I have to admit we were a bit worried because of some reviews, but the hotel pleasantly surprised us. The food selection wasn’t huge, but there was always something tasty to choose from. The afternoon snack by the pool (hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers) was a nice addition. Drinks within the all inclusive were good, although my partner thought they could contain a little more alcohol.
The room was small but well equipped – there was a fridge, TV, clothes rack, and a hairdryer. The bed on wheels sometimes moved a little, but it didn’t affect our sleep. Overall, we felt comfortable.
A big plus was the friendly and helpful staff as well as the entertainment program, such as karaoke, dance shows and flamenco. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The bus stop with regular connections to Palma (about every 20 minutes) is also very close.
Overall, we rate our stay very positively. The only thing that bothered us occasionally was the behavior of some guests, but of course, that is not the hotel’s fault. We would gladly come back again.

Stayed in the first week of September, had a great time. Rooms were clean, all inclusive food was nice, quite at night time, just a 5 minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially the life guard Helen who was very helpful when I experienced a very heavy nose bleed. The animation staff were also lots of fun. Definitely will come back again.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partner’s birthday after reading what seemed like great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very different.
The food was disappointing — often cold with very little choice available. The room itself was quite old-fashioned, though it was at least somewhere to put our heads down at night. We had booked a double room, but instead were given two single beds pushed together, which constantly separated while we were sleeping — not ideal for a couple or elderly.
Most of the staff didn’t really interact with us, and on several occasions when we tried to say hello out of politeness, we were ignored. Whether this was due to a language barrier or simply poor service, it made things feel quite uncomfortable. One man at the bar in particular (Gonazalo) was extremely rude, and I’d advise being cautious when ordering drinks in the evening due to the bad attitude. The only thing that made our experience enjoyable was the company from the other guests, who also shared similar complaints and towards the end it just became laughable that everyone we came across was on the same page .
Overall, I was honestly embarrassed to have surprised my partner with this trip. I have no idea how this hotel is still receiving 5 stars. It’s such a shame, as I trusted the positive reviews, but they turned out to be very misleading. I would not stay here again.

Hotel very nice, great location.
Food tasty, drinks at the bar very good. I subtract one star because the lady lifeguard (older one) intent on surreptitiously looking at guests does it extremely perfidiously and thus difficult to feel comfortable.
Once I smoked an electronic cigarette in an unauthorized place (there was no sign that it is not allowed), the lady instead of politely returning my attention yelled at me and began to tease. I must admit that I was shocked that you can so rudely draw attention to someone.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel from 10th September to 17th and couldn’t fault it. It was an amazing hotel, the rooms were clean, all of the hotel was clean, pool area was perfect and the staff was great. Also the food was good especially the snack bar pizza. I want to say a special thank you to Andrea the entertainment staff he was really friendly and great at the entertainment and also Helen the pool lifeguard also really friendly and looked after my girlfriend when she broke her nail. Overall great hotel and would recommend
