“Fantastic stay!” Beautiful hotel.
The staff were all very welcoming. Maria from reception did her upmost in helping to keep our spirits high after we lost one of our bags during our airport transfer.
Panos from the bar & restaurant team truly made our holiday, he went above and beyond for us throughout our whole stay providing us with both friendly and professional service……a great character with a warm heart.
The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The food although repetitive at times was very tasty. We were disappointed in having to pay extra (although all inclusive ) for the afternoons snack bar menu.
Definitely do your research on this hotels location before booking as it might not suit if you have any mobility issues. I have MS and although requested for a ground floor room and used the hotels lift where possible I did struggle on some of the days.
We struggled to find a free sun bed by either of the pools. Hired a scooter for 30€ a day which was definitely worth it so ended up discovering the local beaches instead.
It was our first time in Crete and although Koutouloufari was beautiful I think we’ll visit Chania next time.

Great location with plenty places to eat out of you want a change from the buffet dinner/lunch.
The buffet changes each night to a different theme, really nice food. Our room was nice (423) with 2 small balconies and air con in the bedroom and living space.
Service in the hotel was great, really friendly staff and the whole resort is kept nice and clean.
A 15 mins walk to the beach but probably a 25 min walk back for to the hill.
2 pools, one for adults only and one for families. Visiting in Oct meant plenty sunbeds available but I'd imagine in peak times they might be limited.
Lovely place, would come back.

Me and my wife recently stayed here for our honeymoon and we can safely say we will be returning in the future.
We stayed in a sea view room with a private hot tub and sun lounger (other rooms are available) and also stayed all inclusive.
First of all, the hospitality from the staff was amazing, we arrived around 11pm and were greeted at the front gate and taken to reception on a golf cart while our bags were delivered to the room for us while we checked in. After checking in we were shown to the dining area where they had prepared a small selection of food for people checking in late who had missed the dinner times. Every day after that the staff were nothing but excellent, they treated guests like you were the only people there and were so lovely throughout our whole stay. Any issues we had they were sorted there and then, it was amazing. Special shout out to the guys working in the Apollo bar every evening as that's where my wife and I spent most of our time.
Now the hotel itself is equally as fantastic, everywhere you looked from balconies or bars you could see beautiful views of the mountains, sea or the town. Everywhere was kept so clean, tidy and if there was anything out of place, it was corrected extremely quickly.
There are two pools here, one is an adults only pool and the other is for everyone, with it's on pool bar attached.
There are also two dinner locations available on site. One is a buffet which has different variations of food on every night, but also offers breakfast and lunch with this aswell. We did not have a single bad meal throughout our stay either. The other is an al le carte restaurant which is only open on certain days which are made clear when you check in. This again was very beautiful food and would recommend anyone staying here to book in for!
There is also a spa on site which my wife used for an aromatherapy massage and there was nothing but positive reviews of this after her treatment.
The rooftop Apollo bar was our favourite place though, gorgeous views from every seat. A well stocked bar for wines, cocktails and mythos on draught. Heaters and blankets incase you get cold on a night, different entertainment on most nights for everyone to enjoy and also a sports corner, with a giant TV for anyone to request to use during their stay (special shout out for putting the Grimsby town game on for me)
Overall I was blown away by every single aspect of our stay here and we are very much looking forward to booking our next visit here.

We spent our honeymoon at Esperides Resort, and our experience was beyond anything we expected. The team surprised us in the most thoughtful way, leaving us truly speechless. The staff is incredibly friendly.
The food selection was fantastic, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Wonderful people, excellent location, and a perfect place for a honeymoon. We couldn’t have chosen better!

What a lovely place to spend my birthday with my partner and best friend. The weather was awesome, the surroundings were beautiful and the food was great.
And Panos! What can I say… the service that lovely smiley man gave us was incredible. Made my birthday really special.
