This hotel is great, can’t really fault it!
Everything is exceptionally clean and smells great, I even saw staff cleaning by the pool before 7am! It looks aesthetically pleasing and pretty with palm trees and bali beds.
The bar has a great selection of cocktails at great prices and the snack bar by the pool was delicious - especially the caesar foccacia!
The room was a great size, again very pretty and clean and nice balcony area. The cleaners were lovely. We also liked that we didn’t have a shared key card and the key to the room is on our wristbands as this made it so much easier if just one person wanted to go back to the room etc.
The reception team were very kind and funny - shoutout to Manuel.
The only negative for me is the sunbeds. I can’t really fault the hotel for this as there are clear rules in place but I noticed almost every day people reserving sunbeds as soon as the doors open at 9am and then disappearing until 12pm or later which I feel is quite selfish, and noticed a few minor arguments of people taking someone’s things off if they had been gone for a long time and then when they return accusing others of taking their beds.. again not necessarily the hotels fault but is annoying!

Would like to have had more entertainment during the day and at night. The service wax amazing. The staff were kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wifi was a little slow. I went all inclusive (not gold) and if you went hold you got named alcohol like Smirnoff. I honesty couldn't taste the difference. Go all inclusive (not gold) not worth the extra money.

We stayed here all inclusive for a week and had the best time!
It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff all work super hard and are very polite!
The hotel has everything you need and more. The food was great, there wasn’t a day where there was nothing you couldn’t eat!
Don’t listen to the negative reviews, people just love a moan. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Globales Cala Bona in Mallorca. What really stood out to me was the exceptional friendliness of the entire staff.
Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or among the housekeeping team, everyone was consistently helpful, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
A special thanks to Manuel at the reception and Esther at the buffet, whose warm and caring attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
The buffet offered a great variety of food and everything was very tasty. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.
It’s rare to experience such consistently friendly service, big compliments to the whole team!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.

Spent a lovely week here. Hotel was spotless and every member of staff were amazing in every way. Atmosphere was very chilled and relaxing. Food was great and plenty of choice especially the desserts. (Which were amazing)My only negatives are that having paid for all inclusive I still had to pay for zero alcohol beer and had a choice of just one cocktail. Also I feel 40 euros for the safe for the week is very expensive considering this is not a budget Hotel with budget prices. However this will not stop me from returning in the future.
