We are just back from a 9 night stay as a family group of 9, including my twins who are wheelchair users.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every team member we met was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. We had the best welcome of any holiday yet and the reception staff were always on hand to give us any information we needed and even provided us a kettle for the room.
Without being asked, sun beds were reserved for us so we could access the pool area- the lifeguard was really helpful, in moving shade and finding us a spare umbrella. We never waited for long for a table in the restaurant even though we were a large party and the food was great and varied with a different theme every day. All of the staff made a fuss of the kids and Marina especially was so kind and patient with them.
Nicky and the animation staff went out of their way to include the twins and the kids were all delighted to receive certificates!
The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and friendly. It made such a difference to be in a place where we felt fully supported and included.

antastic Family-Friendly Hotel – Would Definitely Return!
We had a brilliant stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The staff were fantastic with the kids everything was geared towards families. There was a mini disco every evening which our children loved, and later on, extra entertainment for all ages that kept the atmosphere lively and fun.
All the rooms seemed to have balconies, and we stayed in Room 435, which was a good distance from the pool and stage area. I really appreciated this, as I imagine rooms overlooking those areas could get quite noisy in the evenings.
The hotel is all-inclusive with a great buffet setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Between meals, there were snacks available too and best of all, unlimited ice cream that the kids could help themselves to, which was a huge hit!
The location is also excellent. There’s a lovely walk along the seafront that takes you to a beautiful beach bar, and just a 5-minute walk up the hill is the local town, which has all the shops and amenities you might need.
All in all, a great experience. Relaxing for adults, fun for kids, and very well thought out. We’d definitely go back

We just arrived home after a last minute 4 day visit to this hotel. All the recent Great reviews were most definitely lived up too. The staff are a wonderful bunch of People, the best we've had. Andres and his colleagues are incredibly welcoming, attentive and are overall a joyful team who have customer care at the heart of their service. It's clear that everyone at the hotel are proud of their positions which collectively provides a great experience that is hard to beat. The food / drink offering was very impressive and then the pool area is also a great for all of the family. This was our first family holiday with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old. We are looking forward to coming back again In the near future Thank you for the best start to our holiday adventures.

We stayed here as a family group of nine and had a fantastic holiday. The rooms were clean and functional, if a little dated, but they had everything we needed. The beds were made daily, towels changed regularly, and the shampoo/conditioner provided was of good quality (though we did have to ask for them to be replenished). Our suite had a large balcony which was perfect for drying swimwear and towels, as well as relaxing with a drink and snack while enjoying the peace and quiet- and the stunning sea views!
The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and so tranquil. Food was always plentiful, fresh, and varied, with something for everyone- even the fussiest eaters in our group were happy. Staff were welcoming, polite, and always willing to help. A special mention to Marina in the restaurant, who was so kind and thoughtful with our children- they looked forward to seeing her every evening. The bar team were also excellent, keeping the adults topped up with our daily afternoon espresso, always with a smile.
Entertainment in the evenings was varied and enjoyable, with something different each night. The silent disco was a real highlight for our family- we had such a giggle that night! The kids’ mini disco was also great fun, with popular dances and songs that had them parading joyfully around the stage area. One small criticism here is that the stage was only accessible by steps, which made it difficult for the two children in wheelchairs in our group to fully join in.
The location is also fantastic. Just a short walk from the hotel you’ll find souvenir shops and beach essentials, and only 10 minutes up the road is Santa Ponsa centre. The beach there is stunning, with plenty of great bars along the seafront. In the evenings the town comes alive with music, street vendors, and a wonderful atmosphere- our kids loved it.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and gave us a memorable family holiday. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to visit again in the future.

We are 3 days into the holiday, so far the food and service is fantastic! The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, I can not fault them at all! The room is lovely but possibly a bit tight and we are only 1 adult and 2 kids. Getting up at 6am to get a sunbed is tiring, but the amazing staff make up for the cons. We will be back for sure.
