What a great weekend at the BQ Augusta Hotel! The location is spot on—close to Palma and the harbour, so it was easy to get everywhere. 🌆
The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the amazing staff. Everyone went above and beyond, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. 🛏️
Special shout-out to Carlos at the pool bar for serving the best Aperol Spritzs all weekend 🍹!

Very well priced for Palma. Decent breakfast, well-sized pool alongside well-proportioned rooms. They could use a few more toiletries in the bathroom and some options in the mini bar. It’s also up a hill so not ideal for those who don’t like climbing them 🙃

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to the restaurant team for their excellent service and delicious food. My little daughter absolutely loved the pasta—it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. It quickly became her favorite meal during our stay.
We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable! 😊🌟

We cannot recommend this hotel. During our stay, valuables went missing in connection with the room cleaning. The poor standard of cleaning, including the fact that there were constantly ants in our room, only made the experience worse.
When we discovered that our belongings were missing and reported it to reception, we were met with a surprisingly cold and dismissive attitude. We were told to wait for the manager, who was supposedly going to be there the following day. However, she never came to speak with us. Instead, she chose to call us when she knew we were already on our way to the airport.
Having valuables go missing from a hotel room is serious enough. The fact that the hotel then failed to take the situation seriously or even make an effort to speak to us in person made the experience even worse.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. The poor housekeeping, the loss of our valuables, and, perhaps most disappointing of all, the way the hotel handled the situation afterwards have left us with a very negative impression. We expected much more professionalism and care from the hotel.

The location is 10mins drive from the center. The rooms were clean but a bit old. The ambience was amazing. Breakfast and dinner available which is good. Staffs are kind. Good place to stay with family. Recommended!
