This hotel is located in a quiet area and is a good option if you’re looking for a more budget friendly stay. The main pool is often shaded, while the upper pool gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
The hotel looks more appealing in the photos than it does in reality, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when booking. If you’re looking for a more luxurious experience, I would recommend choosing one of the other HM hotels instead. In my opinion, this hotel doesn’t quite feel like a typical 4-star property and could benefit from a full renovation. That being said, the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help if you have any issues during your stay.
Overall, if luxury and modern facilities are important to you, I would suggest booking one of the other HM hotels. However, if you’re simply looking for a quieter and more affordable option, this hotel may still be a suitable choice.

Very nice, modern and beautiful hotel! The rooftop pool and seating area, sunlounger and (cocktail)bar war incredible - you could view over to Palma (even see the cathedral very far in the distance) and also in the other direction over the Playa (Balneari street)! Wow!
The rooms are a bit small, but clean and modern. We had a balcony. All rooms with aircondition. Not far from the beach (5 min walk). Two pools (one in the ground floor and one rooftop pool).
You can use the facilities on the last day and there is even a shower near the luggage room. 24h reception, so late check-in possible (our flight arrived near midnight).
Food is very delicious! The buffet (breakfast and dinner) could improve from having even more options (there are enough, but more is better for getting variations). Breakfast is from 07:30-10:30.
Bus stations are 5-10 min away (depends on the bus you want to take - 5 min for those to airport, Palma and others, 10 min walk for the express busses to Palma).
We had a great stay. Can definitly RECOMMEND!

The rooms are pretty small and if you get a room with a balcony youll have no view - we had a view of a wall. But it was nice to have extra space. The bathrooms are a bit awkward cuz they lack in privacy and there's no lock on the doors.
But the beds are comfy and the rooms smell wonderful and the air con is good and we had a small fridge for water and beers.
The rooftop pool and loungers are always full. However if you go on the 5th there's more nicer and comfier loungers. Literally takes minutes to walk from the 5th to the 7th floor to access the pool. Big parasols and comfy cushioned beds to sun bathe on.
Location is great too, beaches, bars, restaurants are literally minutes away. Staff are friendly.
Would come again, just wish the rooms were bigger and the balconies had a view.

Great experience at this hotel. It was always very clean. The people working there were very accommodating to me and my friends. Only things I will say is the breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming, I personally like more variation throughout the days. Also note that the triple room has two beds next to each other and one bed is separated. But overall, great experience.

I had the opportunity to visit Palma and stayed at this hotel for one night. The food was great, the service was outstanding. Miguel at the front desk was so helpful resourceful. I had a situation where I left behind my wallet with documents and cash and they were super helpful to make sure I was able to get it back in my country. Within 3-5 days I recovered my wallet. There are still honest people out there!!!
