Super nice resort, the pool and the slides were amazing, warm welcome and clear explanations from front office.
However, although we informed the staff that our flush was out of order, they didn't send the maintenance or do anything (as a couple, the situation was absolutely awkward).
We had to use the restrooms near the front office although our room was in 6th floor, that was a big issue.
Also, the elevators were super slow, would be a good idea to change the parameters.

I would 100% recommend this hotel because of its great facilities, spacious rooms and tasty food but most of all the guest-oriented mentality and the flexibility of reception staff especially Mr. Mouhcine. They deserve even more than 5 stars!
Top amenities: really big pool, more than enough sunbeds, fun water slides, free shuttle to Palma and Arenal in very nice busses, good food with live cooking. I will definitely come back some time

The biggest issue was the shower. The water kept switching from very hot to cold within seconds, which made it difficult to have a normal shower. It also felt wasteful, since you had to keep the water running just to catch a few seconds of the right temperature. I informed the issue at the reception and I was told this affects all rooms!!
The WiFi in our room was very poor. I reported it twice at reception, but no solution was offered, not even a room change. WiFi in other areas was fine, but that did not help us in the room.
The food was disappointing. At dinner, I often ended up eating the same Asian wok dish, even though I came to Spain expecting to eat local delicacies. You can find something to eat, but only a small portion of the food was good. This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.
The game room was also in bad condition. Many machines had missing parts or not working controls.
Most of the staff were polite and helpful. However, the bar service was slow, and it was often hard to get attention even when it was not busy.
Overall, I would not stay here again unless the price was very low.

We have just got back from 11 days at this great hotel, our family of 10, (6 adults and 4 children aged 2,4,10 and 14). Mouhcine welcomed us and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time and is a credit to the hotel. All staff were good and they provided entertainment and extras for the children every day from candyfloss, foam party, balloon modelling etc. The adult entertainment after the children's disco was brilliant with some great bands/singers. Food - what can I say just brilliant with a theme every night which was superb plus still providing freshly cooked, burgers,pasta, pizza, chips etc etc. Gala night was fabulous. The only slight negative is my son is a Celiac and not many dishes had signage which said what was gf. Only one of the Chefs spoke English he was helpful but busy too, better signage would have been better for all concerned. Pools and facilities were fabulous. Location - you can walk 20 mins to a beautiful cove but very rocky (no sand). Slippy rocks. However, if you wanted the sandy beach there was a free coach from hotel 2 days a week and into Palma 3 days a week. Also bus stop right outside hotel with Regular service. In all we had a fabulous holiday here. A big thank you all and a big thank you to Mouhcine, not sure if he was a Manager but if not I think he certainly should be!!

A very nice place that brilliantly functions as the basis for the trips all over Mallorca. Beside the great location, the buffet breakfast and dinner were great, a good choice of different dishes, and the people are very kind and helpful. I would like to point out Sergio, an Italian guy working in a restaurant, what a nice person. The only question I have about Sergio is: does he ever rest?
