Brand new hotel, everything is modern. The room, bed, and bathroom were perfect. We celebrated my wife's birthday, so we requested a room with a sea view on a higher floor. The hotel kindly provided it for us and also gave us cookies as a present. Breakfast and dinner were good. The location is perfect. An excellent choice for the money.

Location a bit quieter, suited us. Late 50's. Spotless hotel. Lots of sunbeds in May. Swimming pool lovely. Staff great. Food very good. Great choice of cocktails at an affordable price. Infact drinks were pretty cheap compared to home.
We stayed in the hotel bar most nights as it was so nice.

Great hotel with 5-star quality, let down by cold management
We recently stayed 12 nights at Hipotels Flamenco and, the hotel is outstanding. (Price/value)
Even though it is rated as a 4-star, the overall quality easily matches a 5-star experience.
The property is beautifully renovated, looks great aesthetically, and sits right next to the beach.
Our room was excellent, featuring brand new, comfortable furniture, and the housekeeping team did a flawless job keeping everything clean.
The food was also delicious and offered plenty of variety daily, and the lounge, pool and seating areas are huge and very well-equipped.
It is definitely a fantastic choice for families.
However, there were a few things that missed the mark.
The evening entertainment was quite boring.
They mostly played old music that lacked any real Spanish vibe, which was disappointing compared to the atmosphere at nearby hotels.
Also, a few of the waiters seemed a bit tense and unfriendly at times, though this was not a general rule as many of them were actually very warm and welcoming.
But the real reason we will not be returning, despite all these positives, is how the hotel handled a difficult situation.
During our stay, a pair of quite expensive sunglasses went missing. My wife was a bit careless.
The manager’s response was incredibly disappointing.
Wearing a very fake, arrogant smile, he seemed entirely focused on just proving that the hotel was not at fault. He acted cold, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy, which really left us feeling indignant and frustrated.
If you make sure to keep a close eye on your personal belongings, you will definitely have a wonderful time here because the hotel itself is beautiful.
Just do not expect much support from management if anything goes wrong.

Arrived yesterday. Excellent quality. Rooms spacious, only one downside for us, cannot put hdmi lead to the back of tv. Failing that lovely 😍
