We had a great stay at this clean and well-maintained hotel right by the sea! The food was amazing—while breakfast was almost the same every day, the dinners were very varied thanks to a grill station serving everything from burgers and spaghetti to fish and kebab. Having meals right next to the water was beautiful. The beach just a few meters away has pebbles on the shore but sand in the water; it is slightly worse than the main Cala Millor beach, but it was almost empty, which was fantastic. The staff is super friendly, especially José, Daniel, David, and Lucy. There is a great promenade, and I highly recommend renting a car for trips (bring cash for the car). The rooms are quite small, but you don't spend the day there anyway. Just note that street-view rooms are noisy until midnight due to live music from the English bar opposite. You can either go to sleep later, use good earplugs, enjoy the concert from your bed, or pay extra for a quieter sea-view room.

We stayed at the Illusion Moreyo hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is warm and friendly, which immediately sets a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking and the price difference to get one is surprisingly affordable.
As for dining, the half-board option is definitely worth it. The meals are delicious and offer a wonderful variety, more than enough to keep everyone satisfied throughout the stay.
A hotel I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Majorca, especially if you’re looking for great value with an unforgettable view!

I have a reclaim to do on my booking for hotel illusion Moreyo in mallorca, On July 26, 2026, at around 12:00 AM, I got trapped inside the bathroom of Room 319 at Ilusion Moreyo Hotel because the bathroom door would not open. As I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and have a history of miscarriage, this incident caused me significant stress and fear. The hotel is responsible for ensuring that room facilities are safe and functional. I request a full refund for my 4-night stay due to the inconvenience and distress caused. I also have video evidence showing that the bathroom door was defective.i spoke with the manager of the hotel michele and he was pointing that I waited just 8 min trapped in the bathroom and it was thanks to my husband which opened the bathroom door, and was more than 8 min,the hotel staff didn’t do anything. And I asked the manager if my stress and trauma was worth just a dinner that he offered to us, which I didn’t accepted.

We have recently returned from our holiday at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, extremely well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We booked a suite which was fabulous The staff were attentive and professional throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. Miguel the hotel manager very happy to help and his English was fantastic any problem was sorted straight away
Unfortunately, there were several aspects that let the experience down. The food options were very limited and did not cater well to English guests, which made dining quite difficult. More concerning was the absence of a lifeguard at the pool. During our stay, we had to assist a guest who got into serious difficulty in the water, which highlighted a significant safety issue.
Additionally, there was very little atmosphere around the pool area, which lacked the sense of relaxation and enjoyment one would normally expect on holiday.
Overall, while the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are excellent, improvements to food variety, pool safety, and guest experience would make a considerable difference

Had a brilliant stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing with a great selection every day. The pool and spa area were lovely, and the hotel is literally just a few seconds’ walk from the beach – perfect location. We had a side sea view room, which was lovely; you could hear a bit of noise from the nearby bars, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The rooms were kept spotless, with fresh towels provided as often as we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely return and highly recommend!
