In our last ten years of travelling for both business and vacation, this was the best hotel experience! The staff was phenomenal, beyond professional service. They accommodated a special request for birthday, topped it with their own gift of Cava bottle. Overall, the hotel was very clean, room was modern and comfortable, and very clean. They replenish a mini.bar with water, soft drinks and beer for free daily. Pull area is great and a bar staff was extremely friendly and fast despite ery hot weather and lots of guests. Breakfast selection was wide and everyone could find something. Even at 10:30am all the options were replenished.

The hotel is very beautiful, and I believe it offers a very good price-quality ratio because the services provided are excellent. As for the location, it is in Palma—while it might not be the absolute best spot in the city, it is still close to the promenade. You can easily step out for an evening stroll and walk all the way to the center of Palma. Next time, I would probably choose to stay at the INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Center instead, but this one is still a very solid choice.
The rooms are very decent and clean, and the bathrooms are perfectly fine. A great bonus is that the minibar is included in the room price and is restocked daily. Breakfast was also very good in my opinion, with high-quality food. The only minor detail was that fresh vegetables were provided in rather small quantities, but they were at least available.
We absolutely loved the beautiful pool in the inner courtyard! The service there is great, and the food and drinks you can order by the pool are very reasonably priced.
However, there is one major negative point regarding the pool: it closes at 19:00. While I understand the closing time, they put up these fences around it that make the whole area look like a construction site. All the aesthetic charm is ruined. If you bought a pool-view room expecting that idyllic evening atmosphere shown on the hotel’s website, you will be disappointed, as your view abruptly turns into a construction zone. We actually had a room with a street view, so we didn't personally suffer from this disadvantage, but it is definitely something to consider before booking a pool-view room.
Overall, it was a good choice and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at INNSiDE Palma Bosque for my hen weekend and couldn't have picked a better hotel for our trip!
The location was ideal, it’s just behind the seafront promenade, around a 10-minute walk to Santa Catalina where we spent most evenings.
There was also a taxi rank right outside the hotel, making it really easy to get around. We took a taxi to Palmanova/Magaluf, which only took around 15 minutes.
The hotel itself was modern, clean and had a great atmosphere. We spent lots of time relaxing around the lovely pool area, and the pool bar served amazing drinks. The Aperol Spritz was 10/10!
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would happily return. I'd highly recommend INNSiDE Palma Bosque for anyone visiting Palma, especially for a girls' trip or hen weekend.

Stayed over the weekend, room only. Very clean, quiet, but I'm sure it's the time of the year. Drinks refilled everyday in the roomini bar fridge. WiFi reasonable quality signal. Close to the marina within walking distance. Around 25 minutes walk to the cathedral. We will definitely come back.

Situated about a 30 min walk from the centre of Palma, this hotel does not disappoint. The rooms, breakfast and staff were all great. The walk into Palma is very easy and flat and can be done along the promenade or along local streets lined with shops and bars etc. There are local buses that stop near to the hotel that can take you into Palma or to Cala Major, which has a lovely little beach and a nice selection of cafes for lunch etc. Highly recommended.
