We had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency. The check-in with *Tiago at reception* was smooth and welcoming - he was professional, efficient, and set the tone for a great stay. *Room:* Spotless, spacious, and quiet. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were high quality. Everything worked perfectly. *Service:* The staff really made the difference. *Paulina at the bar* was brilliant - great recommendations, friendly service, and made us feel right at home. And *Bader the manager* clearly runs a tight ship; you can tell he cares about guests because the whole team was attentive without being intrusive. *Facilities:* The gym was well-equipped and the outdoor pool area was immaculate. On-site restaurant had great food and solid service. *Value:* Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. Excellent quality and peace of mind. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable accommodation with top-tier service.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The staff was amazing! We had a lovely family suite, but it was one of the few rooms without a balcony. I asked if it was possible to have a room with a balcony and they moved us the next day to an incredible room across the hall with a large balcony where we could watch the sunset. Maria, the manager was so lovely and had many suggestions on where to eat in the area and places to explore. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of loungers. The indoor pool and spa are not finished yet, but they will be a welcome addition when they are finished. The whole hotel has been beautifully redone and the restaurant and bar were wonderful places to relax and enjoy some food. Can't wait to come back!

Very very nice update of former Dom Pedro Vilamoura hotel. Breakfast excellent- rooms light nice fresh and very new. Shower pressure great. Beds excellent. The feeling is luxurious without overdoing it and atmosphere relaxed and a good feel. Lunch great. Had a conference group there with 26 pax and they loved it. Well done Hyatt Regency. Will recommend dearly to other teams.

This hotel recently re-opened and is newly the hyatt regency, and we visited in the months following the re-opening. Obviously, with a new hotel there are still some kinks to work out, but we found it to be a very nice place that seemed to offer very good value. The room was very nice, and offered everything that we needed and ample space. The one downside that I would have to say is that the food outlets seemed to be overpriced, even for a hotel food outlet. Portugal is a rather cheap country, and I understand that hotels will ask for a premium on food, but it was higher than expected. I can recommend if you are staying in the area!

Rooms good, beds very comfortable, bottled water provided daily, rooms cleaned daily. Toiletries provided. Restaurant on site expensive and sadly lacking. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Bar staff surly, however waiting staff, charming.
