Beautiful resort with top class service. Our first room was little bit loud noise from ongoing renovation and then we got upgraded to a bungalow next to the pool! Food and drinks are good and the staff give the best service you can imagine!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized, clean, and comfortable from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
What truly stood out was how helpful and responsive they were - any issue or request we had was handled immediately and efficiently. It made us feel genuinely cared for and relaxed throughout the entire stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable.
The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner ; there were plenty of delicious options to choose from.
The hotel is very family-friendly and offers great options for children.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again!

The hotel was welcoming and clean. The food was satisfactory. The staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the heated pools.
The gym is not located in the hotel; you have to go to another hotel, which is very inconvenient. The tables in the lobby are not consistently cleaned; they are sticky or still have glass marks. The rooms lack soundproofing, and while cleanliness is adequate (a few bits of lint under the beds and sofa), the toilet paper supply was infrequent.there was consistently a shortage of toilet paper
It's a shame the hotel didn't inform us that renovations were underway, particularly in the seafood restaurant (which was of particular interest to us at your hotel), as well as on three of the pools. It's also regrettable that there was plastic and debris in the sea and under the jetty. The beach is cleaned by the staff before it opens.

This hotel is genuinely 5-star in every way. From the moment we arrived, we received outstanding treatment. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.
We were warmly welcomed by Amgad at reception, who generously upgraded us free of charge to a beautiful sea view bungalow. It was far more spacious and stunning than the standard room we had originally booked, and it made a huge difference to our stay.
A very special thank you to Daria, who was absolutely amazing. I have never experienced such a high level of care and kindness. She personally checked in with us, asked about our meal preferences, and even made sure our requests were prepared for lunch or dinner. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel truly valued.
If you ever need medical assistance, Dr Anton was incredibly comforting and reassuring. He provided excellent care and made us feel completely at ease.
Also, Ahmed in the restaurant deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. He really looked after us and made every dining experience enjoyable.
The hotel itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, with lovely greenery, trees, and plants that are clearly well cared for.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience with top-level service throughout. Honestly, I cannot fault anything. We will definitely be returning
