I've just returned from a 4 night stay at Hyatt Regency Villamoura The hotel is newly renovated, facilities and rooms are modern with sufficient toiletries and included slippers and robes. The aesthetic and decor is lovely. We were kindly upgraded to a sea facing room on the 5th floor which was beautiful. There are two outdoor pools, main pool and kids pool. Plenty of sun beds, each with a inbuilt shade for face area. There are not as many umbrellas but we didn't ever have a time where we couldn't get one. Very close by to Vilamoura Marina, plenty of shops and restaurants in close walking distance. Breakfast options were great and plentiful; omelette station, plenty of cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and hot food selection. Nespresso coffee machines. Staff in particular were very helpful and friendly. Drinks and service available around the pool bar, prices as expected for a 4 star hotel. There is also a Spar supermarket opposite which is very well stocked. A great base when visiting Vilamoura.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Really clean and good service too. Food is also really good. The only problem is the elevators can take a little time, and the location is not in the center, but it is close to the beach which is really good! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend going here.

This hotel recently re-opened and is newly the hyatt regency, and we visited in the months following the re-opening. Obviously, with a new hotel there are still some kinks to work out, but we found it to be a very nice place that seemed to offer very good value. The room was very nice, and offered everything that we needed and ample space. The one downside that I would have to say is that the food outlets seemed to be overpriced, even for a hotel food outlet. Portugal is a rather cheap country, and I understand that hotels will ask for a premium on food, but it was higher than expected. I can recommend if you are staying in the area!

We had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency. The check-in with *Tiago at reception* was smooth and welcoming - he was professional, efficient, and set the tone for a great stay. *Room:* Spotless, spacious, and quiet. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were high quality. Everything worked perfectly. *Service:* The staff really made the difference. *Paulina at the bar* was brilliant - great recommendations, friendly service, and made us feel right at home. And *Bader the manager* clearly runs a tight ship; you can tell he cares about guests because the whole team was attentive without being intrusive. *Facilities:* The gym was well-equipped and the outdoor pool area was immaculate. On-site restaurant had great food and solid service. *Value:* Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. Excellent quality and peace of mind. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for reliable, comfortable accommodation with top-tier service.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The staff was amazing! We had a lovely family suite, but it was one of the few rooms without a balcony. I asked if it was possible to have a room with a balcony and they moved us the next day to an incredible room across the hall with a large balcony where we could watch the sunset. Maria, the manager was so lovely and had many suggestions on where to eat in the area and places to explore. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of loungers. The indoor pool and spa are not finished yet, but they will be a welcome addition when they are finished. The whole hotel has been beautifully redone and the restaurant and bar were wonderful places to relax and enjoy some food. Can't wait to come back!
