For this price, this is a perfect place for a holiday. When it comes to food, there is always something to enjoy – even picky eaters will find something. I really liked it and wouldn’t change the hotel. The staff in the bars, on the beach, and the cleaning ladies were all very kind and helpful.
Sometimes you have to wait a little longer in line for food, but the staff really do their best to make it as quick as possible. What does it matter? We’re not in a rush anywhere, I’m sure you’ll agree.
The animators are amazing young people who spend the whole day trying to entertain the guests and children, both on the beach and in the hotel. They truly deserve the highest rating – they were extremely friendly and full of energy.
The only thing I would not include in these praises is the reception. Other than that, everything was excellent. The beach is beautiful, the water lovely, and the climate perfect. For this price, you simply cannot find such a holiday anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back next year.

The hotel was lovely, and staff very friendly. We flew from Bristol to the International Aiport in Tunisia, wasn't far from the airport about 35 minutes drive.
You can walk directly onto the beach which was beautiful. Felt safe, with security 24/7.
There were plenty of options for food in the main restaurant, we enjoyed the beach restaurant, as was all cooked freshly for lunch every day.
The boat trip we booked through the man at the hotel was absolutely brilliant, enjoyed by all ages of our group, I would recommend, food was fish or chicken and absolutely gorgeous. The island was gorgeous and entertainment was excellent.
The hotel was a little run down, but you could clearly see they were doing the up keep and trying to fix things that were broken or needing of repainting etc, the maintenance team were brilliant - my bath tub plug wouldn't open one evening, they came within 15 minutes and fixed it for me.
All in all, this was a good enjoyable holiday for the price. Lots of children there and 3 pool right next to each other, I particularly liked that there was lifeguards by each pool and by the sea on the beach. The staff were all very friendly and full of smiles.

This hotel deserves no more three stars. We booked a room for 5 people, yet there was no soap, no shampoo, only one towel for all of us, and not a single working lamp, 4 beds instead of 5. Restaurant in the norm with delicious and varied food. A clean pool and private beach with party every night for children. Briefly, medium level and we hope will improve its services in the future.

El Mouradi Club Kantaoui is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in wish I could give no stars. From the moment we arrived there was no proper welcome, no explanation about the hotel, where to go, or what to do — nothing to make guests feel comfortable. Within the first 24 hours, I had to change rooms four times because every single one was filthy or broken — dirty bathtubs, broken curtains, lights that didn’t work, and even ants crawling around the toilet and bathtub. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. As well as bedding left stripped for hours.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate properly. Something as simple as asking for extra towels turned into a nightmare — they didn’t even keep enough towels for guests, which is ridiculous and the first time I’ve ever heard of a hotel running out. At meal times, they never once asked if guests had allergies or dietary requirements — shocking and dangerous for anyone with health conditions. On Love Holidays, this hotel was never described as a “local” hotel, but in reality it was full of groups of Algerian men who stared constantly and left the place dirty. The whole environment felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
The buffet was beyond a joke — messy, overcrowded, and unhygienic. Guests were literally grown men fighting over chicken nuggets and cake, people pushing and shoving to get food, and tables left filthy. Drinks were watered down and awful.
The spa experience was just as bad — the masseuse coughed directly in my friend’s face, had long dirty nails, and instead of creating a calm atmosphere, she was chatting to other staff members during the massage. My friend was left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and not relaxed at all. It was unprofessional and unhygienic from start to finish.
This hotel is run-down, dirty, unsafe, and falsely advertised. There is no standard of cleanliness, no proper communication from staff, and no care for guests. The only good thing about this holiday was when it ended and I finally came back home.
⚠️ IF YOU SEE THIS HOTEL ON LOVE HOLIDAYS WEBSITE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. It is a massive regret and a complete waste of money

So disappointed and such a waste of money. All the reviews saying this was a great holiday must be paid for as this hotel is dreadful. I wouldn’t mind if the rooms were dated / not as new however they were filthy and stained with a broken stool that tipped over when you sat on it, broken curtain, broken shower pole, no essentials, we even had to buy our own loo roll, certainly not 4 star. We complained at reception twice and were told they will send someone up and then didn’t, the male staff are very predatory and approached us constantly asking us for phone numbers or instagram. Felt so unsafe and uncomfortable, absolute waste of money. The dining hall was feral, dirty and stained tables and none of the food labeled so if you have allergies or are vegetarian stay well away.
