The hotel is truly wonderful. It offers beautiful views, has a modern design, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I would especially like to mention the thoughtful birthday gift from the hotel — a bottle of prosecco — which made my stay even more special. The view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the sea at sunset.
The breakfasts were also very delicious and definitely a highlight of the stay.
Daily housekeeping was also a big plus, and the hotel has a spa, which is a great bonus for relaxation.
However, there were a few downsides. The cleaning was not always thorough, and it felt like the room hadn’t had a proper deep cleaning in quite some time. Towels were changed occasionally, but the bed linen was not, which is a significant drawback.
Despite these issues, I would definitely return to this hotel. The advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages. I would also come back just for their toiletries — the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion completely won me over.

Visited H10 Casa del Mar for 4 nights in April 2026. The hotel is very well located with beachfront location and is close to all bars/restaurants and shops. Hotel and rooms/facilities are modern and to a high standard. We loved having option of indoor pool with sauna and gym as it was slightly too cold for outdoor pool. Both outdoor pools looked fantastic though! We opted for breakfast, the choice of food and quality was excellent. Best buffet breakfast ive had when on holiday! We spent an afternoon at the rooftop section was which provided the most stunning views and infinity pool overlooking the beach. Drinks were lovely!
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We got a complimentary upgrade to our room to a side sea view which was a nice touch and a bottle of prosecco as it was my sisters birthday which was very kind.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Amazing experience staying at the H10 Hotel. Rooms were clean and the restaurant served such great food every evening. We had a great time and will for sure come back when we are visiting Santa Ponsa! Highly recommended!

First of all, special thanks to the main animator Juan! Our son really enjoyed his program, and the whole family had good time with him. Also thanks to Macarena for the sports activies and Carlos for the great service in the restaurant!
The hotel was great in general, good value for money. The buffet restaurant was good quality with varied options every day and excellent service.
The spa and saunas were a disappointment instead, there’s only one small pool and not so well maintained sauna.
The gym is clean and has some modern equipment, but is is very small and has limited options for strenght training. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work.
Location is excellent, apart from the road right in front of the hotel.
In total our experience was very good, although there are small things that could be done better. One of which was excessive use of parfums around the hotel, which we found a little bit disturbing.

First holiday abroad and staff have been so welcoming and polite from arriving. Reception staff are so helpful and give recommendations for restaurants etc in the area. Bar and restaurant staff are also very polite, talkative and welcoming.
Plenty of space near pool, hotel is very clean, air con was a god send, plenty of choices for food in hotel aswell and all been amazing. Nights were so peaceful and balcony was amazing to just chill on with a few drinks.
