In my opinion and experience this hotel is very overpriced and out of date for what you pay. It’s more like a UK 3 star hotel at best.
The staff are hard work and not very willing to help, everything is a chore.
The rooms have “AC” which is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Beds are uncomfortable. One positive is if you have a sea view room, the view it is beautiful.
The breakfast is a waste of money. We paid for B&B. We only had it once in the hotel due to the poor quality of food and drink. We did find many nice places to go for breakfast and amazing coffee in a lovely coffee shop a short walk away.(Mistral Coffee)
The gym in the hotel is so good if you are into weight lifting, which I am. Very good premium equipment.
I would definitely book with caution and look at the reviews for this hotel. I’m very lucky and stay in hotels all around the world every month with my work. So I feel my review is very fair.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any issues. Everyone did an excellent job, but my favorite was Rafael :) His customer service was pure gold ;) The cleaning staff did their job perfectly, so we had a well-cleaned room throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, but repetitive. Easy access to the sea. Beautiful view from the balcony. The refrigerator and air conditioning in the room were very useful. It's a shame there's no kettle in the room, but I understand that's not standard equipment.

The rooms are of extremely poor quality, badly worn out by time. The layout is terrible — the fact that the bathroom is not separated from the main room is not “style,” as the hotel claims, but a clear flaw. It’s very inconvenient and unpleasant to use.
The biggest downside is the lack of air — there is no ventilation system at all. No proper air conditioning either! Only an old built-in ceiling system that barely cools the room, which is completely insufficient.
The humidity level is extremely high, making clothes damp and creating an overall unpleasant smell.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is very basic, with nothing interesting and very limited choice. The coffee machine produces black water instead of coffee — a complete disaster.
The location is not what I’d call particularly good — it’s really a matter of personal taste.
Two positive aspects of the hotel: the staff are kind and helpful, and surprisingly, the gym is very good.
I strongly do not recommend this place. For this kind of money, people deserve much more. The fair value of such rooms is €50 at most.

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the very kind receptionist, Angel, who helped us with everything we needed. Our first room had a damaged door, so we were given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise after arriving tired at nearly 1 a.m. Throughout our stay, everyone was very friendly. Another night receptionist, Bobby, kindly arranged an extra late check-out for us, so we could keep our room until 9 p.m. for €70. Overall, we had a great experience. The breakfast was just right for us, with options that suited our taste every morning.

Honestly, I really wanted to love this hotel. The location was so close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and the bus to Palma. From the outside the hotel looks amazing , with a pool etc. However, the hotel inside was a different story. Stayed there for 4 nights and found cockroaches in the room on the first night. Let reception , customer services and the booking site know. Nothing was done about it. Was not offered a room change. As it is peak season, could not find a replacement hotel so had to just dead with being in a cockroach infested room which absolutely ruined the holiday. (Especially since I have a phobia of insects) would have been better off sleeping on the beach. Emailed the hotel once we left too and still no one bothered to respond. Was just horrible service and honestly the staff were not helpful at all. The breakfast and food was not good and I had ordered a burger one day and it was just raw. The only positive of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. But I’m sure there are other non cockroach infested hotels that you can stay at that are also close to a beach.
