We had a fantastic family holiday at Globales Palma Nova and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with children.
The food was of really good quality, with plenty of choice at every meal, so there was always something for everyone. The animation team were absolutely fantastic and worked incredibly hard to keep both children and adults entertained throughout the day. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, although it would be even better if there was a bit more variety, as the acts repeat each week.
The location couldn’t be better – you’re just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and everything else you could need, making it perfect for exploring the area.
If I had one small criticism, it would be that there seemed to be a lot of tables around the pool area but not quite enough sun loungers, especially during busy times. However, this certainly didn’t spoil our holiday.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. It’s a great hotel in an excellent location, with friendly staff, great food and an amazing entertainment team. Highly recommended for families!

Wasn't expecting much due to some of the reviews but it has been lovely. The food has been good, a nice selection at each meal. Snack bar is open all day too. Not too busy or rowdy at all and not much towel wars in the morning! Always plenty of beds and umbrellas. Hotel is in a great location, a very short walk into the town. The staff have been very helpful too. The animation team have worked hard each day to get the guests involved with water games, table tennis , pool and darts, particular mention for Andrea!

We had a fantastic experience thanks to Andrea, the Italian entertainer. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and always full of energy. He organizes the daily activities perfectly, making everyone feel welcome and involved, no matter their age.
Andrea has a great sense of humor and creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he truly makes the holiday more enjoyable. You can see that he loves his job and puts his heart into everything he does.
He is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Thank you, Andrea, for making our stay so memorable. We hope to see you again on our next holiday!

My wife and I have just had a fantastic 5 day stay here! Our room was immaculate, the food in the restaurant was brilliant, a great selection of nourishing/healthy restaurant quality food that far surpassed the usual offerings of an all inclusive buffets. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, staff couldn’t be more helpful and you can clearly see how hard they work. We’ve come away really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to come again, thank you!

Big thank you to Andrea and the dreadlock girl as the entertainment was top notch! Also took care of my 7 year old boy with autism! Even made him chicken nuggets specially for him
