Just returned from our 4th visit to this lovely hotel. Really surprised at the negative reviews but suppose you can't please everyone! Hotel spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Casey and Manuel on reception, Lorrainne, Elizabeth, Soray and Iland in the dining room and Manolo and Maurilio in the bar. Food was good and plentiful but maybe could use snack bar to do omelettes in the mornings. Feel the hotel would be more suited to Adults Only as, apart from the small pool, not much for children to do. Entertainment is hit and miss but plenty of choice in other hotels and bars in resort. Will definitely be back.

Spent a lovely week here. Hotel was spotless and every member of staff were amazing in every way. Atmosphere was very chilled and relaxing. Food was great and plenty of choice especially the desserts. (Which were amazing)My only negatives are that having paid for all inclusive I still had to pay for zero alcohol beer and had a choice of just one cocktail. Also I feel 40 euros for the safe for the week is very expensive considering this is not a budget Hotel with budget prices. However this will not stop me from returning in the future.

Me and my friends have just returned home after a fabulous 2weeks in
This small but perfect hotel. The staff were so friendly special mention to Lorraine (Yorkshire lady) Maurillo so smiley and friendly Claudia in the restuarant but all the staff lovely. We expected Cals Bona to be quiet but
It was busy especially with the football been on. We will come back it was that good.

Lovely stay in a peaceful location with great access to everything
We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quieter, yet still close to everything. The beach is just around the corner, only a 2-minute walk, which was ideal for us. There’s also a handy corner shop nearby that has everything you might need, with very friendly staff.
Getting around is easy too, as there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel if you want to head into Palma for shopping or a change of scenery. The hotel provides bus timetables at reception, which was really helpful. With the buses you just tap on and tap off- don't forget to tap off!
We also enjoyed walking along the beach to Cala Millor, which takes about 10 minutes. There are lots of shops there—clothes, makeup, fragrance, ice cream, and more—so it’s worth having a look around for good deals.
If we were to visit again, we would probably book bed and breakfast, as the breakfast was excellent and there are plenty of good-value restaurants nearby. Alternatively, the Gold all-inclusive package would be worth it for the improved selection of drinks and snacks.
Overall, a great stay and we would definitely consider returning.

What a fabulous holiday!!!!
We stayed here all inclusive for a week and had the best time!
It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff all work super hard and are very polite!
The hotel has everything you need and more. The food was great, there wasn’t a day where there was nothing you couldn’t eat!
Don’t listen to the negative reviews, people just love a moan. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
I can see why people come back each year
