Perfect holiday for couples wanting a quiet time and in a place with stunning views.
The check in and out was perfect.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, had everything needed for a stay.
The staff were attentive and friendly, at all times.
The food was varied every meal time and was spoilt for choice as to what to eat, but being self service buffet you could have a bit of everything if you wanted.
Enough beds round the pool for everyone who wanted one.
There was a minibus service to and from the local beach daily, couldn’t ask for more.
We had a very pleasant stay.
We will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from it all.
We will definitely be back.

Nice and quiet place to relax. Very nice view of a large bay, with boats, and a couple of islands. Mountains around a few directions, very nice and peaceful. Also, being high up meant the were cool breezes. Staff were friendly, especially the barman and Josh. I think Josh was reception, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the island. Nothing too much trouble for him, and he engaged with guests comfortably. I liked the pool, good depth, interesting shape, and nice temperature. Poolside bar was convenient. I like to see points of interest, such as statues, or sculptures, or fountains or something, but nothing like that, so expect just a tidy hotel, with some grass and the odd nice tree. There was a minibus that ran to the beach 4 times a day, i tended to walk the 2.5km then catch the minibus back. Plenty of boat hire kind of things down at the beach, with a few shops and taverna's. I thought the taxi to Zante (Zakynthos) town was a little expensive, since i was on my own (€35 + tip in 2026, each way.)
Overall good if you want to relax by the pool with unlimited eating/drinking, and especially good that it's adults only, no kids, 😂

What a fantastic place to stay! This was the most relaxing holiday we've ever had.
Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking, right down to the gardener, who kindly offered to help my wife with her suitcase. The hotel rooms and grounds were kept absolutely spotless throughout our stay.
The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the entertainment was excellent. The free shuttle bus to Keri Beach was a great bonus and made getting around very easy.
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be returning!

A very disappointing first trip to Zante, we have stayed in Rhodes and Crete this isn't a 4* hotel. Beautiful setting, staff attentive and food generally good but that's where the positives end. Our first room was dark and very grubby, with spiders along the ceilings and dead bug carcasses in the bathroom they addressed the spiders and said the bugs would be cleared the following day by housekeeping but 2 days later still there. Sought out the rep who had our room changed this was a little better with a bigger area and lighter but ants in the lounge area and in the cups and glasses stood at the teamaking area, so I had to move those. The ants were reported but nothing done. The doors wouldn't shut properly which we felt was needed to avoid the ants getting into bedroom or bathroom and the bathroom window wouldn't shut either. Some rooms have double glazing unfortunately the bathroom window was an old wooden one. We were asked to report back to rep once we'd moved which we did and he actually visited the room to log the issues including mold in the bathroom no fan to take out steam. Bathroom good size but shower.no more than a cupboard in the corner. The rep had told them about the doors and window their response was to send the odd job man who took an angle grinder which could be heard on site into the room and try to reduce the door in situ, no warning to us and when we returned after breakfast to our room he'd left the bathroom and lounge covered in sawdust, it was all over our personal items. Pool area is a lovely setting but sunbeds are terrible and need replacing many collapsing because the stays are broken or strained and some very dirty. Some parasols have seen better days and are torn. An area of the pool flooded nearly daily due to an issue with the pump. Decking area is grubby and the railings are very loose and at times has a smell due to food probably dropping through the gaps. Dining room is basic and no cloth's on tables for evening meal. Cutlery in large baskets for everyone to help themselves. Dining chairs badly worn and even being stuck back together with glue. This hotel needs to be regraded because it needs a lot of attention. This trip was for a special anniversary and just spoilt the occasion. Many.people moaning but got it on a deal so didn't feel they could complain unfortunately had paid brochure price in good faith and have travelled with Tui for many years this is one of the worst accommodations we have stayed in.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were absolutely lovely, as was the food, drinks, and the view!
The WiFi sometimes cut out, but other than that no complaints!
