We had a wonderful stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort. It is beautifully located at Cala Egos. Waking up to that view every day felt truly magical. There are many free parking options at the vicinty of the hotel. We enjoyed the My Favorite Club option. It's worth the upgrade. The breakfast is delicious. There's a seperate bar, lounge and pool area. It's all much better quality and less crowded. The service was impeccable. We would like to give a special thanks to the following people who made our stay so much more enjoyable. Layla from housekeeping. Moi, Dario and Mahmud from The Fancy Bar. And Felix, Lorena, Elias, Elwira, Rossuan and Sokhna from the various restaurants (but especially Marea). The service definitely makes this hotel so great!
Some minor cons were that the tapwater and the shower water were salty. Luckily we always got a big bottle of water in our room. It sometimes took a while before we got our drinks at the Terra main restaurant. There are simply a lot more people. So the a-la-carte restaurants are a great alternative. There a quite a few stairs seperating the two buildings. This was no problem for us, but might be more difficult for people with mobility issues.
Overall we highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive holiday in Mallorca.
The all-inclusive experience was fantastic — the food was genuinely great with lots of fresh cooking stations every day, and they were brilliant with allergies and dietary requirements, including gluten free and lactose free options which made everything so easy and stress free.
Our room was perfect, always spotless, and cleaned to a really high standard throughout the stay. The pool area was incredible and the beach being literally a 30 second walk away was amazing — exactly what you picture when you think of a beautiful Mallorca beach.
We also loved that multiple à la carte restaurants were included. We tried both the Italian and the steakhouse and both were excellent.
The spa was also really lovely. It’s small, but had everything you needed including a steam room, sauna, and small pool which were all free to use. We also booked a massage and facial during our stay and both were fantastic.
The entertainment team really made the holiday special too. Evening entertainment was so much fun, especially karaoke and Motown night. During the day there were loads of activities including Pilates, quizzes, sangria making, and even a group sunrise walk to sightseeing spots.
A massive thank you to Mike for organising everything — he was so friendly, welcoming and made every activity genuinely fun. He really helped create such a great atmosphere around the resort.
We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back!

I had a lovely stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort with the half board package. The beach access was amazing and the whole hotel had such a relaxing atmosphere. Marea restaurant was definitely a highlight, it had delicious food and beautiful views. A special thank you to Felix, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our meal giving us local recommendations and helped us pick through the various menu selection. His service really made the experience extra special!

We stayed at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort for 5 nights with my wife, and everything was truly incredible from start to finish.
The hotel itself was beautiful, and the beach was absolutely amazing. It was one of the things we enjoyed the most during our stay, with a very relaxing atmosphere and a perfect setting to disconnect and enjoy Mallorca.
The highlight of our stay was without any doubt the impeccable service we received in the hotel restaurants, especially from Rossuan. He honestly made a huge difference in our experience. From the very first day, he welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and kindness that we immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of.
Rossuan was always attentive to every small detail, always available when we needed something, and always did everything with a genuine smile. It is rare to meet someone who makes service feel so natural and personal. He did not just do his job well, he made us feel genuinely valued as guests, and that is something we will remember.
We would also like to warmly thank Elvira and Eva, who were also working in the restaurants and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They always welcomed us with a smile and made every interaction feel pleasant and easy. Their attention, kindness, and positive attitude really added to the comfort of our stay, and we truly appreciated the way they took care of us.
Overall, it was an extremely memorable experience. The hotel was wonderful, the beach was amazing, and the people made it truly special. We would definitely come back if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a fantastic week stay at this hotel.
It is in a perfect location with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs within a 5-10 minute walk.
The hotel itself (including the bar, restaurant and entertainment team) is sensational. There are two main outdoor pools, as well as direct access to the beach and the sea. There is also a smaller indoor swimming/plunge pool and access to a steam room and a sauna.
The bar and restaurant staff always have a smile on their faces and provide an excellent service at all times. Special shout out to Mahmud who would always remember my drinks order.
The selection of drinks in the all inclusive package is the best I’ve seen, with any drink you could possibly want (including 10+ different cocktails).
The food quality and variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner time is also excellent, with show cooking on offer offering a variety of high quality, fresh dishes. The snack option is also brilliant with a 3 course menu before offered to you to choose which snacks you’d like to eat.
The absolute highlight of the holiday though, was the entertainment. Because it is so early in the season, all of the entertainment during the day and evenings was hosted by one man, Alvaro, and being completely honest, he is one of the most naturally funny, charismatic and best entertainer I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He didn’t just host and provide the daily and evening entertainment, he made a conscious effort to get to know each of the guests individually and it was always natural, never forced, conversation. When hosting, he had the entire place in the palm of his hand. Aluasoul is incredibly lucky to have him.
