We just came home from this hotel. I liked the stay. Pool area was nice and quiet, maybe we would welcome some music around, at least a little bit like a background. I liked the option take a safe and beach towels only for deposit. Staff was really nice, from the beginning, where we were welcomed at the reception to restaurant staff as well. Cleaning was running every day regularly, same as clean towels provided. All the area was nice and clean and I felt nice around. There was also free private parking, which we also apreciated. Only thing is, parking has limited spots like maybe 15.. then you must park om the streets, but there is also plenty of spots available :) food was fine, but could be maybe a little bit more main dishes (meat dishes) at the dinner :) but overall we were satisfied, would come back, i can recommend it :) thank you

A very nice hotel just walking distance from Sa Coma Beach. The hotel is clean , the rooms are a bit outdated but clean and enough spacious. We had a baby cot and fridge and that’s a plus from the start. In our first day we arrived around 9:30 and we needed to wait till almost 14:00 to get our room , without any options given and traveling for almost 8 hours with a toddler is never easy and waiting so long to take the room was a bit annoying , especially that the receptionist didn’t seem to care that we were really tired and my toddler was having his eyes swallowed from lack of sleep. We had half board , the buffet is small but there is something to eat for everybody , even if is repetitive . One of the worse decisions of the management is that they are charging the tap water at dinner , I find this a disgrace, to pay for tap water in 2026 in a “4” star hotel is just rubbish.The captain of the restaurant had the nerve to tell me that I need to pay for a small glass of tap water, I was just shocked and only for this thing I think everybody should downgrade a star from their review , maybe they will change their mind next time . The staff in general is friendly but you can see they are forcing themselves to act accordingly. Overall a nice hotel but to be fair , next time will try to find a different choice.

I was truly impressed by my stay at Welikehotel Marfil Playa. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding – not only plentiful, but genuinely delicious. I really appreciated how carefully the hotel catered to different dietary preferences, including sugar-free and gluten-free options. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone. The evenings offered great entertainment programs, and the whole area around the hotel was peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If I had to mention downsides, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved, and the bathroom would benefit from a renovation. However, these did not negatively impact my overall experience. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would gladly return!

Amazing stay, very friendly staff. Even on a rainy day we were very relaxed in the sauna en the inside pool. The outside pool is very nice and you can make use of big comfortable Bali beds. The cocktails were made with detail ,care and tasted very good. The breakfast was very diversed with freshly made pancakes and eggs by the chef. The sea view was amazing and gave us a feeling of tranquility. Very close to a nice beach
