For the price the hotel is ok. The rooms are pretty fine, and the cleaning was good. The elevators are super slow 🐌 And there is not enough elevators, so you have to wait a lot for it. The food was OK, and the drinks as well. The cocktails are made of some pre-mix bottles, but tastes ok 🍸
The biggest minus for our family was, that both breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be eaten inside a big cold air-conditioned restaurant room with no possibility to sit outside and enjoy the weather. In our opinion it was very cold and not cozy at all 🥶
The overall service from the staff was good though.

We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and something for everyone to enjoy.
The entertainment team (Carolina,Paul and sofi were absolutely amazing and made our stay extra special. A special mention has to go to Carolina, who was incredible with our toddler. She always took the time to come over and greet us, making us feel so welcome. Our daughter absolutely adored her and would run over excitedly every day to give her cuddles!
Carolina’s kindness, warmth, and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday and created some wonderful memories for our family. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience – we can’t wait to return! 🌞❤️

We had a good 7 days at globales mimosa.
Everything was clean and they had great facilities like the tennis court.
Special thanks to Sofia from the entertainment and Silvia & Layri from the reception who where so nice everytime we came by to play tennis or needed something. they made our stay so much better and personal.
Only bad points where the thin walls and the shower that changed temprature in the room.
Also the lift was slow and the all inclusive menu was poor.
But overall we had a great stay!
You get worth for your money.

Over the past 18 years of traveling, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, if not the worst. This hotel completely ruined not only my vacation but also my overall impression of the island.
The biggest issue was the food. The quality of the meals was very poor. The fish was served without any seasoning, and the meat was so tough that it was almost impossible to cut or chew. For a four star hotel, the selection of food was extremely limited.
The fruit selection was also disappointing. There were usually only a few types of fruit available, and the pineapple and kiwi were often sour and clearly not fresh. What was even more disappointing was seeing leftovers from lunch being reused in salads served at dinner. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to have four stars.
Another major problem was the elevators. There were only two elevators serving a nine story hotel, and they were clearly not enough for the number of guests. During busy hours, the waiting time was very long and the elevators were constantly overcrowded.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also far below expectations. The shower cabin looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time, and the balcony was covered in dust. Some of the towels had stains from foundation and mascara. Plates in the restaurant were sometimes dirty with food residue or lipstick marks, and on several occasions there were small black particles floating inside the drinking glasses.
The area around the hotel was not well maintained either. There was not a single trash bin outside the hotel. We even saw a dead cockroach in the restaurant, and rats were regularly running out of the bushes nearby.
The staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Saying “hello” or “thank you” was often met with complete silence. During service, employees would sometimes chat with each other without even acknowledging the guests. This level of service is simply not what anyone should expect from a four star hotel.
Overall, there were far more negative experiences than positive ones. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever had. I will never consider staying at any Globales hotel again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the standard of a genuine four star property.

Exceptionally clean, food excellent and plenty of choice. Drinks were proper brands, Gordons gin, Smirnoff vodka etc. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and a couple of bars, lovely coffee bar on the beach "Diana Cafe". Bus stop 2 min walk from hotel for bus to Palma. Nobody allowed to put towels on sun beds but there is at least 400 sunbeds. Staff throughout hotel friendly and helpful. We will book to go back.
