We had a brilliant week at Iberostar Albufera Park as a family of four. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxed family holiday, with direct access to a beautiful beach just steps away.
What really made the stay special was the staff – everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The service was outstanding and always came with a smile.
The food was also excellent, with lots of choice and something for everyone every day. We genuinely had a great time and would happily come back. Highly recommended for families!

Everything start to finish during our stay was perfect.The food was absolutely incredible. Miguel gave my partner and me some of the best service we’ve ever had. He recommended the most amazing tapas we’ve ever eaten (our favorite was the salmon tar tar), and every suggestion was spot on. We don’t speak Spanish, but his English was fantastic, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. He was so friendly, helpful, welcoming and attentive from start to finish and he couldn't have made it a more enjoyable experience. He’s an absolute credit to your team, and we’ll definitely be back because of the experience he gave us!!

I was lucky enough to have a short stay in this hotel recently. It was a marvellous experience. The staff were all so friendly, especially María and the rest of reception staff who helped us out.The pools are fabulous, very clean and plenty to choose from. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. The food was really good, we ate at the grill and the dining rooms. I highly recommend this hotel and without a doubt I’ll be back.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Iberostar Selection Albufera Park and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything was first class. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent — friendly, professional and always willing to help. A special mention to Sergio, who was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay and really helped make the experience that bit more special.
The entertainment team were excellent, with something for everyone and a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. It really is a brilliant hotel for families of all ages.
We also loved the Star Café — great coffee, excellent service and always a pleasure to visit. The food throughout the hotel was superb, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality, while the bar service was equally impressive.
The cleaning staff were excellent, with a lovely surprise each day, thank you.
The facilities are fantastic, everything is extremely well maintained, and the whole resort has a welcoming, relaxed feel despite there being so much going on.
Overall, an absolutely first-class hotel with outstanding staff, facilities, food, entertainment and service. A huge thank you to Sergio and to everyone at Iberostar Albufera Park for making our stay so memorable. My wife also had the privilege to celebrate her birthday, where restaurant staff went to great efforts to make a special table display for dinner with a delicious cake to finish it off, thank you to Sergio and Miguel. We genuinely enjoyed every part of it and would happily return.

We stayed at this hotel over Easter. The level of care and attention given to the guests was exemplary. There were many activities for kids to keep the busy during the Easter break.
Lovely restaurants. Lots of facilities catered for kids and adults. The night time entertainment was great. It’s a four star hotel giving its guests a five star experience.
