Absolutely love it here, third year in a row. All staff very friendly, especially the animacion team. Took part in basically every activity and they are a great laugh. Met some amazing people, and made some great friends. Food is great at the pizzeria, and love the atmosphere at lunch and evening meals, staff and servers are so welcoming when sitting you down and taking your plates. Many thanks!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier. Everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities are spotless, modern, and designed with families in mind — spacious areas and fantastic pools that everyone enjoyed.
The dining experience was excellent. Great variety, high-quality food, and attentive service made every meal a pleasure. There was something for everyone, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all tastes.
The entertainment and activities were a highlight. Our kids had a blast with the daily programs, and the evening shows were fun and engaging for adults too. The animation team was energetic, creative, and truly made a difference.
And finally, the staff — absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

DONT EAT THE FOOD! Hotel itself was nice. Lovely location, plenty of entertainment. However my family all complained off bed stomachs after eating the food from this hotel alone. I stopped eating it after day 1 which was disappointing as we were all inclusive, on our last day I ate it to save our final euros and I’ve been left with horrific food poisoning that’s lasted 4 days now. A lot of food had wrong labels with no list of what was inside and who knows how long it had been sat there. Would go back for the hotel alone just don’t eat from this place!

i first want to say I don’t understand the 1 star reviews? me and my family first came here in 2023 and stayed for a week, we arrived later than expected and there was still someone on reception who welcomed us and gave us food and also some drinks (it was 2am when we arrived) also offered to show us to our room and help with our suitcases, I’m a really bad fussy eater and was worried to go on holiday because I eat next to nothing but each breakfast, lunch and tea and also at the pizzeria offered a wide selection of food including packaged fruit so it stayed fresh and meals were changed every single day was never a repeat. the pools were clean, only problem is you are fighting with people over sun loungers🤷🏽♀️ rooms were cleaned every day and given fresh toliet rolls and fresh sheets, entertainment is great for kids and also for adults aswell, team are always wanting you all to get involved even throughout the day you’ll be asked to join in with activities, beach is a 3-5 min walk and it’s clean and has places to wash off after you’ve been in the sand! you do have to pay for sun lounges but they are for the whole day and they don’t rip you off with the price. I enjoyed the holiday so much we came back in 2024 and all was the same nothing to complain about, we’re having a holiday next year here with my daughter as all my pregnancy I was craving the food😂 people always complaining about cockroaches are the same people who would complain about flies or wasps, it’s not because off hygiene as the hotel is spotless. It’s something that can’t be helped and my whole two times there I seen two😂 stop nit picking over stuff that can’t be helped other than that a fantastic hotel and will be sure to recommend and always recommend this hotel to anybody that will listen

First all all, i cannot understand all the low ratings, they must of been in a totally different hotel, because our holiday here was near perfection.
I had a few qualms about the hotel, after reading a few negative reviews here and there, but for me and my wife this was an excellent holiday and hotel.
First of all the hotel is spotless, rooms were cleaned everyday if you wanted, and the bar and restaurant areas were all run very well.
Food was amazing, again I don't understand the negative comments, I'm a fussy eater, but there was more than enough to eat, from fresh salads to fresh cooked meats and lots of delicious fresh pizza, and lovely spaghetti bolognaise.
Drinks were plentiful and I must of sampled the whole all inclusive menu, but why not.
Bar staff where excellent and some even remembered what drink you had and were already making it as you got to the bar, hardly any queues at the bar neither.
Plenty of places to sit, whether around the pool on sun loungers, chairs or bar stools, or on the solarium on top of the bar.
The beach is literally a 5 minute walk down the road, also plenty of shops around the area to eat and drink and buy gifts.
The WiFi in the hotel was quick and for anyone who wanted it, there is a few English tv channels, to go with the local stations.
The evening entertainment was very good and the team always tried to get everyone involved.
Few things to note, you are given a plastic cup for you stay, to save on recycling this is to be used in the daytime around the pool area, you don't need it at night, there is a local tourist tax, you need to pay when you first checkin at the hotel.
If I had to complain about anything, then plum and/or chopped tomatoes in the morning for breakfast, just to have domething moist, because i cannot eat bsked beans, so just had to have bean juice and also the shower mixer tap in the bathroom had a constant drip every second, but we just put a towel under it and closed the door, but it was a waste of water.
Overall an excellent holiday and we will definitely go back here.
