We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Petit Palais in Rhodes and felt very comfortable throughout our holiday, especially as a family with a child.
The hotel was very clean, including the bathroom, and everything we needed was provided. The soap, shower products, towels, and other amenities were all sufficient and regularly maintained.
The food offered something for every taste, and both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. The evening pizzas were especially delicious. Our daughter absolutely loved the pancakes every morning.
A very special thank you to Aida, who worked with incredible kindness and patience by the hot cooking station every morning. Despite the heat and the large number of guests, she always greeted us with a warm smile. Her omelettes and fresh breakfast dishes reminded us of the flavours we enjoy back home in Türkiye, and she made every morning feel familiar and special. We are truly grateful to her wonderful hospitality.
The hotel is also very close to the beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are available, which made everything much easier with a child.
We also really appreciated having entertainment or an activity every evening. The Greek night was our favourite and created such a joyful and memorable atmosphere.
Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, location, entertainment, and especially the warm service from Aida made our stay truly special. We would happily stay here again.

Everything is great, the facilities are fantastic. The breakfast options are good. It would be even better if they had toast. There's a woman named Aida who makes omelets. I honestly don't know how she manages to do it in that heat. She makes hundreds of omelets and is very good at her job. I congratulate her. Also, our pizza chef in the evenings is fantastic.

We stayed at Mitsis Canvas by Petit Palais for five days, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel itself is a bit dated and could certainly benefit from some refurbishment. A fresh coat of paint and a few updates would go a long way, as you can tell it was once a real standout hotel but is beginning to show its age.
That said, the biggest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping ladies—was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They were always smiling, eager to assist, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We initially booked a bed and breakfast package but decided to upgrade to half board, which turned out to be an excellent decision. The food is what you would generally expect from a good hotel buffet, but there is plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Everyone should be able to find something they enjoy.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Elli Beach, Rhodes Old Town, Mandraki Harbour, shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Rhodes.
Overall, while the hotel could use some modernization, the outstanding staff, excellent location, and good value for money made our stay very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The food is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
The location is perfect. Just a stones throw from the beach, a few minutes walk to both the town centre and beautiful medieval town.
The pool area has a limited amount of loungers but the hotel provides free loungers on the beach so I was never short on finding one. Even around the pool there isnt any crazy nabbing of loungers like some other resorts so if there isn't one available, I found that one often became free in a short time.
The vibe here is relaxed and quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the near future.

Great hotel and a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, and the location was perfect. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
Special thanks go to Anastazja, who truly rose to the occasion. She was extremely professional, kind, and dedicated. Thanks to her, all of our requests were handled quickly, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel can truly be proud to have such an outstanding employee.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will be more than happy to come back again!
