I had a wonderful holiday at Mouradi Hammamet. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything helped make my stay enjoyable and memorable. A very special thanks to Skander for his kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. He made our experience even more special and truly deserves appreciation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.

Love this hotel. 2nd time we have been. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Pool is clean and could always get a sunbed. Shops roundabout the hotel as well as a shop in hotel. Waiter Ahmed was always attentive and friendly

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had while staying in Room 426. Everything about the room was outstanding and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The room was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and provided a perfect level of comfort. Every day, the housekeeping team ensured that the room remained spotless and welcoming. Their work was consistently of the highest standard, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The cleaning staff deserve special recognition. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to their work. Their kindness and positive attitude added a personal touch to my stay and made me feel genuinely cared for. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do.
Room 426 was perfect in every way. The cleanliness, comfort, organization, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. Every service provided in the room met the highest expectations, and I could not have asked for a better experience.
Thank you to the entire hotel team for maintaining such excellent standards. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I will remember the wonderful service I received in Room 426. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

**Very disappointing experience — would not return.**
We travelled as a family group of 15, including children aged 1, 2 and 4, and unfortunately our experience at this hotel was extremely stressful from the moment we arrived.
When we checked in, our rooms weren’t ready. We were told to go for dinner and that they would be ready afterwards, but they still weren’t ready and we ended up waiting around for hours with very young children.
Throughout our stay, members of our family were moved between rooms multiple times. I personally had two rooms, both with leaking issues, and one had mould. I was sharing the room with my 2-year-old, so this was particularly concerning. Even after our family was finally moved onto the same floor, I was left waiting most of the day for a key, only to have another leaking issue that night.
Communication was also very difficult as many staff members did not speak English, making it hard to get problems resolved.
The food was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and even the lobby connection was very slow.
Going on holiday is supposed to be about relaxing and enjoying time with your family, but unfortunately we spent far too much of our holiday dealing with room changes, leaks, poor communication and other issues.
The **only real positive for us was the pools**.
Based on our experience, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to families, especially those travelling with young children.

We came as a family of 12, which is never simple, and El Mouradi Hammamet handled it without a single complaint. The hotel sits right on one of the best stretches of beach in Yasmine Hammamet, and the many pools meant there was always somewhere to be.
The food was genuinely amazing, especially the grilled prawn night!!
The staff made the difference. Adel at the front desk sorted every request hastily. Abdul who was the concierge was a highlight every single day, endlessly cheerful and genuinely kind to the kids and adults alike. Mariam, Hadar, and Montassan at reception were warm and efficient throughout.
The one area with room to grow is the rooms themselves. They’re functional, but a renovation is definitely needed as it would bring them in line with the rest of the hotel, which is beautiful.
Travelling with 12 people means 12 different opinions on what makes a good holiday. Somehow, everyone came home happy. That says it all.
