasts and dinners were average at best. While there was a wide selection of food, the quality was disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel advertised as 4-star.
The surrounding area also left a very negative impression. Many places felt dirty, unpleasant odors were common, and aggressive promoters constantly approached tourists outside restaurants and bars. This made walking around far less enjoyable than expected. It is definitely not a destination I would choose to visit again.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. The tiny rooms, poor soundproofing, mediocre food, disappointing surroundings, and several questionable observations make it unlikely that I would return. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine 4-star
