An absolutely fantastic stay. The AluaSoul Hotel exceeded all expectations from the beautifully maintained rooms to the stunning surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make our holiday special. The atmosphere is relaxing yet lively with plenty of thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Everything was spotless, the food was delicious and the service was flawless. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended!

I would like to say a massive thank you to the entire team at Alua Sol Mallorca for their friendliness, helpfulness and willing to make our week stay so memorable and enjoyable. All the staff were so hard working - admire their dedication to the role! A few names have been missed, but there were a few standouts from our trip here…
Special mention to the entertainment team, Martin, JJ and Marian, who went above and beyond to build relationships with guests and did all they could to involve everyone in various activities throughout every day. Really made the trip memorable!
Another huge thank you to the bar staff, in particular Pedro, Bader, Edu and Franco who were so hospitable and lovely to talk to each day - truely valuable members of the team! We have loved our whole stay at the resort and would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back soon!
Thank you! ☀️🏖️🍹

TL;DR:
- nice location
- decent service from the staff, especially Ross from Marea who was amazing!
- Absolutely not worth the price.
- Avoid the all inclusive package unless you plan to drink 150€+ worth of booze daily, better off eating outside the hotel for better quality food
- "My Favorite Club" is not worth the upgrade. I only used it for the exclusive breakfast restaurant, the other benefits went unnoticed to me

Booked a 3 night stay with the all - inclusive package in a "My Favorite Club" room and was very disappointed.
I arrived late the first night, around 11pm. Since the bar closed in 30 mins, and the restaurants much earlier, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to grab a drink as well as some snacks at a cold food buffet before finishing check in and heading to my room. It was located in the other building and they kindly drove me over with my bags.
It was all downhill from there.
In the morning I went to the pool area to hang out for the day. Despite being written in the pool rules that "reserving" a Sun chair is forbidden, and unattended Towels will be removed, every chair was taken. I waited in the bar area for an hour + for staff to clear the towels but it never happened. This was true at all 3 pools, including the "My Favorite Club" exclusive pool. Same issue the next day. I shouldn't have to wake up at 7am to be able to have breakfast and then get a spot at the pool.
The all-inclusive package is a rip-off. For my 3 night stay, I was only allowed to book 1 dinner at an a-la-carte restaurant. All other dinners must be had at the main buffet restaurant where the food was just awful. Very much a bland mix of american-ized options like pizza, pasta, etc. Practically no Spanish/local cuisine options. For drinks, you only get very basic options like beer and classic mixed drinks. Anything else is extra. There was also 2 restaurants that are only open 2 days a week, and were of course fully booked when I arrived. Would have been nice to book them before checking in...
Marea for dinner was great, however. Good food and amazing service from Ross! Wish I could have had dinner there every night.
One more note about the all inclusive, planning on having lunch? Hope you can wait until 3. The only place open for lunch is also the buffet. Food at the pool bar is only from 3 to 6pm. Expect to go back to your room to dry off and change as they don't accept swimwear.
Speaking of reservations, everything must be done through their app which barely worked. It was supposed to also have the schedule of activities but always showed "nothing planned today". Requesting any services or amenities also never worked. The opening times of everything in the app were also wrong.
The app also mentions dress codes for the restaurants, but other than the no swimsuit rule, I never saw the other rules (lomg pants, dress shoes, etc) enforced anywhere.
Eventually I found a paper copy of the activity schedule near the pool bar, but it seems this schedule was just a suggestion as some activities either didn't happen, started very early, or late.
The room itself was ok, although there were no Kleenex/tissues which I found very strange. The receptionist gave me what was basically a travel-sized Kleenex box. However, I hope you're a light sleeper because there is practically no soundproofing in the building. You can hear conversations from your neighbours almost perfectly clear, as well as anyone walking through the hall. I had the pleasure of hearing someone singing the "nothing beats a jet2 holiday" advert for a solid hour after getting back from dinner one evening.
Having been to all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Carribean, this was a huge disappointment and downgrade, especially considering having paid the same price for 3 nights as I would have for maybe 5 or 6 back east.
This was my first and last stay at this brand, and potentially any Hyatt all-inclusive that doesn't bear its own name. One would expect much more from something in the "Hyatt" Collection...

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous – stunning location, stylish and spotless rooms (cleaned daily), great food and drinks, and fantastic service. The à la carte restaurants were a brilliant addition and made the experience feel extra special.
Perfect for a relaxing summer getaway, with great entertainment too. The only downsides were the limited sunbeds and loud music from nearby hotels, even in our quieter room – not ideal if you’re after an early night.
Still, we had an amazing time and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!

Spent a total of 4 nights and we had a lovely experience. Rooms were clean and view from room was great looking over the beach and pool area. The food at the hotel is delicious! One night was Spanish Night and the Paella was divine. We also went for an included dinner at Marea and our waiter Ross was attentive, kind and professional. Overall , we enjoyed our stay very much!!
