We had a fantastic family holiday at Globales Palma Nova and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with children.
The food was of really good quality, with plenty of choice at every meal, so there was always something for everyone. The animation team were absolutely fantastic and worked incredibly hard to keep both children and adults entertained throughout the day. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, although it would be even better if there was a bit more variety, as the acts repeat each week.
The location couldn’t be better – you’re just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and everything else you could need, making it perfect for exploring the area.
If I had one small criticism, it would be that there seemed to be a lot of tables around the pool area but not quite enough sun loungers, especially during busy times. However, this certainly didn’t spoil our holiday.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. It’s a great hotel in an excellent location, with friendly staff, great food and an amazing entertainment team. Highly recommended for families!

Wasn't expecting much due to some of the reviews but it has been lovely. The food has been good, a nice selection at each meal. Snack bar is open all day too. Not too busy or rowdy at all and not much towel wars in the morning! Always plenty of beds and umbrellas. Hotel is in a great location, a very short walk into the town. The staff have been very helpful too. The animation team have worked hard each day to get the guests involved with water games, table tennis , pool and darts, particular mention for Andrea!

My wife and I have just had a fantastic 5 day stay here! Our room was immaculate, the food in the restaurant was brilliant, a great selection of nourishing/healthy restaurant quality food that far surpassed the usual offerings of an all inclusive buffets. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, staff couldn’t be more helpful and you can clearly see how hard they work. We’ve come away really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to come again, thank you!

Big thank you to Andrea and the dreadlock girl as the entertainment was top notch! Also took care of my 7 year old boy with autism! Even made him chicken nuggets specially for him

Check was easy and front desk staff kind, rooms were ok. But outdated, thin walls, only 1 plug socket, poor AC unit and very noisy.
Food was terrible, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner all were bad. Poor selection, badly cooked food, no seasoning, no love given, desserts were worse than hospital food. No taste at all, all were frozen and bought in.
Churros were greasy, pale and tasteless.
Fruit was rock hard and tasteless.
Lasagne was the worst I’ve ever had.
Cocktails were just syrup and water, not good at all. The orange juice was so bad, we couldn’t drink it.
The bar by pool was ok but even though we were all inclusive, you still need a token to get a drink. Seems like a plan to save more money, cocktails at try is bare were also terrible, syrups and lemonades. No alcohol and no flavour.
No ice creams included in the al inclusive package, not even for the kids.
Pool was nice, beds and outside area very clean and the young chap doing the pool and table tennis competitions was fantastic. Kudos to you.
Overall, not 4 star. At max 3, food was tops 2.
The pizza and burgers in the poll area were so bad, the cakes here was also tasteless and frankly disgusting.
The chefs and the manager need a wake up call, food was that bad.
