We enjoyed our stay here overall. The location was fantastic and perfect for watching sunsets, and the rooms were clean on the surface. There were a few signs of wear and tear, like some marks on the walls and furniture and slightly dusty skirting boards, but nothing major. The spa and gym were excellent, and I really appreciated their sunbed policy — you can ask a bar staff member to remove towels left for over 30 minutes, which makes it much fairer for everyone. Breakfast was also great with a wide selection to choose from.
The biggest disappointment for us was the infinity pool area. Considering how many guests the hotel can accommodate, having only around 10 free sunbeds on the rooftop is really not enough. The rest are Balinese beds that come with an additional charge, which felt unfair and a bit like a cash grab — especially when you’ve already spent a lot on the room and specifically chosen the hotel for the infinity pool and views. At this price point, you would reasonably expect enough sunbeds to be available for guests without an extra fee.
One other downside was the noise. A bit of noise from outside is expected given the prime location, but the noise inside the hotel was really disruptive. None of the doors seemed to close properly, so you had to slam them to shut them, which meant early risers were waking us up and we were probably waking others when returning late at night. You could hear every conversation and every person walking past your room, which made it difficult to fully relax. I’m not sure if it’s due to the door design or gaps underneath them, but the soundproofing definitely needs improvement.

We absolutely loved staying here. What an amazing location. Our highlight was the adults only pool on the roof top - fantastic views. We were here for 5 days, easy access to boat hire for days trips, car hire next door so we could explore the island… 10/10 experience. Breakfast each morning was also handy - included with room cost.

Lovely hotel in a central location overlooking the beach. We booked a superior room which had a lateral sea view - definitely worth the extra money. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The staff are all friendly. You can buy a green water bottle at the bar for 6 euros which then gives you free water refills at the bars - well worth it! The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, this is for adults only. We paid for a balinese bed every day, it costs 60 euros a day however you get 40 euros credit to use on food and drink at the rooftop bar. Absolutely worth the money as there aren't many sunbeds on the rooftop terrace. There is also a pool on the terrace which was amazing. We'd definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was amazing. There were so nice and welcoming and realy made our holiday. We had an issue with our rooms being far apart and they fixed it the next day. The place is so clean along with the included spa. The hotel is right across the beach with wonderful restaurants around. The breakfast was lovely and never felt crowded. The best part had to be the roof top pool and lounge. The bar closes at 11 but you can stay as long as you want. The prices are reasonable. And if you're interested you can see the big dipper (star constellation) from there!

We had an amazing stay at H10 Casa del Mar. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to Room 368 – it came with a private terrace, sun loungers, a beautiful sky bed, and a direct view of the sea. Absolutely perfect for relaxing!
The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, both in the morning and evening – there was something for every taste. One of the highlights was the adults-only area on the rooftop: a peaceful space with a pool and a bar, ideal for unwinding.
One small downside was that the hotel is very family-friendly, so there were quite a lot of children around, especially in the main pool and dining areas. If you’re looking for complete tranquility, it’s good to know in advance – although the rooftop adults-only zone provides a great escape.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with thoughtful details, friendly service, and an unbeatable location. We would gladly come back anytime!
