We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to the restaurant team for their excellent service and delicious food. My little daughter absolutely loved the pasta—it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. It quickly became her favorite meal during our stay.

What a great weekend at the BQ Augusta Hotel! The location is spot on—close to Palma and the harbour, so it was easy to get everywhere. 🌆
The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the amazing staff. Everyone went above and beyond, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. 🛏️
Special shout-out to Carlos at the pool bar for serving the best Aperol Spritzs all weekend 🍹!

The location is 10mins drive from the center. The rooms were clean but a bit old. The ambience was amazing. Breakfast and dinner available which is good. Staffs are kind. Good place to stay with family. Recommended!

Don’t ever book this hotel!
There is a man at the reception-usually at the night shift. He is doing everything NOT to help you. He insisted on not opening the car parking door - when we had booked the parking. He kept us waiting in the middle of the night. And his manners of communication are extremely poor to be working in hospitality.
And also the hotel room walls are very thin. We had a loud family with kids at the room just above us, and all the noise from them woke us up at 7 am in the morning. Don’t ever book this hotel if you want to have a peaceful sleep on your holiday
