I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The facilities are excellent, good air-conditioning, with swimming pools, bar, and entertainment options. The breakfast was especially impressive — there was such a wide variety of delicious choices, and everything was fresh and well presented.
A special thank you to Dennis at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and helpful. He gave me a great welcome, introduced me to the hotel and its facilities, and kindly helped me store my luggage. When he noticed that I had arrived hot and sweaty, he even contacted the cleaning staff and did his best to have my room cleaned as quickly as possible. His thoughtfulness and genuine care really made me feel welcome.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great facilities, excellent breakfast, and wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Grupotel Marítimo and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location of our room was absolutely terrible. It was extremely noisy because we could constantly hear the kitchen from the dining area, and the room was located directly next to a very busy main road.
There was also a very unpleasant smell on the balcony on many occasions, which made it impossible to relax outside.
The rooms are incredibly poorly insulated. During the first two nights, I could barely sleep because I could hear every door slamming, every shower being used by neighboring guests, and even the loud water pipes throughout the building.
To make matters worse, I was greeted very rudely at the reception when I asked if it would be possible to change rooms.
Regarding the dinner package that I paid extra for, I was initially told that the charges would simply be assigned to my room number and settled at the end of my stay. However, this morning, a waiter approached me and asked why I had not paid for my dinner the previous evening. This was both embarrassing and completely unprofessional, especially since I had followed the instructions given to me by the hotel staff.
Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. Between the noise, the unpleasant odors, the lack of sleep, the unfriendly service, and the poor communication among staff members, I can confidently say that I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant stay at Grupotel Marítimo. Hotel’s infrastructure is great, with several outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, bar, and even a co-working space. We did spend most of our days out and didn’t fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities but were positively surprised. Staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. Only downside was our shower leaked and the bathroom floor got super wet, but we noticed it at the end of our stay and decided not to ask for a room change. Location is excellent, at just a few minutes walking from one of the best sections of Playa de Muro, and conveniently close to a bus station. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants at walking distance as well. Would definitely come back!

Great experience. The service was excellent, always very kind. I liked that beach towels were provided.
The hotel is 3 blocks away from the beach.
The rooms are clean, with nice space and count with all the necessary.
The breakfast has plenty of options. Coffee from coffee machines could be improved.

I stayed at the hotel from July 29 to August 3, 2026, and personally, I have no negative criticics regarding the establishment. Everything was excellent, from the housekeeping services and the hotel's indoor and outdoor areas to the comfort of the rooms (I stayed in room 226B) and the variety of food at the buffet. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff, everyone I encountered was very pleasant, particularly Mr. Isidoro from the buffet, who was always fun and available whenever we needed anything during meals. Also, I want to mention the excellent choice of performers for the shows at the bar, specifically the artist Maritza, who delivered an incredible performance.
