Hotel Riu San Francisco

VRIO Second Chance

Hello!! Im sitting right now in the restaurant of the Hotel Riu San Francisco in Playa de Palma with the view to pool I just have to say that this Hotel has been the best decision of what I was looking for. Rooms super clean and comfortable even if the view is to the city it’s fine!! The breakfast and dinner ooooh wow what an effort from all the service staff and team because they make you feel as HOME always smiling and listening what the guests need, try to help as much as they can without the feeling of giving tips back!!! I really think they are warm and serviceable Location: excellent !! In the middle of Arenal and Palma the bus stop it’s right outside and super easy to move around in Bus to the Cala’s Simply I would definitely come back!!! And I hope to see the same staff Btw: if you book a massage please ask for Tamara she is amazing with angel hands 🙌🥰 The Bar man, he is so funny and makes you feel always welcome!! Thank you to all the Riu San Francisco staff, you guys make my disconnection week very pleasant!! ❤️‍🔥✨

Absolut amazing hotel, with great people and always very kind. The food for the breakfast hast everything as sweet or salty. Maybe a little bit more fresh fruits would be great. Dinner was also everytime very very yummy with a lot of choices as fish, meat, pasta etc. The location is perfect as you will be directly by the ocean and for the party people you will def. Find great places to celebrate. I will def. Come back ❤️❤️❤️

Even though the weather wasn't great the night we stayed at the Hotel Riu San Francisco, the service, food and rooms were all excellent. I even went swimming in the morning though it was cloudy and cool outside, as the water was a great 22C. We would definitely come back again when the weather was better to enjoy the long beach at the back of the hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff Very tasty food Cleanliness Cons: I asked for a double bed and got 2 beds pushed together (when you go as a couple it's not very comfortable to have a line between your partner and the beds to be far apart) You have to pay extra for the safe in the room You can only enter the SPA with a reservation (maximum 1h) Dinner does not include drinks, you can only order from the bar for a fee (not even plain water or something by the carafe) The bathrooms have no ventilation (no window or ventilation system) The TV is not a smart one The fridge in the room is very slow The air conditioning does not work You should also consider taking long clothes, because at dinner there is a dress code and you are not allowed to wear shorts

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and the service was excellent. However, the noise insulation of the room is not good. We heard the reception staff speaking loudly at 5am every morning and could also hear the noise insulation the corridor and the adjoining rooms as well as the room above. Considering it was January it might have been an idea to provide additional blankets in the room.
