We had an excellent 4-night stay and were impressed from the moment we arrived. Even with a very late check-in around 3:00 AM, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Communication was easy despite the language difference, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
The hotel is in an ideal location right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to everything you could need. It’s very walkable, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It’s also conveniently located just about 15 minutes from Palma, the marina and boat excursions, and the airport.
We especially enjoyed the pool area, the pool bar, and the complimentary breakfast overlooking the water. Our partial sea view room offered fantastic scenery both during the day and at night.
The spa was another highlight, with a wonderful couples massage and relaxing ocean-view hot tub. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

When we arrived, we realised that the hotel only has 8 parking spaces and not always are available (as well as costs 25€p/d). The lady behind the desk explain where we could find free parking not too far away. The staff in the hotel are INCREDIBLE! Super friendly and helpful!
We got a room with balcony and had lovely views, but unfortunately, every night there were lowlife partying on the beach and that affected our sleep.
The room was very clean. Hotel has swimming pool and direct access to a lovely beach. It's a chain of hotels and you have the option to have dinner there or Masai, which was delicious and service was wonderful 😀

Location is good and the beach access is also good. Food is mediocre and drinks were alright. No drinks are really cold. Room is clean enough, but the king bed is two singles pushed together, air conditioning worked enough to keep the heat off but was loud and ran 24/7 and never got the room to 22c. Staff was as friendly as anywhere and housekeeping was efficient.

My stay was wonderful. A special thanks to Sara and Rafael for making it so memorable. Sara provided excellent service throughout my stay and was always helpful and kind. Rafael was very friendly and even offered me a special birthday drink, which was a lovely surprise. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of Sara and Rafael.

Great hotel in a perfect location. On the beach, close to the city, good bus routes.

Rooms are great
Breakfast buffet looked good but once try it you can see where the budget cuts were made. Terrible coffee, vending orange juice, mostly tasteless fayre.
With a little more tlc on the maintenance and buffet the hotel could be perfect
