This Fergus hotel was incredible. I never sleep well away from home, but I slept exceptionally well throughout my stay. This was the perfect bed to use during my first holiday abroad. I have AuDHD and slept like a king!
Shower was superb. It was so good that I had excess water spilling out the shower (my fault), because the water pressure was great. This squashed the common pattern of hotels having poor performing showers. This was a huge quality with this hotel.
Excellent service with cleaning the room after each morning. The staff were fantastic when I asked about the WiFi (very good) and a new fridge. The old fridge was quickly replaced, as it was faulty. 10/10 service from start to finish.
Location is sublime. My brother couldn't have picked a better hotel for my first major holiday away from home. So many memories created as there was plenty of places nearby (eateries, activities, entertainment etc.)
I'd highly recommend this to anyone planning on visiting Mallorca anytime in the future.

Stayed here with my 17 and 11 year old.
From the minute we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. Nothing was ever an issue for them. Was good they even remembered our order from the bar.
No complaints about the food. Stayed 7 nights and each night there was always something different.
Rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily if you asked for it.
With it being a small hotel this suited us very well as it was nice and quiet. My 11 year old basically had the pool to herself.
Special mention to Gabrielle who always made time for us. Always making sure we were happy and putting activities on for the kids to get involved with. Credit to the hotel.
Will definitely be back at some point.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Gabriel was fantastic—very entertaining and really helped make our holiday enjoyable.
The only downside was the evening entertainment. It finished quite early, and the room was too small, making it difficult to find seating. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially since there’s so much outdoor space that could potentially be used to expand the entertainment area.
The food could be improved slightly—an omelette station or freshly made options would have been a great addition.
We also felt the pool could be bigger to better accommodate guests.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service.

Friendly service and comfy beds with in a great location.
We have just spent a week at this hotel booked as a package through jet 2.
A very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ample food for breakfast lunch and dinner( a bit similar every day though and if you want it very fresh get in the restaurant just as it opens). Spacious family room with two large singles as a double and two separate single beds for the kids which is great compared to her normal double z bed you normally get and is the reason we booked this hotel.
The pool was clean big enough for the hotel and there were always sunbeds available during our stay. A lifeguard was always around the pool and the staff cleaned reset the sunbeds routinely throughout the day. The location of the hotel was ideal, a 3 minute walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants and also only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Magaluf. I plan to stay again.

Stayed this hotel September . It is ok basic . Staff were good at bar served quick . People kept falling when I was there even me . It’s a trip hazard hotel . Lot of golfers guests which is fine . Room dated and old . Was fed up of Gabriel asking to review and how to do it . Pressured every day nice guy but did my head in . Food rubbish especially evening cold and rotten. Soup terrible . Good thing it is close to everything . If you want a basic hotel then this is the place you get what you pay for . Was last minute for me as go in July and August to Majorca .
