Third year to this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing, Angel, the lifeguard was so helpful and professional, making sure that, not only everyone was safe... but had a supply of various inflatables for younger children in the big pool for their enjoyment, and he clearly takes pride in his job. Oliver, on reception was very knowledgeable with advice and recommendations. Alecia at the pool bar was very caring towards us when we were deserted by our grown up children to look after our 3 Grandchildren! (Well, we did offer!). This hotel is perfect for families with small children with excellent entertainment provided by Jan and Lucas, and includes many activities and a kids disco.The location is perfect for a short stroll to the sea and it's many hidden bays and beaches. Local restaurants and within a few minutes walk, with a handy corner shop right outside front door. Nightlife.. probably a 10 minute walk away, however the hotel is situated well away from the hussle and bussle of loud noise..perfect! I recommend a visit to Stepps music bar.. great for karaoke for people like us..who can't sing!

We've had a brilliant week. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed a d the incredibly hardworking staff have been universally helpful. Special shout out to Lucasz who has done a fantastic job keeping the kids (and adults) entertained. I'm not normally one for group entertainment but this was such a great level, something for everyone, lots of variety and no pressure to join. My quiet introverted son even joined in lots of the activities. 100% recommend.

Great location, couple of mins walk from the square and a few more to the strip. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and clean. Great sized balcony. Shower is great - so often in hotels they're useless but this is a nice shower. Pool bar is lively. Really reasonable. Definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel. Very peaceful. Only a 5 minute walk to shops and ten minute walk to the beach. The pool and rooms are very nice. Extremely good service. The waiter Sami was very attentive and kind. He should get a raise

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it, especially for families with young children.
The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, and having the rooms cleaned every day by the maids with fresh bedding and towels and floor mopped etc made a huge difference, it was such a nice touch and kept everything feeling fresh and comfortable throughout our stay.
The location was ideal, nice and quiet, perfect for travelling with a toddler, but still convenient for getting out and about when we wanted to explore. There’s also a lovely mini market just outside where you can easily pick up essentials, which was incredibly handy.
What really stood out was how child-friendly everything was. There was great entertainment for children, which kept our toddler happy, and the pool and children’s park area was excellent, safe, clean, and perfect for little ones to enjoy.
The staff were all lovely—friendly, helpful, and always approachable, they are all so welcoming and kind on reception, which really our stay feel special.
Overall, a brilliant place for a family getaway. We’d definitely come back!
