We have just spent a week at arabella on what was a different holiday for us, spending most of our time at the resort as opposed to out on excursions or the dive boats and I must say the animation team has been brilliant In keeping us entertain and making us laugh, a big shout out to Kenzie and Mo in particular.
The hotel food was nice with a couple of speciality restaurants on site, if you go to Al Raouch don't eat all day, there is so much food.
The snorkeling off the beach is superb, so many fish of all shapes, sizes and colours.
The staff cannot do enough to help you.

Beautifull location. Most of the staff is nice and helpfull. Animation and food was a bit of a dissapointment. Also: iced coffee, fresh juices and most of the cocktails are NOT included so you have to pay extra.

Happy to have all the facilities. I am already looking forward to come back again. I was there with my two girls, never felt unsafe. All the staffs were helpful and supportive,
The coral reef snorkelling is out of the world experience. Just few suggestion, the linens, bed sheets and comforter covers needs to be changed fully, it has so many lints that makes the bed and sleep uncomfortable instead of a soft and cozy feeling. The water in the shower area does not pass through the drains, the levelling is not done correctly.

The resort is a little older so there is wear and tear due to the volume of people that have visited it over the years.
The rooms do include a safe and kettle. Air conditioning is also available.
We weren't overly impressed with the food, but there is a variety to choose from so you can find something to eat.
If you're a diver or want to spend time in the ocean, the dive center is on the resort. And they'd walk directly onto the boats and head out to water.
While we were there the spa and gym were closed for renovations.
I would recommend adding more maps to the resort. And the wifi wouldn't reach to most areas of the resort, but use it as a reason to disconnect and enjoy the views of Egypt.

Best hotel experience I ever had.
Great food with a lot of variety.
The animation team was amazing — full of joy and many activities.🥰
One of my friends forgot his phone in the room after we checked out, and we didn’t even realize we had left anything behind. The room service found it, and a couple of hours later we returned to the hotel by chance. The reception spotted us, told us we’d forgotten something, and gave it back to us.
Totally recommend ❤️❤️
