I was unable to locate the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel on the first day. I called the hotel and they did not give clear instructions telling me to go to the bus. I asked a bus driver of the brand they said and he did not speak English, so I showed him the voucher with no resolution. Turned out the bus company had changed their name and the documents I had from the hotel were an old name, so I spent an hour in the heat trying to find the bus and ended up taking a taxi at 4x the price. When I got to the hotel the reception said “Everyone else managed to find the bus” when she asked me if I had found it and I told her no.
Rooms are clean and housekeeping was very nice, but the walls are very thin and the patio door does not keep out sound, and there is a lot of noise outside from close buildings and a loud club next door. Only having a shampoo/body soap dispenser in the shower is less than I expected.
My room was directly across from a house where a man slept on the porch across from me, and the house partied till late morning, so I never used the porch at all.
We got half board, but mostly only ate breakfast, as the dinners you can get outside on the beach are price comparable and better quality. Also any drink with dinner cost extra, including water. The staff were very nice in the dinning hall. We went to the provided entertainment one night for a Cuban singer and it was not great, but the drinks were good.

I had a wonderful stay at Grupotel Farrutx in Can Picafort, Spain. From the very beginning, I was very satisfied with the service and the kindness of the staff, who were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help.
The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the beach and all essential amenities, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.
The food was delicious and varied, with fresh options available every day, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was calm and pleasant. All in all, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in Can Picafort.
I was very satisfied with my entire stay and would gladly return again.💙

My wife and stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2026 and had a lovely vacation.
On arrival we were greeted by Jose on the reception and although it was 9pm he was very professional and efficient getting us checked in .
He insisted on delivering our luggage to our room which was on the third floor and accessible as my wife has mobility issues.
Our cleaner Carmen was a lovely lady and our room was immaculate and towels change everyday.
Pepe the pool barman always greeted you with a smile and is an asset to the Grupotel Farrutx.
The young lady life guard whose name I can’t remember was a really polite and friendly girl and hard working.
All round our stay was excellent and not the usual rush for sunbeds in morning.
We were b&b and the Becky was always well presented and tasty.
One thing that I find disgraceful was the amount of guest whole stole food from the restaurant at breakfast. Bed and breakfast doesn’t mean including stealing as much food as possible for the whole day. If you are one of the people doing this you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.
So to all the staff at Grupotel Farrutx on behalf of my wife and I we Thankyou for a lovely vacation

Very small rooms. Not 21m² as stated. 16 max the room. The rest is bathroom and balcony. Small for 2 people. The staff at the reception not very helpful. Plus on the 2nd building, just 1 elevator for 100 rooms or more. Not working when we checked out since the evening. Not repaired in the morning. It didn't deserve 4 stars. The breakfast is decent.

Pretty basic hotel, should be a 3 star.
Food is great and that is a big plus
Rooms are pretty small
Fridge was not working but they fixed it.
Still doesn’t cool drinks as much as it should so yeah…
Also toilet was broken, when you flush it keeps flushing forever.
They charge for drinks during dinner and the prices are overpriced. 1 water 3 euro.
Reception and cleaning staff are kind.
Restaurant staff need to learn manners.
One guy specifically, i see others have mentioned him in reviews also, thin middle aged man with slicked back hair, no manners, he should not work with customers with that attitude.
Also a big downside, the bathroom doors in the hotel rooms are not real doors but just a glass panel that slides so everyone can hear see and smell what is going on in the bathroom.
Breakfast is 10/10
Location is great, pretty beach walking distance
Rent a car close by to grab a vehicle and explore the island.
