Overall I'd give it a very strong 4.4/5. Particularly recommend this for family stays as there are many quality of life optimisations for families with small kids.
We were pleased with our stay and our room as a family of 4. The family pool is great, with 3 options in the same area depending on your kids' comfort with pool depth and size.
Food wise, surprisingly pleased with options and quality, although as a minor point, consistency was not on point. Chicken would sometimes be on the overcooked side, other times just right. The buffed is even surprisingly good.
The quality of the breakfast is not as high as I'd like it, but by no means poor, compared for example to Romanos (Costa Navarino) quality. Could use some improvement, but good quality overall.
The beach is not the best, not terribly expansive or sandy, but the water of Elounda bay make up for it. Activities for kids were also fairly well organised with a bubble show twice during the week we stayed, music etc. All restaurants had children menus.
The room were pleasant and nicely laid out. One issue, perhaps nitpicky, is the lack of drawer space.
Overall would definitely recommend and visit again.

Our stay at Domes of Elounda was absolutely unforgettable. The breathtaking views of Spinalonga Island, the luxurious suites, and the exceptional hospitality made every moment special. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, while the private beach and pools created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations. My stay at Domes of Elounda was, without exaggeration, one of the best hotel experience I have ever had.
What truly stands out is the exceptional level of service. From the moment of check-in to breakfast, dinner, and the bar, the entire team was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay as special and enjoyable as possible. You truly feel that unique Greek hospitality, which makes you want to come back and relive those beautiful moments.
The food at the buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, was outstanding, with excellent quality and a great variety of options. I would especially like to highlight the incredible desserts prepared by the chef — truly some of the best hotel desserts I have ever tried.
Another highlight was the private beach with sunbeds right in front of the sea — beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfect for relaxing.
The view of Spinalonga is simply breathtaking. Whether enjoying the sea during the day or having a cocktail in the evening, it is something you never get tired of.
Overall, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for such a wonderful holiday experience! Everything was truly exceptional, and I would absolutely return again — 100%!

We truly enjoy our stay here at domes of elounda. The rooms are generous, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, facilities (pool, beach, outside gym, kids club) are great and the food is outstanding. My only ask would be to provide more space during peak breakfast and dinner hours: sometimes we had to wait for 30 mins to be seated for breakfast and in the evenings we were unable to make reservations at the time we wanted.

We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a wonderful experience.
We arrived quite late after a long flight followed by a one-hour drive from the airport. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by staff outside the property and escorted to reception for check-in. We were seated in the bar area while they collected our passports and debit/credit card details. While waiting, we were served welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. The entire check-in process took around 20 minutes.
After check-in, we were escorted to our room. Since our room was close to reception, we were walked there instead of being driven. After a long day of travel, and having to manage a few stairs along the way, a ride to the room would have been more appreciated and comfortable.
Once we arrived, the gentleman assisting us explained everything clearly and gave us time to settle in, which we appreciated.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful; very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I would highly recommend taking a tour to explore the resort when you first arrive so you can familiarize yourself with where everything is.
The walk down to the beach is quite steep in parts and rocky, so I would definitely recommend wearing appropriate footwear.
Overall, despite a small inconvenience during arrival, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort is stunning, the staff were welcoming, and we had a great experience. We will definitely be returning in the near future
