Our first time at this hotel four adults on half board. On our arrival 2130hrs we were welcomed by Yusif on reception who processed us quickly and efficiently, he told us some cold food had been put aside for us as dinner service had finished (this had been done without us asking). Once we had put our bags in our rooms we headed to the dinning room and again greeted by another member of staff who brought us a full meal (salad, breaded chicken breast and jelly and fruit). We headed off to explore our rooms which were spotlessly clean with crisp bedding, complimentary tea/coffee etc a shower too die for with again complimentary hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Our first full day brought yet more surprises with breakfast you could not want for anything more, from continental, full cooked, cereal and fruit with tea, coffee and fruit juice. Evening meal was again out of this world. bread, cheese, meat, salad bar, hot counter with a fresh cooked griddle with a friendly chef, then the sweet/ desert bar. Fresh fruit, canapé style cakes, jellies, ice cream with an array of toppings and sauces. Every evening is different to a degree with themed foods from around the world.
The outside area with the pool and lounger area is again spotless with comfortable seating for evening entertainment or daytime socialising. The pool is very nice too cool off after a day out or indeed if you like to spend the day in the sun.
It is impossible to single out certain members of staff for commandment as all staff that we came in contact with were so very attentive and focused. All are an absolute credit to the hotel.

Lovely breakfast - good spread of cooked food, cold meats/cheese fruit, pancakes, pastries, cereal etc. nice fruit juices. Decaf coffee too.
Well worth upgrading to the platinum for access to the free drinks and snack buffet available from breakfast until early evening.
Brut, soft and hot drinks available in there.
Platinum also enables access to roof top sun bathing area and pool.
Quiet and peaceful.
No yobos at this hotel! 😁
One issue: we had a localised power cut to the area that we were in.
It only affected the hotel and the area around by 300ft.
There was no power from 10am until 1 am on the last 24 hours of our holiday so no air conditioning, WiFi, cold water, food, power for charging phones etc which is disappointing.
Not the hotel’s fault but also no back power generator to cover the basics.
Minus the power cut, Would highly recommend!!!

Stunning hotel in a fantastic seafront location.
This is a stunning hotel right on the seafront. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it has a real wow factor.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. There's also a small fridge in the room, which is handy for keeping drinks cold.
The pool area has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The big question is always... were there any sunbed wars? Not really. There was no need to get up at 6am and queue to secure a sunbed. Although the pool officially opens at 9am, people started placing towels on beds from around 8:30am. If you head to breakfast at 9am, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a bed. It did get busier as the week went on, so it's worth seeing what it's like on your first day.
The hotel has a policy of removing towels from unattended sunbeds after 30 minutes, but I never actually saw this enforced. I noticed several beds left empty for most of the day, which really needs addressing. One woman reserved four sunbeds every day and was the only person using them until around 4pm.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and a slightly different selection each morning. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, so I can't comment on the evening meals.
The pool bar serves great food at reasonable prices. We had the nachos, which were €12 and came as a huge portion. I'd definitely recommend eating there during the day. Drinks were also reasonably priced, with beer being cheaper than at many of the nearby restaurants.
Now for the downsides. The hotel is only around a nine-minute drive from the airport, which means it's directly under the flight path. If your room is at the rear of the hotel, expect to hear planes taking off throughout the day and night.
There was also a dog barking regularly during the night, which became quite annoying.
Housekeeping starts around 8am, so you'll hear cleaning trolleys moving along the corridors. Our room was at the beginning of the cleaning route, so we had a knock on the door at around 8:30 every morning. Putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door solved that problem.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest restaurants, so be prepared for a short walk if you want to eat outside the hotel.
There are some fantastic places to eat and drink nearby, although many restaurants offer very similar menus. If you're looking for lively sports bars showing live football or other events, this probably isn't the resort for you.
Getting into Palma is easy. The number 35 bus takes around 30 minutes and costs just €4 return for two people, making it excellent value.
The historic Sóller train is an absolute must-do. It's a beautiful railway dating back to 1912 and is well worth the trip.
Do not use the arranged transfer from the airport. The hotel is just 9 mins in a taxi at around €20 so don't sit on a bus waiting.
Overall, we had a lovely stay. It's a beautiful hotel, lovely staff in a lovely, relaxed resort, and we'd happily recommend it.

Stayed June 2025 for a week away from the families! We have stayed many times before, but most recently in 2019, so were curious to see how the refurbishment had worked out.
We were blown away by the changes. The restaurant, lobby, rooms, pool and pool bar have had more than a face lift. The use of space and a modern feel is so much better than before.
My favourite new thing was ordering beers on the app from the sunbed!!
It was so great to see so many staff from 2019 still working at the hotel. The team are so friendly and really want you to have a good stay.
I would recommend the massage with Luk, book in early or before you arrive if you can! We didn't use the gym (!) but that has been totally transformed as well.
The variety of the food in the buffet and for breakfast was great. We found something to eat with no issues and sometimes just had the salads as they were so well done.
It could be difficult to get a sunbed if you're not at the pool by 8:30/9am. Some people were leaving towels on the beds and not returning until the afternoon. It is difficult for the hotel to police this poor behaviour by a minority I think.
Not sure what the rule is for changing your pool towel, but that felt like it wasn't as good as before when you paid a deposit. But it didn't ruin our holiday of course!
We booked one of the Balinese beds as a special treat towards the end of the holiday which is a nice extra.
We had such a great time and met some lovely fellow travellers who were enjoying the hotel and its relaxing vibe. Before we left, we booked our return holiday for 7 days in June 2026 !

It's a nice hotel and it's in a nice semi quiet location compared to most. Breakfast was standard affair, dinner was pretty disappointing most nights. Biggest shame is closing the pool at six. People pretty much only stay at this hotel too simply relax by the pool and considering the time of year and the weather it should be open to nine pm or at the least seven.
