We stayed in room 1325 which was definitely one of the biggest premium sea view rooms. Any room ending in …25 will be the same I think. Good views and quiet. Room and hallways were dated in terms of decor but ok. Breakfast was only ok. No omelette station and the coffee wasn’t great. Seemed that there was a mix of office workers there for meetings Monday - Thursday then groups of lads (golf and stag groups) there over the weekend which gave a slightly rowdy atmosphere. The terrace / pool area wasn’t big enough for the number of guests and sun loungers were all typically used or reserved by 10.30am most days so need to get in early. Staff and service was ok. Some staff were lovely and some were a little less so.

Great hotel with nice views across the harbour. We booked a nicer sea view room.
Rooms were a bit dated but were comfortable with all we need.
Safe easy to use / shower was great
Bed was huge and comfortable
Air-conditioning we couldnt find at first but was next to bed and dead easy to use.
Breakfast was nice woth lots of options everyday suiting alot of people.
Pool was nice, on a busy road so expect road nose but ur up off the street.
No parking was offered we hired a car and had pay 24 euro a night in the parking next to it. (Star off as could of had a reduced rate for hotel customers as there seemed to be s hotel part of the parking)
Location near lots cute restaurants and bars in Santa Catalina within walking distance

Stayed here for a long weekend...Thank God it was not a week!!
Lest start with the few positives. Staff very friendly and Helpful. Reception area very spacious and clean. Rooms are acceptable, some people say the beds hard.. but they were fine for us. Pool area was ok while we were there, plenty of sun beds, however I would imagine in high season they will all be full. Now the bad. Breakfast (Buffet style) as we would normally expect, HOWEVER the 'HOT' selection was only tepid at best, and they did not 're fill' the items as they ran out very quickly, found I had to eat my scrambled egg and toast.. then go back for some bacon later. The BIG surprise was the evening meal, we were expecting buffet? NO there was a menu (you could choose a Starter, Main and Pudding. The selection was VERY VERY Limited, there were only 3 Puddings. Our 2nd night Dinner was spoilt by a group of 12/14 men who sat at a table in the dining area/bar (tis is the only bar) and got very drunk and loud. Our room was on the side of the hotel above a set of steps, and despite being on a top floor were woken in the early hours every night from the noise out side. If you want a short stay here just go B&B. for us if we won a free holiday back here I'd give it to my worst enemy!

Four stars? Perhaps two. Old and tired hotel in need of a solid renovation. For starters, it looks terrible from the outside (touch of fresh paint perhaps?). The interior spaces and the rooms look like they are from the 1990ies, and I don’t mean that as a compliment. All that is forgivable and under a Mallorcan sun these things don’t matter much. But what is not forgivable is the dismal level of cleaning. That is just bad management. I was on the fifth floor and the disgust started in the aisle, which during the entire time of my stay was just as dirty as the curbs behjnd the hotel. Inside the room the same story. The dark floor hides the fact that it has not been properly cleaned in God knows how many weeks, but a few barefoot steps and one collects a bunch of dust, hair, you name it, all of which colors the shower floor black when stepping in. Awful. Some nasty bleach is being used to clean the bathroom, the smell of which lingers continuously and gives the illusion of a clean room. Then there is the breakfast, lame coffee from various machines, absolutely tasteless cooked food and stale bakery items. Just sad, but very common in large hotels, so no big surprise here.
There also is no customer service desk to talk to, your only interface is the front desk, mostly nice and helpful people but with no patience to hear complaints or suggestions.
Granted, others have written about the good level of cleaning, so maybe cleaning is up to the housekeeper without proper supervision. Again, a management issue and entirely fixable. In summary, if you are free to make your own choice don’t go to this hotel. If you are forced to go here because of a function (many going on in parallel, probably their main crowd) then ask not to get a room on the fifth floor, perhaps you’ll have a better experience. Good luck!

Our stay was fantastic! I have multiple food allergies and sensitivities (including gluten), so we had opted to have both the hotel breakfast & dinner. We were able to get gluten free (and corn free) bread at the nearby Veritas. Otherwise, the kitchen staff were phenomenal. They kept track of what I could and couldn't have and could advise at each meal. It made our trip so much more special that we got to eat really well prepared and safe food. The room was lovely, and we had a great time overall! The hotel is in a great spot for walking and short hikes to the castle and city. We'd definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
