Pros:
+ very clean
+ entertainment
+ buffet while basic, tasty for non dietary needs
+ small indoor pool area great place for kids to have a little sun break.
Cons:
- currently a building site next door (june 26)
- pool half the size it needs to be for amount of rooms, sunbed if you were lucky.
- beach area is really a scape of wasteland and not useable.
- wifi poor and constantly on and off
- NOT celiac, ceoliac, gluten free friendly. Whilst there are options zero cross contamination awareness across all chefs, head chefs etc. Poorly after first meal, sat with family while they ate after that and saw how bad it was when they were making food for others.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at FERGUS Style Cala Blanca Suites, the staff are all so friendly and helpful! Our son has a severe nut and egg allergy and the chef made the effort to came out to speak to us before every meal to tell us what he could and couldn’t have, nothing was too much trouble. The food is really tasty and there are themed nights every night. The restaurant staff are excellent and very efficient, always ensuring tables are quickly cleared and available.
A special shout out to the entertainment staff Nicky and Tarzan they were absolutely fab at keeping both the children and adults entertained.
The rooms and balconies are a really good size for families and the rooms are cleaned daily, cleaning staff are also lovely and very efficient.
We will definitely be back again! Overall lovely family holiday!

Arrived last night we had 4 rooms booked there is 14 of us including kids and elderly granny. We all requested ground floor weeks ago and rooms beside each other. We where put on 4th and 5th floors not beside each other. When we eventually got rooms there was other people in one of the rooms it was so unprofessional us given a key to someone else room at 12 o'clock at night. None of us slept all night with the fear of people entering the room. So far I'm so so disappointed and worried about balcony. We all made a simple request weeks in advance this was ignored. Not the family holiday we expected so far. Let's hope they can fix this mess.

From the first day of our stay, we experienced ongoing issues with one of the lifeguards regarding our 2-year-old son. Initially, I believed he was simply being overly cautious and strict in carrying out his duties. However, it quickly became apparent that my son was being unfairly singled out throughout the holiday.
The lifeguard repeatedly stopped him from entering the pool, constantly reprimanded him, and eventually took away his rubber ring, stating that he was no longer allowed to use it. When I questioned this decision, I was told the ring was “too big,” despite many other children using similar-sized inflatables in the pool without issue.
On another occasion, while my son was sitting quietly on a sun lounger, the lifeguard threw away his apple juice that he had just received from the bar. The final incident occurred when we briefly returned to our room and left our towels and children’s swimwear on our sunbeds. Upon returning, all three towels and two children’s swim outfits had been removed and never recovered. Other guests informed me that they had seen the lifeguard remove them. When I reported this to hotel management, I was simply told that I should not have left the items unattended.
Overall, this created a very uncomfortable and upsetting atmosphere for our family and completely ruined our holiday experience. Unfortunately, we would not return to this hotel.
In addition, there were cockroaches visible on the restaurant floor during meal times, which was extremely unhygienic and concerning.
On a plus the jordi bar staff and the kids club/ entertainment guys where lovely!
The food was also disappointing for what is advertised as a 4-star hotel. Meals appeared to be repeatedly reused and turned into different dishes throughout the day, with very little variety offered. On many occasions, the labels above the food did not match the dishes being served, making it unclear what was actually being offered. While some evenings the food was acceptable, overall the dining experience fell far below expectations.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Exceeded All Expectations!
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how professional, friendly, and genuinely accommodating the staff were. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s clear that they take real pride in providing top-notch service.
The hotel itself is immaculate — spotless from top to bottom, with great attention to detail in every corner. You can tell they’ve really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The food was great, with a huge selection to choose from at every meal. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it — not only for the variety and quality of food and drinks, but also because there are so many extras included that aren’t even mentioned on the website. The minibar being included in the room was a lovely touch!
We also loved the affordable activities available — hiring paddle boards for just €16 an hour was such good value, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is an easy walk from the town centre, yet still feels peaceful and private. The small cove right in front of the hotel is absolutely stunning — perfect for swimming during the day, and the sunsets there are honestly some of the best I’ve ever seen.
All in all, this hotel goes far beyond what you’d expect. Between the amazing staff, the immaculate facilities, and the beautiful setting, it’s an easy 10/10 from us. We’ll definitely be back!
