Just returned from a 7 night stay with my wife and 2 children (3 & 1) and honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we had the best time. Staff are super friendly and attentive, the food was delicious - we ate in the buffets, lunch time grill buffet, Greek restaurant, Spanish restaurant and ice cream parlour! The cocktails were lovely. The children’s entertainment was exceptional and the kids pools are great. The cleanliness is outstanding….we genuinely don’t have a bad word to say. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Our family of four (with kids aged 11 and 6) stayed here over the October half term. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with plenty of positives to mention.
Highlights:
- The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
- The amenities were great and well-maintained.
- The food and drink options had a good variety that suited our tastes.
Even though it wasn’t summer weather, it was still warm enough to swim and enjoy Mallorca. I can imagine the hotel being much busier and more expensive in the summer, which makes sense given its lovely location and great weather that time of year.
As for the facilities, the indoor pool was on the smaller side but worked fine for us. The gym was open 24 hours and had what we needed, though the sauna was a bit disappointing. It only reached about 70 degrees, which felt quite mild compared to a typical sauna.
We still had a good stay overall, but the last couple of days were let down by two main issues: I started getting itchy bites on my legs and arms (my children too), which felt like mosquito or possibly bedbug bites, and there were quite a lot of wasps around the outdoor drink station, making it uncomfortable to sit there.
Because of these issues, I’m giving this stay three stars, though with a few improvements, it could easily be a four

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days with our two little girls and absolutely loved the atmosphere and service. The staff are truly wonderful: always kind and attentive. Everyone we met, from the cleaning ladies and waiters to the chefs and animation team, was so friendly and involved.
The rooms are a bit dated, but they’re spacious and filled with light, which we appreciated. There are water and soda dispensers on almost every corner - super convenient!
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the layout: the kids’ pools are right next to the main pool and close to the beach. It's perfect for families.
The buffet is nice and varied, though after two weeks it can feel a bit repetitive (and sometimes a bit heavy or salty). There aren’t really any dietary options, but the salad bar is always fresh and well-stocked.
The indoor pool is cosy and relaxing, and I can really recommend the massage treatments. The rooftop pools are also lovely. Calm and perfect for a quiet day away from the crowds.
Surprisingly, the best à la carte restaurant was the Mexican one - with lots of tasty dishes like lemon ceviche and more. Dishes in those restaurants are not repeating buffet.
Evening shows were entertaining and fun for both kids and adults. We were never bored!
What I didn’t like: the path from the middle of the hotel to the restaurant goes straight through the pool area, so your shoes or clothes can easily get wet. It feels a bit strange and not entirely safe.
Also it's nice to make an a la carte restaurant (or something similar) in the evening at the place of a BBQ restaurant (that is opened only for lunch).
(Not affecting my review score) I had also asked the hotel by email for a transfer company recommendation, and they suggested Grupo Salatour. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Imstead of the new, comfortable cars shown on their website, we got an old, half-broken minibus. On the way back, there were no baby seats provided despite confirming this in advance, and it was just a standard taxi, moreover it was late... It feels misleading, and I'd kindly suggest the hotel not recommend this company to future guests. Such a shame, considering how great everything else was.

The hotel is OK but it definitely didn't live up to the expectations. The staff was very friendly but there were so many small glitches that I will share only a few. The hotel was overcrowded in October with a daily queue to the restaurant for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We were unlucky with the weather and I had to stand for 15 min outdoor in the rain waiting to get a table for dinner. It's the first four star hotel that doesn't have any umbrellas. At the reception they told me I can buy an umbrella at the local supermarket...
A warning to tennis fans - the court at the hotel is in a bad shape and it's a joke that they charge money for using it. There are some planks under the carpet so the surface is uneven and quite worn.
The kids club seem to have nice activities for small kids (4-6 yo), but less for kids one than 7. Our kids never took part in more than one activity per day.
The activities often last shorter than advertised and there are long breaks between them. One day they had 1h for building sand castles on the beach and then 1h for "admiring the castles that were built". They built one big sand turtle and I really tried to admire it thoroughly but I still didn't last more than 10 minutes.
Another note on the IHG loyalty program - I was disappointed by no recognition/welcome for diamond members. When I asked for it, the reception manager first blamed their system, then told me that they can't really offer anything special beside 500 welcome points. Which they anyway forgot and I had to ask for them again upon the check-out...

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Iberostar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Angela at the front desk was patient and kind when we arrived late in the evening. The entire resort is clean and the staff were amazing at keeping it that way constantly. The resort had direct access to the public beach, but despite it being public, it’s still fabulous. Food was delicious and the entertainment staff were wonderful with lots of kid activities. All in all a wonderful all inclusive resort for families.
