I had a wonderful holiday. I came with my daughter who booked it for us. My daughter said I needed some sun after recently recovering from cancer.
What really made the difference was the amazing and friendly staff. The restaurant manager Alex who goes above and beyond to make his guests welcome. A really charming man and so hard working. Even helping in the restaurant because of staff shortage. Also the A La Carte waiter Elon who is following in Alex footsteps by being equally charming and helpful. Not to forget the lovely helpful girls on reception.
We booked a swim up room and paid extra for our own pool and for drinks and snacks to be brought to us. It was well worth the money.
I have no complaints and would love to come back.

My friend and I had a very relaxing and restful week at this hotel, which is exactly what we needed.
The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
We arrived a few days after the beginning of the season, so the hotel wasn’t full.
I have never been on an all inclusive holiday before, but there was a good variety of food offered. Some guests were unhappy with the temperatures of the food, but we had no complaints.
Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean with a good sized balcony looking over the rooftops out to sea. It was a nice place to enjoy a game of cards before heading to the restaurant for dinner.
We really enjoyed the evening entertainment. The highlights for us were the trio of singers, the Greek dancers and the band. All very good and engaging with the guests.
The location of the hotel is a little isolated, but it fulfilled our criteria.
Frederico from the entertainment team is an asset to the hotel.

I recently stayed here for a week with my mum and we had a wonderful time. We had the my favourite club swim up room which was so lovely, clean and peaceful! The staff at this hotel are second to none! They were so friendly and really went the extra mile for you! Food was nice, just your usual standard all inclusive food, but with the pool bar at lunch it added a little extra. The drinks were great also, good cocktails and they also serve ice lattes. It’s in a quieter area with about 5 restaurants near by and about 6 supermarkets and shops. But you’re never far from anything, only a 15 minute drive into zantes main town.
The only issue with this hotel was the à la carte restaurant wasn’t open and as part of the my favourite club we were meant to be able to eat there every night. However the airline provider is processing compensation for this. The hotel seemed to have different management come in towards the end of our stay and they seemed to be making improvements regarding the hotel.
All in all I would come back to this hotel! It really was a lovely holiday. Definitely down to the location and also the friendliness of the staff. Joanna at reception was so lovely. And Alex was also incredible!

I stayed at the AluaSoul Hotel in 2023 and had a brilliant time. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and it's the perfect place to relax and switch off. Being away from the main party areas makes it ideal for anyone looking for a quieter holiday.
If you're an early riser, I highly recommend heading down to the harbour and seafront behind the hotel to watch the sunrise. It's a beautiful way to start the day. If you're lucky with the timing, it's also a fantastic spot to watch a Greek thunderstorm roll in over the sea.
The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. In my opinion, the cooked breakfast options weren't particularly enjoyable, so I tended to stick to the continental selection instead. That said, the hotel more than made up for it with its lunch and evening meals, which offered a great variety of food and something different to enjoy each day.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

I have just spent the most amazing week at this hotel. Everything and everyone was lovely. The staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Food was nice with a wide selection of dishes, salads, desserts and fruit. There is always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and shaded areas. We didn’t do the MFC and honestly don’t regret it as the atmosphere in the main area was better. Our room was nice and cleaned daily. I honestly don’t understand any previous negative comments. The only thing I would recommend they change is the entertainment guy in the daytime. Only ever saw him when he came to the music on which were the same 10 songs repeatedly and once when he introduced himself and told me he didn’t like my name and my football team were bad🤦🏼♀️😂. Overall though I had a great week and definitely will return.
