We had an amazing stay at PortoBay Falésia and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The hotel never felt crowded, there were always sunbeds available by the pool without having to rush or “fight” for one, and no matter what time we went for breakfast or dinner, it never had the busy, noisy cafeteria feeling that many other hotels have.
The cleanliness was exceptional, which is something we really value. Every single day the hotel was spotless, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.
The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking and something we will never forget. Waking up to that scenery every day was incredible.
Whenever we needed assistance, someone was there within minutes to help us. The service was outstanding, and everyone was genuinely kind and helpful.
This was our first time visiting Portugal and the Algarve, and thanks to PortoBay Falésia we are leaving with wonderful memories and an excellent first impression.

I spent a wonderful weekend at Hotel PortoBay Falésia and highly recommend it. What I loved:
Location: Absolutely beautiful surroundings with stunning views, and it’s incredibly close to the ocean.
Facilities: The outdoor pool area is lovely, and the gym is great and well-equipped.
Staff & Service: The staff is extremely pleasant, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Breakfast: A fantastic variety of options, and the breakfast staff works incredibly fast and efficiently.
An excellent place to relax. I would definitely come back!

A great hotel with very comfortable rooms and genuinely lovely staff who make you feel looked after throughout your stay. There are good restaurants within the hotel itself, and breakfast offers a wide choice with fresh, quality ingredients to start the day right. The main beach is just a five-minute stroll away, and if you fancy a change of scene, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, only ten to fifteen minutes on foot. Ideal for a relaxing, laid-back holiday away from the rowdy crowds and pushy touts. Would happily recommend.

Portobay Falesia is a wonderful hotel that has it all.
Everything is really clean and well maintained, you have a lot of space outside and we never had a problem to find a sunbed, even a bit later in the morning.
Also the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, this goes from the receptionist to the bartender and cleaning personal.
Its just the perfect place to relax , cause its pretty quiet and with the great view over beautiful Falesia Beach you will get comfy really fast!
The walk to the beach is a little morning fitness with about 127 stepps, but you will be rewarded with one of the best beaches in the world!
We will surely be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at PortoBay Falésia and would happily recommend it.
The hotel has beautiful ocean views, a great atmosphere, and is directly connected to the Blue Ocean hotel, which is a nice bonus as you can use facilities across both properties. The food was good, the swimming pool was pleasant, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. We also really appreciated the activities such as yoga, and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used.
The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that our experience wasn’t perfect. When we arrived late at night, the airport transfer we had booked never showed up. While the staff apologized, the response felt rather lukewarm given the inconvenience after a long journey. In addition, the restaurant mixed up our orders on several occasions during our stay.
Overall, it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location, with only a few service issues keeping it from being a 5-star experience.
