Very disappointing experience.
When we arrived for check-in, the receptionist who welcomed us was extremely rude and unhelpful, which immediately gave us a bad first impression. Luckily his supervisor is very good.
Once we got to our room, we found ants inside, the shower was dirty, and the soap dispenser was empty. We had booked a room for five people, but the sofa bed, where one of us was supposed to sleep, hadn’t even been made.
After a long journey, all we wanted was to rest. We asked the reception to have the sofa bed prepared, but despite calling three times, nobody came. We waited for over two and a half hours with no response. Eventually, we had to leave for dinner without being able to rest. Only after stopping by the reception in person again did someone finally come to make the bed.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, the room was not properly prepared or cleaned, and the lack of communication and professionalism made for a very frustrating stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

A very nice property. Lots of room in the apartment. Good kitchen and It had a nice outdoor table and chairs. We were very close to the pool. The only negative thing was a lack of storage for clothes. There was only one closet and no other place to put clothes.

Excellent stay. Very clean, spacious and peaceful location in Albufeira. We stayed in one of the apartments, had overall great experience and could enjoy our stay. Nearby grocery store Spar was perfect for daily needs. Nearby beaches were approx. 15-20 mins walk.

Stayed here in May 26, four of us, very expensive holiday for us.
We arrived, everything was fine but the reception staff need to improve their attitude towards guests.
Four of us got an apartment between two, each.
One apartment we got was perfect apart from ants on the kitchen counters etc.
The other apartment was disgraceful, harsh smell of Bleach which would have affected my partner’s asthma. very dull, not enough light during the day.
We had ants multiple times running around the apartment nearly each day. There was an air bubble on the outside of the door on the ceiling full of water dripping like a leak & that could have ended up bad if it had popped on one of us.
The air conditioning in the sitting room & the main bedroom we stayed in was broken or not functioning properly.
We then requested to move to another apartment which we got & was mentioned to us it was an upgrade and was mentioned it was a “Villa” this was the other side of the complex away from our family.
We got there, it wasn’t a “Villa” it was another bad apartment. it was worse, not much light, didn’t smell pleasant. The swimming pool that they said was right beside this “Villa” was Empty, Under Maintenance.
We went back to the reception request a relocation to a different hotel & they didn’t help much. We got the other apartment back & had to try enjoy the rest of the holiday with this accommodation.
We woke up on the final morning to check out, we walked out of the bedroom and the whole hallway beside the front door on the inside was like a swimming pool, a leak happened over night and soaked the whole apartment. This was a hazard and could have caused a serious injury if it wasn’t first noticed.
This place is an absolute disaster, Nevermind the attitude of the Reception Staff.
Please enjoy your future holiday and save the expense of disaster and book somewhere worth it.

Place and room was unreal, I have to say though when we were checking in and also leaving there was 2 large women with glasses handling reception and check in, never in my life have I met 2 ruder women, unbelievably passive aggressive and full of smart remarks for no reason. Really put a dampener on the end of the holiday.
