An absolutely wonderful gastronomic experience! Every single dinner and breakfast throughout my week-long stay was outstanding, prepared by people whose hearts are truly in the right place. I am on a gluten-free diet, and the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate me. The desserts were delicious, the pizza was excellent, and everything was always served with a smile! My huge thanks go to Habi and Ivan – they are amazing people, and I will remember their culinary art for a very long time!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Java. One of the biggest advantages is its location – it’s just a short walk from the beach and extremely close to a bus stop, making it very easy to get to and from Palma and the airport.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and wellness area, were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with plenty to choose from each morning. While the selection was impressive, the taste was fairly average overall. That said, there was enough variety to suit most guests.

Very conveniently located hotel, but that's pretty much all the positive I can say about my stay. The room itself was very date and run down, cracks in the walls and stains on the upholstery. Neither door to the room felt very secure and there was a lot of noise from the corridor and room above in the mornings and evenings. The safe in the room required a key which was not provided, so there were no safe locations to store valuables. The restaurant was nice enough. Breakfast was solid and the evening meals rotated, but for a relatively quiet time there were waits to enter the dining room as it was at capacity. Staff in the bar in the evening were always very welcoming and pleasant, often remembering your order if you were in the night before. Most other staff didn't look like they wanted to be there and you'd have to flag them down for basic things like a drink with your dinner. Having to pay for every order as you go is also very tiresome. It's been a long time since staying at a hotel where you can't charge things to the room to settle up at the end.
I got very ill on my last day. Having only eaten at the resort for dinner and breakfast in the 12 or so hours before leaving, I can only assume it was from the food at the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment from the very beginning.
My mother and I arrived at around 3:30 a.m., exhausted after our journey, only to find a room in unacceptable condition. The air conditioning barely worked despite outside temperatures of almost 40°C, the bed linen had stains, the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, and the room constantly smelled of insecticide. The furniture was old and worn out, there was no kettle, tea, or coffee, and the next morning we found dirty napkins, a dirty spoon, dried nuts, and rubbish left in a drawer. The minibar freezer was completely covered with thick ice.
The worst part happened the next morning, which was my mother’s birthday. Since we had arrived so late, we came to breakfast at around 10:20 a.m. The manager never informed us that breakfast was ending. Instead, a blonde waitress began clearing our table while we were still eating and rudely told us we had “stayed too long” because she needed to clean. We politely explained the situation and said that a simple reminder would have been enough, but she continued speaking to us in a disrespectful manner. My mother ended up crying on her birthday, and the waitress showed absolutely no empathy or professionalism.
To the manager’s credit, he later tried to make things right. However, when your long-awaited vacation begins like this, it is impossible to simply forget about it and enjoy the rest of your holiday.
We were also shocked by the hygiene standards. During dinner, a chef dropped a tomato onto the serving counter, picked it up with her bare hand, and put it straight back into the buffet. We also spoke with guests who had stayed here before and told us they had seen cockroaches running across the restaurant tables during their visit, which is why they never returned.
The final straw came when we found a huge insect in our room at night.
This hotel is far below the standard it claims to offer. Poor cleanliness, outdated rooms, unacceptable hygiene, and incredibly rude staff completely ruined our stay. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this hotel. It is clear that guest comfort, hygiene, and respect are simply not a priority here.

Great location wuth beach 3 mins walk away. Public bus stops outside and minutes from the airport yet not affected by aircraft noise. Food choixes were excellent, staff friendly, roim well designed and clean.
