The highlights of our holiday at Iberostar Waves Cuidad Blanca were the staff, entertainment and food/drinks.
Jesus greeted us for our early hours arrival and made us feel very welcome, being so warm and friendly - outstanding service. He was great with my young daughter Amelie, who drew a picture for him. The other reception staff were also brilliant, always friendly and helpful.
All the entertainment staff were amazing - tireless and constantly upbeat (no small fete in the intense heat). The entertainment at the hotel was high quality and varied to suit everyone, but not so much that it is overbearing.
The staff who served at the bars and in the restaurants and the cleaning staff were all friendly too.
The pools were great, with something for everyone. Plenty of food and drink stations available. The food was good and lots of choice. The hotel grounds lead straight onto the beach with beautiful shallow water for children to play in. Boat trips ran from the pier close by.
The room was nice, clean and functional, although a bit outdated - maybe the only point for improvement. The balcony and its view was brilliant.

We had a wonderful stay at Ciudad Blanca. We were a family of three, including our 8-year-old child, and we also traveled with our small dog (Lola).
The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay—they even treated our dog with genuine kindness, which we really appreciated.
The location is outstanding, right by the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The food was consistently of excellent quality, and the entire property was well maintained, clean, and inviting.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located resort.

We had an amazing stay at Iberostar Ciudad Blanca in Playa de Alcúdia. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth and kindness, and the entire team made us feel at home.
A special thank you to Chef Sadik, who did a fantastic job and prepared delicious food every day. We would also like to thank all the kitchen staff, the service team, the managers, and every single employee for their hard work, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Everyone was always smiling, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special.
Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful time with our family. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thank you all for making our vacation unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca. The hotel is very welcoming, clean, and well organized, and the service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the animation team, who made our holiday even more enjoyable. They were full of positive energy, always smiling, and created a great atmosphere every day. Andreas deserves a special thank you, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and made everyone feel included and entertained.
The whole team worked really hard to make sure guests had a great time, both during the day and in the evening activities. The service staff were also very kind, helpful, and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Upgraded on arrival, glass of champagne for the family. The room was fantastic, aircon needed abit of attention but was ok.
The three pools catered for everyone and were brilliant for adults and children! Activities were for all throughout the day and the poolside service was amazing!
Every member of staff is so friendly and welcoming literally 10/10, the cleaning service was the best we have had.
The loaction is right on the beach, the food was all fresh with plenty of variety.
Overall this is one of the best family hotels i have stayed at in mallorca.
