The stuff was always nice and very friendly. The service was perfect. The hotel was always clean. The colleagues that offered SPA and trips were never intrusive. The animation team was animating and always with good mood and accompanied the guests during the differing shows every night. The different restaurants had great offers for all different wishes and desires. There were a lot of different pools for kids and adults. Amazing were also the slides. During snorkeling in the sea we were able to see a lot of different fish and it was simply amazing for the kid and the adults. We had a big family room with a lot of space. WIFI was available in the room, in the hotel area and also at the beach.
All in all: We will for sure come back to this hotel!

It was a good experience, housekeeping was excellent and always on time with a great job.
My experience with the reception staff was not that good. One of the reception employees had a rude attitude toward us. He spoke in a bit high tone of voice and gave the impression that he did not really want to talk to us or help us, and when we politely asked him to change the room, he replied, "you should be grateful that I gave you the rooms early", wich was really disappointed.
Another thing, when we checked out, they wouldn't let us go as they believed that we had hit someone's car, and we've waited for completely 30 minutes while they trying to call the person's car but there was no response from him. So at the end, they allowed us to go while taking my father's number to contact him.
That's the worst thing that happened to us on our stay, and I'm not pleased to it at all and not pleased on how it was handled.
But overall the vacation was great, the food was delicious and varied.
I would suggest a few improvements. My stay was in 4000 category, there wasn't even a couch to sit on or a comfortable chair with a proper back support to work on my laptop so I recommend you to add couch and a table, or at least a comfortable chair, it would really improve the rooms experience.
And also the shows, I would like to more entertaining shows. During my stay, there wasn't a good shows at night. All of it was DJs, dancing and for kids. So it be great to have shows like fire shows and magic shows.
Finally, I want to thank the housekeeping team for doing a great work, and also the staff at the restaurants and bars for there perfect work.
It was a nice vacation. Thanks to everyone who helped to make our stay great and nice🤍✨.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean – everything was well taken care of. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

I really liked the hotel despite the 4*. A huge territory, several water parks, many pools, and the sea. The sea is great, despite the raging wind, we swam in the sea all the time. The water is beautiful. There are a lot of sun beds, you can always find free ones. The food is very varied and delicious. The LaMarch restaurant was especially impressed. The staff is courteous and friendly. We will definitely come again.
