Not bad at all. The hotel room is similar to that of a Travelodge or IBIS but weirdly the actual hotel is big, posh and clean. Staff were great, very accommodating. Only thing that bothered us was that our AC was broken all week until the last day 😅 very hard in 37degree heat!
The pool was clean and the pool bar was good, slightly expensive. Lovely waiter who had banter with everyone.
The food is varied and there's a spa on the same floor as the restaurant, lovely.
You will struggle if you want silence though as there are lots of clubs and bars who play music until 1 or 2am but the doors block it out well

Well the rooms were clean apart from having bird poo on my balcony,
Breakfast was fairly good
Pool was nice but around the side of the pool had bird poo and was not clean down , also on some of the sun beds which was not clean down.
But the service was good and could not fault this.

Very nice hotel. Eight floor views were awesome. Breakfast and dinner had a big variety of options, every dish was delicious. Nice swimmingpool. Not far from the beach

Amazing hotel
Location is great, at a city center 5 minutes walk from Blue flag, Can Picafort beach, and 15 minutes walk to the beginning of famous Playa de Muro. Well connected, with public 302 bus with Palma intermodal, also 15 minutes walk. Hotel facilities is also great, room size of 16m2, bathroom and terrace of 9m2 with a side seaview, is big enaugh for two, clean and functional with all you can need. Two good elevators, outdoor pool, jacuzzi and with free sunbeds and sunshade. Spa with sauna, hamam, and indoor pool with hydromassage. Breakfast is tasty and with lot variety, and dinner is even better. Snack bar has variety of snacks from 10 am to 6 pm, and various drinks at very good prices. All stuff is proffesional, quick and kind. There is also live, thematic music nights from 9,30 pm in a poolbar cafe.

OK, a few minor issues , then it's all good.
Rooms , small , 2 single beds pushed together .mattress on both are I think new ? They were as hard as the floor , some people may like this , we didn't.
Other than that , room was fine .
Hotel has a small pool ( inside spa and pool available, steam room etc ) with ( in September ) ample sun beds .
Clean and tidy with bar staff wandering around taking orders for drinks and food .( cash or charge to room, no cards taken)
Drinks and food were exactly the same prices as the bars in the area, so no massive mark up .
Staff were great , speaking more languages than the average English man knew existed .
The hotel is a few streets away from the main bar and beach area , absolutely perfect placement , it's surrounded by residential buildings so the evening entertainment stops at 10 pm weekdays .
If you like German football ...this is the place for you , it's on the bar TV all the time 😀
