We spent holiday there for a 3rd consecutive year there. The hotel has a perfect location by the sea, offers all-inclusive program. In 2026, offer of drinks was limited compared to previous years. In 2026, we experienced also some positive changes, like “tea time” snacks at 3pm or paralel activities for kids during evening entertainment for adults.
The all inclusive program stops at 11am on the day of departure, but you can buy the prolongation if late departure.

I would like to highlight the animation team, namely Arina, Maria, Nerja, whom my daughter liked very much and enjoyed a lot of activites facíitated by the animation team.

Great food in the Restaurants and even the snack bar. All Inclusive offering big variety of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. As well as locals also international.
There was enough sun-beds for all guests.
The sea in front of the hotel is ideal also with children….nice ling walks among the 7Km beach to Port Alcudia.
We had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just spent the last 7 days at Hotel Condesa in Mallorca, and what a fantastic holiday it has been. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and its location on the breathtaking Playa de Muro is simply unbeatable. Waking up to those views every morning was a real privilege.
What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff.
A special thank you to Daniel, the pool lifeguard, who was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly hardworking. He seemed to be doing three or four jobs at once while never compromising his responsibilities as a lifeguard. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him—my hermano from Peru. His assistant Tommy was equally fantastic. They are both absolute stars and a real credit to the hotel.
A big thank you as well to Sergio from reception, who speaks amazing Portuguese and was always so welcoming, professional, and helpful. It was a pleasure chatting with him, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He is truly awesome and another great credit to the hotel.
As an Executive Chef working in a Michelin-starred restaurant in London, I have high expectations when it comes to food. Chef Niccola at the pasta station deserves huge recognition. His pizzas are honestly some of the best I've had in a very long time, bringing back memories of the pizzas my Italian Nonna used to make for me as a child. The food throughout the hotel was consistently fresh, delicious, and full of variety. My daughters and I absolutely loved every meal.
The only small suggestion I would make is to add more labels identifying the dishes on display, especially the traditional Mallorcan specialities. As a chef, I could recognise most of them, but my wife and daughter often had to ask me what they were. Better labelling would make the dining experience even better for everyone.
A big thank you as well to my friend from Paraguay, Ivana, for preparing the most delicious omelettes every morning, to Álvaro for his excellent service in the restaurant, and to Manoel and Fina at the bar for always serving fantastic drinks with a smile.
I would also like to say a huge thank you to the entire entertainment team for keeping my daughter happy every evening with the kids' disco and activities. A very special mention goes to JMIKE, who is an absolute superstar. His energy, enthusiasm and genuine kindness made every night so much fun. He even managed to get me up on stage to perform with him, creating one of the funniest and most memorable moments of our holiday!

Thank you to everyone at Hotel Condesa for making our family holiday so memorable. We are already planning to come back next summer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. ❤️

Excellent staff, all very helpful and pleasant. I’m a fussy eater but always found something to eat. Children’s menu should have been different from adults coz I know my kids wouldn’t have ate the same as me. Right by the beach. Sunbeds on the beach are now 18.20 euros for 2. Room 198 on first floor but a long walk but view from room made it worth it. We had sea and pool view. Not many bars near by but a few supermarkets close to. About 4km to the port we got the bus there and walked back. Rooms cleaned every day the reception staff extremely helpful and the restaurant staff very efficient. Only negative is the snack bar food I think the burger and sausages should be cooked on a hot plate not precooked and put in a machine for 1 minute then served. Hubby was sick and had diarrhoea after having one of the burgers.

We had a perfect stay at Condesa Htl. in Alcudia!
The rooms have been spacious enough and the view incredible.
Specially from the rooftop Sky Bar in the 6th. floor the view was kind of luxurious.
The food in both main Restaurants was excellent and even the Snack Bar with fast food offered a great selection.
We specially enjoyed the "quiet" breakfast at the "Jaime" Restaurant next to the beach and pool.
Even the hotel fas full, the service was fast enough and in great attitude. It was a great place to stay and we would love to come back to Condesa again.
