We have only been here 4 days, we are very happy with all aspects of the resort. Room clean and well maintained. Pools and Sea are amazing and very accessible for people with mobility issues. Food has a good range of choice and all staff very welcoming and eager to help. Been to spa and had a few treatments- all staff are great.
Definitely would come again.

Very nice resort with a lively atmosphere. The animation team is energetic, friendly, and always keeps guests entertained. The food offers a great variety, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this resort.

Pro’s:
- resort is impeccable
- staff is excellent!
- housekeeping is top notch
- two pools
- house reef
- good selection of food
- real Pepsi and 7up! No post mix!
- good beer included
- good entertainment / musicians at night!
- the cabanas at the pool and beach are great.
- the architecture
- cleanliness
- the cats (don’t pet them)
Con’s:
- it’s a bit of a maze.
- guests are allowed to reserve beds with towels, even though it’s against house rules, it’s NOT enforced. A German man successfully sued recently for no access to sun beds. Although our case wasn’t as extreme as his, it’s still a big problem which gives stress.
- for vegetarians there’s very little choice at the buffet and it often isn’t clear whether it’s vegetarian.
- the airconditioning in the room was somehow not at the ceiling, which ensures the cold doesn’t spread (cold air always descends). So a big design flaw there.
- there’s an all included cocktail menu which basically consists of some mix drinks. There’s enough alcohol in them, so if you want to get drunk, that will happen. But they’re not tasty.
- the animation team would benefit from focusing on kids’ activities.
- if you need to sleep in the dark: the stained glass windows are not covered and you can’t cover them. Sun means light in the room.
Tips:
- drink the paid cocktail menu only. They’re €3 a piece. (I know it’s ridiculous since you think you’re at an all inclusive but this is the only way to get quality)
- you can also pay extra for fresh fruit smoothies. They’re about €4. They also have ice cream. (Again: the all included ice cream is pretty disgusting.) But the paid one is quality and very tasty.
- tip the waiters and staff!
- they have snorkeling equipment for free for the reef. This is great.
Shout outs: Mr. Pizza baker!!! Love!
Mr. Smoothie. Mmm! Kira from animation (not pushy and informative). Muhammed from the Khan bar. Cheers! Housekeeping Towel Artists! Wow!
Special shout out: the vegetarian corner chef. Thank you. Because of you I had something lovely and tasty to eat every lunch and dinner!
All and all this is a good, very pretty resort with great staff and some room for improvement, and some things to take into consideration before going.
