Our stay was fantastic. We had a Premium Double Room with a sea-view terrace on10th stock, and everything was perfect — beautiful view, spotless room, and great amenities. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only small downside was that access to public transportation was a bit challenging, but that fantastic view covered it totally 😅🤩

Been few times in this before 2020, and i loved this hotel. I returned this year to Palma and decided to stay on the same hotel. Honestly, it is still a good hotel but in need of repairs and in some.areas a proper refurbishment.
The bedroom is outdated, floorings on the 8th floor with a lot of visible wear and tear. Not sure if the other floors are the same. My bedroom, the bed was slightly noisy when moving. In overall it is a great hotel.

I waited until the end of my trip to write this review to avoid giving a spontaneous or emotional reaction.
I’m not sure this hotel deserves a 4-star rating, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t that great.
I’ve stayed in many different types of hotels, so I usually know what level of service to expect.
Before arriving, I sent a few emails to the hotel with some questions, but the responses were oddly written—both in tone and style—which didn’t give a professional impression.
When we arrived, the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming, which is unusual for a hotel. We asked about the possibility of upgrading our room. As soon as she thought we might upgrade, her attitude changed and she suddenly became friendlier. But once we decided not to upgrade and simply asked about the conditions, her cold demeanor returned.
We had to wait until 15:00 to check in, and then she struggled quite a bit with my PayPal payment. Even though the payment was clearly completed—and I showed her proof from the PayPal app and also the hotel’s own confirmation—she insisted on seeing the original PayPal confirmation email, which I had already deleted. It took quite a while to resolve this unnecessarily.
On a positive note, the restaurant and its staff were polite, helpful, and the area was clean. Breakfast was decent, the bar near the pool was great and also the pool was clean.
Room service and cleaning were okay. They did change the sheets, but unfortunately, I noticed some stains on them. The bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain.
When we called for some room service like extra towels or iron, it took endlessly to answer I really can say I called 5 times until they answer so I could ask for iron.
Another disappointing moment: I went to reception to ask for disposable slippers. One staff member was about to assist me, but the same unfriendly receptionist from day one said something in Spanish, and suddenly the other woman told me that slippers aren’t provided for standard rooms. I was honestly shocked—I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels in the middle of nowhere that still provide slippers for all rooms. It wasn’t a luxury request, and the way it was handled left a bad impression.
Overall, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel based on my experience. The main reason I booked it was because I believed it was affiliated with the Melia hotel group, and I expected a certain level of quality. But now, I’m not so sure

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, with a luxurious entrance that makes a great first impression. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. However, there are a few downsides: the bathroom is outdated and needs renovation, the room lighting is quite dim, and the surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe. The pool itself is nice, but it’s always overcrowded, so it’s almost impossible to find a sunbed, and it often ends up not being well maintained.

Stayed here for one night a few weeks ago, and I do not recommend it to anyone. On the morning of my departure, about an hour before checkout time, the housekeeping staff let themselves into my room without knocking while I was in there. I told the housekeeper in Spanish to come back later, she got argumentative and upset, saying she did not have to wait. At checkout, I let the receptionist know what happened and she said a manager was unavailable but that they would give me a call as soon as they were available. I got no call or follow up from the hotel until I filled out their automatic survey, at which point Martina from hotel staff reached out via email saying that they "are reinforcing internal procedures to ensure that such situations are handled more discreetly and respectfully in the future", but with no real recompense.
