We had such an incredible time at this hotel! It’s the second time I’ve been and this time I brought my partner as last time was a girls trip. The staff are one of the highlights 🙏🏻 Rossuan was such a gem and made us feel really special. Moi & Muhammad were brilliant in the my favourites bar too. And there were so many more people that were great but unfortunately I cannot remember their names. We enjoyed the entertainment a lot, Mike and Gio were brilliant and kept the good vibes going.
The hotel itself is stunning being right on the beach. I highly suggest you go with the my favourites club option as you get a very special breakfast view which is breathtaking. The drinks are always brilliant and the food was even better this time than last year. They seemed to have lots of great options and fun things to try that were new to me like scorpion fish, but also traditional Mediterranean Spanish foods, some international bits, themed dinner nights and always British bits too for fussy eaters (they regularly had fresh fried burgers cooked to order and pizza & chips).
I’m an adventurous eater so loved all the choices.

The hotel itself is really beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay – but we especially have to highlight the amazing team at the Kentia Bar! The atmosphere there every evening was simply fantastic. The bartenders are incredibly friendly, always in a great mood, attentive, and they make excellent drinks. You can immediately tell that they love what they do and genuinely want their guests to have a great time.
A very special thank you to Alfonso, Laura, Luis, and Mahmod– you truly made our vacation unforgettable! It’s rare to experience service that is so warm, professional, and fun at the same time. Because of you, we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a stay at the AluaSoul hotel which is located in Cala Egos.The location is very central and located in a beautiful cove.The water is crystal clear with white sand and located about a minutes walk from the hotel steps.The hotel staff from reception, housekeepers, the the restaurant staff are very attentive and friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that everything is right.The food options change every day and there are even choices for dietary requirements such as gluten free.There are also different milk options ie Almond,lactose free and soya.The food is beautifully laid out and the restaurant is very clean.The hotel has two pool areas.The main pool can get busy but we liked the smaller pool which was a little quieter and had deck chairs if no sun-beds were available.The lifeguard ( sorry no name but from Peru ) was very friendly and welcoming.The housekeepers do a great job in keeping the hotel clean and tidy and again are very friendly.The rooms are bright and airy and have a modern decor.Mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were definitely a plus and the air conditioning was super cold! Evening entertainment was very good and gad the choice of two bars.Overall we were very impressed with the the hotel, and your colleagues who work there are definitely an asset to your brand

Me and my husband spent our 1st wedding anniversary here and had the most beautiful time. The hotel was lovely and the room had the perfect sea view which we loved seeing every morning when we got up. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the Italian restaurant one night and was served by Felix who gave us great service and brought lots of laughs. We would definitely recommend this location and hotel and we hope to come back again!

Our stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
We stayed for 7 nights and although it’s taken us a little while to write this review, the memories are still so vivid.
From the moment we walked into Reception, we were blown away — the first impression was spectacular. The hotel is stunning, and the beach is truly something special. It became one of our favourite parts of the trip: peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mallorca. Everything felt 10/10.
This stay will always hold a special place in our hearts because my husband proposed on our very first night, just before sunset, on the beach. It couldn’t have been more perfect — the setting was quiet, beautiful, and completely ours in that moment.
A huge thank you to Alejandra, who was incredibly helpful during the proposal. She captured videos and photos that we will treasure forever. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our engagement unforgettable.
We also want to mention Alexsis, who was so lovely and made the entertainment so enjoyable, and Nicolau at Reception, who helped my husband organise the beach proposal. Their kindness meant so much to us.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We loved trying the different restaurants on-site, and the buffet was always delicious. The staff greeted us with a smile every day and made every interaction feel warm and effortless.
The beach was amazing — we swam in the clear water and even saw fish. We also met so many lovely people during our stay who became friends, which made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was the best experience we could have wished for and something we will remember forever.
If we get the chance, we would absolutely come back. Highly recommended — 10/10.
