The hotel is lovely and clean, nice modern style.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The food is great (we were half board), each night there’s a variety which is good if you like to try lots of new food. The pool area is great; there’s a bar, entertainment and the fresh water is lovely.
The only downside may be the location as it’s not very walkable. if you want to spend every day at the beach, I would advise renting a car (you can do this at the hotel which is a great perk). There is a supermarket 5 minutes away as well as a small strip of shops and restaurants- you just have to walk around to spot them as it’s quite a rural area. The hotel offer a free coach service into palma (11-6) a few days a week which is great. They definitely do the best they can to support the location reports. Overall, I would say it’s good value for money. And the people who rate it poorly probably were expecting a 5 start hotel for the price of a 3 star.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area close to a beautiful sunset spot, although you’ll likely need a car to reach most beaches.
Overall, the hotel was good, but not exceptional. The biggest highlight was the staff - especially Moustapha, who was always kind, professional, and eager to help.
The dining room staff were also consistently friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, one blonde lady (in her 30s or 40s) in the reception was quite indifferent almost to the point of being rude, which was disappointing.
The rooms were clean but a little outdated, with poor soundproofing and a noticeable smell. The pool was excellent and one of the best features of the hotel.
The main area for improvement is the food, particularly the desserts. While there was a good variety, all the desserts lacked flavor. Even classics like crème brulee tasted like a boiled egg, and several cakes had a low-quality cream.

I have been staying at this hotel.
, still here for another 3 days. I would recommend it for families . Entertainment is good and particularly mini club is very well structured, Silvia and Viki are very nice with kids .Food is varied and overall good , at times can be repetitive but there is always an option for all the tastes.Location is good if you want to enjoy the swimming pools and all the planned activities, we were aware is not by a sandy beach but we weren’t too disappointed as our little one is not keen for the beach. However you can still reach the beach with buses or the likes and even the city . If I have to make a little observation for improvement, it would be enhance a bit the room cleaning services . Overall the hotel is very clean and very well kept .

I would 100% recommend this hotel because of its great facilities, spacious rooms and tasty food but most of all the guest-oriented mentality and the flexibility of reception staff especially Mr. Mouhcine. They deserve even more than 5 stars!
Top amenities: really big pool, more than enough sunbeds, fun water slides, free shuttle to Palma and Arenal in very nice busses, good food with live cooking. I will definitely come back some time

We only stayed at this hotel for one night before moving to another hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. We found hairs on the bed sheets that clearly did not belong to us, and one of the beds even had a dead bug in the sheets. That immediately made us question how well the room had been cleaned before our arrival.
The beds were also extremely hard, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. On top of that, the air conditioning barely worked, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout the night. We were sweating most of the time despite having the AC running.
Parking was another inconvenience, as we had to park about a block away from the hotel.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. Between the cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, ineffective air conditioning, and inconvenient parking, we would not choose to stay here again.
