I stayed there for 4 nights and it was incredible, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic and so friendly.
Right 2 minutes walk from the beach, loads of shops and restaurants near by
During my stay i became quite ill and ending up in hospital, the staff were brilliant and very helpful in booking taxis etc.
The rooms were slight dated tho, old furniture and the odd dodgy redecorating jobs is the reason why I only have a 4 star for rooms. The rooms were very conformable and spacious with a large amount of clean board space. The bathroom was lovely, great powerful shower, big bath, nice and clean.
The half board was also great, big buffet for lunch and dinner, mix of western, Asian and Greek dishes. Great selections of pudding, fruits, breads and drinks.
This was mine and my partners anniversary, when I booked I put that it was a special occasion. They asked what the occasion was, I did not expect what happened next. The day of the anniversary, room service left a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses, and a happy anniversary cake. Absolutely incredible gesture from the hotel, unfortunately due to being ill we were unable to eat the cake but the through was amazing and goes to show the level they go to for the customers.
A special shout out to ilias, the amazing staff member who organised the surprise and was just incredible the entire stay. When I told him I would put a review for him he said to say how good all the staff were, just goes to show the great person he is.
I am already planning to visit the hotel again.

We stayed at Mitsis Canvas by Petit Palais for five days, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel itself is a bit dated and could certainly benefit from some refurbishment. A fresh coat of paint and a few updates would go a long way, as you can tell it was once a real standout hotel but is beginning to show its age.
That said, the biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping ladies—was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always smiling, eager to assist, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We initially booked a bed and breakfast package but decided to upgrade to half board, which turned out to be an excellent decision. The food is what you would generally expect from a good hotel buffet, but there is plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Everyone should be able to find something they enjoy.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Elli Beach, Rhodes Old Town, Mandraki Harbour, shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Rhodes.
Overall, while the hotel could use some modernization, the outstanding staff, excellent location, and good value for money made our stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The food is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
The location is perfect. Just a stones throw from the beach, a few minutes walk to both the town centre and beautiful medieval town.
The pool area has a limited amount of loungers but the hotel provides free loungers on the beach so I was never short on finding one. Even around the pool there isnt any crazy nabbing of loungers like some other resorts so if there isn't one available, I found that one often became free in a short time.
The vibe here is relaxed and quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the near future.

Great hotel and a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, and the location was perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
Special thanks go to Anastazja, who truly rose to the occasion. She was extremely professional, kind, and dedicated. Thanks to her, all of our requests were handled quickly, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel can truly be proud to have such an outstanding employee.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will be more than happy to come back again!

Excellent 2 weeks in the hotel, the rooms were cleaned everyday and the standard brilliant, the food was outstanding fresh and good quality and choice, the bar pool side was excellent as well. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and happy, recommended highly, the bar in the evening cheerful and helpful.
Really enjoyed our stay, the life guard kept the beds from being pre booked so everyone had a chance of a bed. Overall a great hotel 5 stars for a 4 star hotel.
