We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children.
The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, and having the rooms cleaned every day by the maids with fresh bedding and towels and floor mopped etc made a huge difference, it was such a nice touch and kept everything feeling fresh and comfortable throughout our stay.
The location was ideal, nice and quiet, perfect for travelling with a toddler, but still convenient for getting out and about when we wanted to explore. There’s also a lovely mini market just outside where you can easily pick up essentials, which was incredibly handy.
What really stood out was how child-friendly everything was. There was great entertainment for children, which kept our toddler happy, and the pool and children’s park area was excellent, safe, clean, and perfect for little ones to enjoy.
The staff were all lovely—friendly, helpful, and always approachable, they are all so welcoming and kind on reception, which really our stay feel special.
Overall, a brilliant place for a family getaway. We’d definitely come back!

Great location, couple of mins walk from the square and a few more to the strip. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Great sized balcony. Shower is great - so often in hotels they're useless but this is a nice shower. Pool bar is lively. Really reasonable. Definitely recommend

Nice hotel apartments - went with a family of 5 in late September. There is a kids splash pool and a main pool. There is a bar with snacks / simple meals. The local square is a few mins walk and there is a lovely beach 10m drive away. A lovely location, very easy to spend a couple of days on site and lots of nice places nearby to visit, and with a car there is a huge range of great places to visit.
The staff were mixed - we asked the lifeguard to remove a suspicious brown mess from the slide in the kids pool and he initially refused - he tried to get a different member of staff to do it then after 5m reluctantly did it himself. It turned out it was chocolate ice cream but crazy that he initially refused to do anything about it when we asked him to. One time we ordered fries and after 15m asked where they were, the main bar staff then had a loud argument in spanish with the chef who eventually made them for us reluctantly. My kids got a tummy bug and were being sick for 3 days unfortunately, and once when we asked for new sheets in the evening were told housekeeping was closed. The reception staff were mixed, not particularly helpful/friendly.
However one excellent member of staff was LUKAS. He provided activities for kids and adults, and was very personable, friendly, helpful and engaging with the kids. A man of many talents and languages, he made the whole experience excellent for our children. The activities really broke the days up nicely when having whole days in the hotel, and the was a wide range of activities he put on. He remembered our names from day 1, always looked out to speak to us before starting an activity and made it very easy for our kids of various ages to join in. He also offered great advice on where to go on day trips. Thank you Lukas!

Hi all, i am currently staying in the hotel & been here since sunday 5th october.
1st we arrived early hours & check in was quick & pleasent compared to many others i/we have stayed.
I requested groundfloor via email prior due to mobility & asked to be next to my friend & they paid attention. Rooms on 1st impressions lovely (hermosa) , after settling in, found lack plug sockets & outside porch lights do not work. The toilet/shower is big & are catered for disabled, but could do with toilet roll holder moving to infront or at side nxt to sink , too far behind to reach for disabled. A big long mirror is needed for full length view of oneself . No vanity area to use with mirror or plug sockets, So not really given the stars for this. the pool & bar is directly infront of room (fab) but got to walk all way round hotel to get to it (i have barely been) they do need a gate/entrance just like the rooms round corner where kids pool is, because for families this is a great idea, but although cater for disabled it is a very long walk for myself , but takes moments for the abled bodies.
They have English chanels inc ITV , so can watch Emmerdale👍soaps. Volume low & limited to 45.v low. Wifi is inc throughout . Big tree behind bar blocking sun view, which needs cutting dwn. It is also a bit hilly to walk to town for mobility , so HIRE a scooter! Cheap enough. But can book taxis at reception.
They provide toaster , kettle & essentials, but no cleaning bits except a sponge & cloth & black bags, so think could do with washing up liquid & sweeping brush/mop. They provide hair & body in shower room. They need to put bench outside shower room into shower room for disabled.
Maid service, they only drop towels in & empty bin & bed change once wkly unless necessary. They do not wipe round & The floors were not cleaned only in entrance to room, so floors get bit grubby after few days, especially because there is nothing for us to just potter cleaning with. Spare pillows should be left as i have to sleep sat up almost. The dining chairs in room need re doing, as all peeling away.
I wish was high sunbeds too! Beds pretty comfy, i have 2 beds ! Single & double in room. Open wardrobe area , but i dont have shelving or draws for clothes.
Staff are brilliant, i cannot fault, so pleasant & you get to know by name & always make you feel welcome! They remember our names & what drinks we like.
Early morning 6.40 staff are in to start kitchen by pool/bar & the whole area floors & pool are cleaned every single day! I watch daily as i do not sleep much. Food is very nice too.
Keep net shut on door as cannot close balcony door from outside, as no handles on door to get in, so if do not want flies or unwanted bugs, curtains must be kept closed! Rooms are lovely though & clean & modern enough.
Walls are pretty paper thin, i could hear talking word for word if quite vocal.
If coming on late flight bring your own teabags etc & water can be bought at reception. A little minimarket outside front of hotel , but no cigs or baccie etc.
You get a wrist tag to put money on at reception, as bar only takes card. Flat beach near by .
If you like pubs & bingo , go to The Square , full of pubs & restaurants to eat at & evening turns put on. We had a lovely night.
Paco for food.

We had a nice stay here - the staff are very friendly and efficient (especially the room servicing staff) and the rooms were clean, well-furnished, large and had a very welcome and sunny balcony! I also appreciated the location and beautiful surrounding beaches and coast. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.
I have a few minor and constructive criticisms that would make me give a 5-star review if they are addressed:
- We didn’t have a ‘do not disturb’ sign for our door so got a visit at 09:15 from a very kind and apologetic member of room servicing staff while still in bed! Please provide these in future.
- Please allow guests to leave pool towel deposits on the final bill or by card rather than cash only - I understand the reason and am happy to leave a €10 deposit and €1.50 daily charge for pool towels, but it is very frustrating for guests who do not carry cash!
- Please move the speaker playing the constant music to the other side of the pool. I appreciate you want guests to enjoy the atmosphere (and it’s fun when you’re by the pool!), but it can also be disturbing for others in their rooms.
