The rooms are very clean although need some nails to hold in the edges of the door frame. But the staff and wonderful. I came during off season so some of the bars and restaurants are closed which is disappointing that there is only one bar open. The food at the buffet is good although limited options by every night a little something different, but the flavors of the daily staples are delicious! However everyone is so friendly and helpful! I will certainly stay here again! Mike that runs some of the events is amazing! Such a great showman and kind heart that really knows how to work a crowd!!

It would be nice if there where special leg massages for cyclists. €56 for 25 minutes is too much to get a massage every day or every second day. I went to a different hotel for massages.
Room could have a little more shelf space if I went there with another person. For one person was enough.
Everything else was perfect, especially the personal was very friendly and helpful.
Food is great!

Don't be fooled by individual reviews with poor ratings, or by talk of fake reviews, which is simply untrue.
The hotel is cleaned around the clock, so everything is clean. There were a few minor issues in the room, such as a balcony door that couldn't be locked (sliding door). The refrigerator wasn't stocked and couldn't be turned off, which was a bit unnecessary.
If you bring your own bike, you have to pay €5 per night for the bike cellar, but if you rent one from the hotel (Hürzeler), it's free. Alternatively, you can put it on the balcony...
What definitely needs to be emphasized is the fantastic food. The selection is good and the taste couldn't have been better. I didn't expect that from a buffet restaurant.

I just returned in February 2026 from the most amazing stay at this hotel and I just had to leave a review. The hotel is visually stunning - not too far from the airport (about 40 minutes in a taxi) that was reasonable just outside PMI. The first thing of note is the warmth and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk at the hotel. I arrived early and immediately felt so welcome. Check in was easy, a few minutes, and I was offered chocolate and a cool drink. My room was upgraded and I had the most amazing view of the sea. That made my day! The room was so clean and bright, with a patio, chairs and a table. I was instantly happy entering it. I had a slight glitch when I tried to charge my phone but the socket seemed not to be working but I simply opened my door and asked passing staff to help. They got the electrician to check it and within minutes I got to charge up, connect to WiFi and message my friends and family to show them the beautiful venue.
The entire hotel is a work of art with soft jazz or music playing. I felt like I was floating on air. Going down to the pool area takes just minutes and when you step up to and through a forest-like 🌳 area and are blessed with the beautiful blues of the sky and the sea it takes your breath away! It is so close. Perfect for a beach break. This is truly a paradise hotel with palm trees 🌴 giving it a tropical feel. It was not loud. Very quiet. You could sleep at the pool area and have a dip. The pool was a bit cold but it was February so perhaps in summer it is warmer. I still went in. There is a separate pool area for smaller children. The grounds are pristinely kept.
A plus is that the hotel is right across from a supermarket and other shops so you can get some supplies and put in the fridge in your room. There are also restaurants right there, including a grill/ pizzeria. Literally across the road.
The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need on a trip. The one thing I missed having which I am used to seeing in hotels was a kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, but that was just a small matter. I was happy to have the fridge there so I could put my snacks and drinks there. I loved having the free water dispenser just outside my room - a bottle and glasses are provided.
I loved breakfast. There were no queues outside or any wait - just walk in and you have such a variety to choose from. Pastries, continental, cereals and English breakfast food, fruits. So much.
Dinner was a great experience for me. I arrived late and the host/ maitre d told me it was ok to go in and they gave me a great birthday ‘gesture’ since I only had a few minutes. That made my night! The pleasantness of staff was a huge plus for me - I was a solo traveller on this trip.
On the day of leaving, the front desk staff, a gentleman was so helpful. He told me I could leave my bag in their secure area as I had a night flight, and that I could use the hotel facilities and stay on compound until I was ready to head to the airport, so I stayed all day at the beach, pool/ hotel cafe. He also booked my cab right there, Alberto, who was brilliant.
The whole trip was just what I needed to unwind. I felt like a child again and enjoyed the ambiance and artistry at the hotel, the warmth of the staff and all the amenities. This is my second time staying with Iberostar. I stayed with Condesa last time I was in Mallorca. I can honestly recommend this hotel, which will stun you with its beauty (kudos to the architects, owners and staff). It’s my first choice from now on! Thank you!

Very nice location, the see is very clean and warm (end of September) rooms are little bit smaller but we spent all the time outside except for sleeping. The kitchen is also super, variety of choices, everyone can enjoy what he wants. All inclusive is possible to pay on site with discount (40 EUR adualts, children 20 EUR, 5 years old kid free of charge). Very nice pool and tobogans, kids were very happy.
