We were here for 5 days and we had a really great time. The location is great walking distance from the beach and a little mini market next to the hotel.
We had breakfast included which was very convenient and they had the standard selection with some variety every day.
The room was big for two and nice view.
Pool was heated and chill area also big. The drinks and food in the chill area are very tasty and good prices.
But the highlight was the staff! As soon as we walked in we felt very good vibes, the service made us feel very seen (always greeting, having a chat and very kind) Shout out to our girl Iryna for making our stay extra special.
The spa is also nice. Not big but good to relax if the weather is not sunny.
We’d come back for sure!

We arrived mid Monday morning & found check-in very slow & clunky with no warmth. We were told to leave our ID & go sit elsewhere - felt like we were back at school, not guests. A 2nd lady that we spoke to later was much friendlier.
Our room at the back was very, very small but it had everything we were looking for & the bed was comfortable. The price was good for a single night stay, close to Palma & the airport.
The main clientele were groups of younger, many 20’s & 30’s. It was often noisy, regardless of the time & the daytime groups, drinking around the pool, were a bit off putting.
We went to use the sauna instead but at €10 each for this tiny space, we declined. This addition charge wasn’t mentioned on the website.
We took 1/2 board but it wasn’t for us, just a waste of money. Staff were lovely but on offer was very basic canteen food, drumsticks were tasty but accompanied by frozen chips, pasta or cold roast veg. We bailed & went for a curry instead.
Breakfast was not much better, not much in the way of local products, seemed to be mainly processed food.

Fine hotel with devoted and hardworking employees. Specially cleaning ladies, waiters and kitchen staff. Near beach and bus stop. Accessible for disabled. Not that family hotel, but more for young groups and couples. Pool is renovated, warm and different from current picture on Google maps. Pool could be opened a bit longer time per day. Great food selection at breakfast and dinner. Rooms could be a bit bigger, but every room has also balcony with chairs and table and small laundry rack. A room to store luggage. Two lifts. Lots of German tourists. Thay enjoy nearby beer houses. The hotel could do more care about some details in rooms like old mirrors and some whitewashing the walls. Be aware that water is not drinkable, so you buy it in next door store and not from expensive room minibar.🙂

I stayed at this hotel for one night. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it because of the way I was treated by the reception staff.
During my stay, I made a serious mistake. I accidentally forgot to turn off the whirlpool, which caused water to flood the rooftop terrace below. I immediately accepted responsibility and paid €400 for the damage without any argument. I never tried to avoid paying, as I knew it was my mistake.
What I cannot accept, however, is the way the receptionist handled the situation.
First, he spoke to my friend in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner, even though she had absolutely nothing to do with what happened. She was so intimidated that her hands were shaking.
Afterwards, I simply tried to explain how the mistake had happened. The jacuzzi was not filling up properly, so I became distracted and completely forgot that I had left it running. This was not meant as an excuse, nor was I trying to avoid responsibility. I only wanted to explain the situation. Instead, the receptionist immediately accused me of lying.
From that moment on, the conversation became increasingly unprofessional. He told me things like, “Now you’re finally seeing what real life is like,” and “This would never happen to me because I use my brain and understand consequences.” These comments were completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and inappropriate for someone working in hospitality.
Whenever I responded to his aggressive tone, he focused only on my reaction while ignoring his own behavior. He accused me of acting entitled because I had paid for the damage, which was simply untrue. The €400 was never the problem. I accepted the financial responsibility from the beginning. What bothered me was being treated with such hostility and a complete lack of empathy.
People make mistakes. What matters is how those situations are handled. I accepted the consequences of my actions, but I expected to be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s behavior fell far below the standard of customer service I would expect from any hotel.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

The downstairs bar area, lobby and pool areas are definitely 4-star but the room is unfortunately a 2 star for me. The standard rooms are too small and cranked up, the bed side furniture are extremely pointy and sharp which I wouldn't recommend for families with kids.
The service is good, breakfast and dinner options are great. I had a feeling that the dinner service is ends too early, which is ideal for families and elderly people but come on who in Spain on holiday would be expected to finish dinner by 9PM, should at least be 10PM.
One other issue I had was the lack of room service this being a "4-star hotel", I found this unacceptable. No food or drinks can be ordered to your rooms. Insane!
I have high praise on the restaurant and bar people they are amazing and friendly. Especially Jose, such a great guy.
