I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:
The sea, the pool, and the very friendly, helpful staff definitely saved the stay. Evening cocktails at the bar were fine. Adult animation was different every day (though not very creative), but for kids, it was the exact same thing daily. The sea is clean, and if algae washed ashore, it was quickly cleaned up. A big plus for beach security — we felt safe leaving our belongings while swimming.
Cons:
- Cleanliness: Lack of hygiene almost everywhere — in the rooms, public restrooms, and the main restaurant. You literally have to search for clean plates and cutlery.
- Food: Very greasy. Almost nothing to eat for breakfast: no meat, dried-out cold cuts, and the omelet is dripping with oil. Lunch and dinner are manageable, but if you're squeamish, you'll struggle. My husband and I both suffered from severe stomach pain for 4 out of our 7 days — we went through a whole pack of activated charcoal.
- Room & Air Conditioning: Old room, cleaned very superficially (though the bed sheets were clean, which was the main thing). The A/C didn't work at all at first. We spent the first night in 30°C heat. Loud music was blasting until 11:30 PM — we were exhausted after our flight, and we couldn't close the balcony due to the suffocating heat. Later they supposedly "fixed" it, but it barely cooled the room (maybe down to 26°C).
- Bars & Beach: They often run out of beer at the beach. At the pool bar, they serve beer in tiny coffee cups, half of which is just foam. The sand on the beach is dirty and nobody cleans it.
- Jellyfish Warning: In the morning, swimming is fine, but by afternoon, there are many invisible jellyfish stingers floating in the water that burn your whole body.
Summary: I will never set foot in this place again and advise you to choose another hotel. I can't say the vacation was 100% ruined, but this hotel is definitely not worth your time or money.

We stayed for 7 days. For the first 5 days, the Wi-Fi only worked outside — there was no signal in the room. On the last day, it didn’t work anywhere.
The beach was dirty, and there was often no beer available at the beach bar during the day.
The food was good and tasty. The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Our stay at Hammamet Garden was absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed everything. The atmosphere in the hotel felt very warm, cozy, and almost like home.
The waiters work very hard and always do their best. All the staff members are friendly, caring, and attentive, which made our vacation even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to the male animators — they are incredibly fun, energetic, and very attentive to the guests. They truly do their job at 200%! Every day they created a great mood and made everyone smile.
The man working on the beach was also amazing — very pleasant, responsible, attentive, and cheerful.
We would also like to mention the man who brings the luggage to the rooms. He is fast, helpful, agile, and always ready to help.
The chefs were wonderful too — always friendly, smiling, and cooking very tasty food. The girls making pancakes and traditional flatbreads did an amazing job — everything was delicious!
We also really enjoyed the massage — it was very relaxing and professional.
In the evenings, we loved smoking shisha in a relaxing atmosphere and drinking delicious tea. The shisha master was very friendly and welcoming.
Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable vacation! We would be very happy to come back again.

The hotel does not seem interested in attracting and retaining guests; it only cares about making money and meeting its budget targets. This is unreasonable, and much of the responsibility lies with the hotel manager and his failure to perform his duties effectively. As for the restaurant, it is very poor and resembles a low-quality local eatery. The tables are extremely old and dirty. There are not enough staff members to provide proper service, and the tables are dirty and poorly maintained...

The rooms are extremely dirty and need high maintenance. There’s no basics, bed without sheets, I had a severe allergic reaction to dust while I was sleeping and it got itchy. The trash can had spider webs which means they’re not even cleaned. Room corners too were filled with webs. The food is an absolute disaster, it has no taste, and is not even close to our culinary standards. The architecture is from the late 80s and the hotel wasn’t renovated for so long. Doors are always stuck, I even witnessed a family being trapped in their room the moment I arrived.
