Wonderful stay and exceptional staff
I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! I stayed here with my mom, and we both had such a wonderful experience. The room was lovely, comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall.
The biggest shout-out has to go to Claudia at reception. She is such a wonderful, kind person and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She truly made us feel looked after and made our experience even more special.
A huge thank you also to Arman, the bar manager, who made us some fantastic cocktails and always greeted us with such warmth and friendliness. His wonderful hospitality was very much appreciated.
The people really made this stay memorable for us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Claudia and Arman, for making our stay so special!

Our experience at the hotel restaurant completely overshadowed our stay. The level of customer service was unacceptable, particularly the restuarant staff. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and appeared unwilling to provide even basic hospitality. Every interaction felt cold and uncomfortable.
What was particularly concerning was the obvious difference in how we were treated compared with other guests. We watched staff smile, chat, and provide friendly service to English-speaking customers, while our family was met with curt responses, little patience, and an unwelcoming attitude. It left us feeling singled out and questioning whether we were being treated differently because of our background.
The breakfast service was equally disappointing. We were told we had to order everything at the beginning and were made to feel like asking for another drink or additional item later was an inconvenience, despite breakfast being included in our stay. Rather than feeling like valued guests, we felt as though we were being discouraged from enjoying the service we had paid for.
We travel regularly and have never experienced hospitality like this. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of who they are. Sadly, that was not our experience here. We cannot recommend this restaurant, and we hope management takes these complaints seriously and addresses the behaviour of the staff.

Firstly I can’t overstate how helpful and friendly the staff are, Claudia the receptionist is probably the friendliest member of staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to when staying at a hotel.
A very nice, well priced hotel, a short walk from both the old town and the beach (but requires a very steep uphill walk back to the hotel).
The rooms are nice, quite small and sound carries from other rooms but have what you’ll need although you need to pay to use amenities such as a kettle and cups. The hotel has great spa facilities you can pay to use.
Overall a great, well priced option for a short holiday in the area.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat and go for the day. They were super welcoming and make us feel at home. The room was gorgeous and we had a lovely view of the pool. Everything was clean and tidy . Breakfast was lovely and super quick service when being served. Only downside was that the walls were super thin so could hear everything around the hotel, from air conditioning, moving of tables, music, and people talking. It’s a beautiful hotel and is located perfectly as you’re still close to the town but quietly tucked away. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We loved our time at this beautiful hotel. Ricardo, Amelia and Claudia were particularly wonderful staff and looked after us so well.
The hotel is very clean, the staff do a great job of keeping the hotel spotless! Food in the bar is great, there is excellent choice for bar snacks and drinks. The pool is also very clean and although it can be busy, there are always a few sunbeds available.
The rooftop bar is great, beautiful views over the sea, the barman takes great care of guests and recommended brilliant cocktails.
The hotel is at the top of a hill, so access for some may be difficult, however access in the hotel itself is excellent, with lifts and ramps throughout. We had an accessibility room, (even though we are able bodied guests) so I have included photos so you can see the space.
Overall, a brilliant atmosphere, fantastic service and we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you to everyone!
