I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant service and food quality were excellent. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and very accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Positives:
• The room and the shower area are spacious and decorated in a modern style
• There are ~8 parking spots at the back of the hotel. Additionally, there are plenty of parking places on the street. (Note: We visited in December)
• The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. We especially like the Balearic corner—with special sausages, olives, and sauce.
• The Christmas lunch menu at the bar was delicious.
Issues:
- (We stayed in December.) There was no room heating. The air conditioning only produces cold or neutral air. No warm air. Therefore, the room was very cold on rainy days.
- In the morning of 26 December, there was no warm water. After calling the reception, 15 minutes later, we found the warm water running by chance. It would have been nice if the reception had informed us.
- The reception staff should inform guests upfront that the pool in the spa room is not heated. We were misled that it was heating up three times.

My Husband booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we were just blown away.
The hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious with a real modern feel. The view from our room was just perfect.
The food was outstanding with plenty of choice, we were bed & breakfast. There was a chef there ready to cook anything in particular you wanted.
The staff are just so lovely, very happy to help and just so welcoming and friendly.
The location is perfect, a stone throw from the beach and all the restaurants, cafés & bars you could want surrounding it.
If you want a perfect romantic get away I'd 100% recommend. We wished we'd stayed longer.

First time staying at this Fergus. Have enjoyed the Bermudas in the past. Glad to enjoy the same great hospitality at this location. Good attentive staff, great breakfast and dinner choices. Clean spacious pool deck. Comfortable rooms with just the facilities you need.
Can’t really fault this hotel. Look forward to booking again in the future.

We had such a lovely time at the hotel for a couple nights for our honeymoon. We actually ended up swapping over to this hotel as our original place was a total bust. The staff were so accommodating getting us into our room early and dropping off goodies to help us celebrate.
The rooms are modern and clean. We loved spending time on our balcony early morning and at sunset. Some reviewers said the rooms were on the small side, but we didn’t find the size to be a bother at all.
Amazing options for the breakfast buffet. No problems getting sun beds at the pool. We loved that we could leave the pool and walk to the beach for our swim breaks.
Pool area itself isn’t mind blowing and we noted that you can hear noise from the street traffic.
Overall, had a fabulous stay and so happy that the staff/hotel could turn our honeymoon experience around!
