Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was nice with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it super easy to get around Palma.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and professional attitude really made a difference. The hotel itself was spotless—both the common areas and the room were very clean and well-maintained.
The room was great and clean, with a nice and comfortable bed .
Breakfast service is very good, the selection is quite wide and the overall quality is very good as well. The hotel is near the Porto Pi shopping mall (10 minutes on foot), which is convenient.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience!
The balcony lights remain on all night, with no ability to turn them off.
Some light does slip underneath the curtains, so the rooms can't be pitch-dark. The hotel is located in a hilly area which can be troublesome

Staying for one night before a cruise from the nearby port. Big, modern and clean room, nice view from the terrace. Friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, would book here again for my next cruise.

The hotel is listed as a 4 star , but in reality it would be a decent 3 star, the overall maintenance and cleaning is poor , the breakfast is just basic with industrial food and repetitive which for a night or two you can give it a go. Every service needs to be paid from parking to the safe box ( which in a 4 star hotel can't be admitted)

I spent here about a week due to business reasons at the end of February/beginning of March and can only confirm the positive reviews!
The staff deserves more than 5 stars. They are not only first class in a professional sense, but also on a human level. I unfortunately broke my toe during my trip and was well looked after here. Every day I was asked how I was feeling and I was given ice to cool it down.
The rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious.
The only negative point is the somewhat noisy rooms (you can hear louder conversations in the corridor very well).
There is a gym, but it is very minimally equipped (weight bench with barbell, treadmill, ergometer, that's it). Therefore, I would like to mention this neither positively nor negatively, just for information for anyone looking for some exercise.
All in all, however, I can recommend the hotel and would come back at any time.
