We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a great pool and beach area and plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily to a high standard, and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful view.
Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. We booked all-inclusive but only used it for breakfast after our first evening meal. The dinner options were quite limited for our tastes, with much of the selection focused on fish and vegetables. If we were to return, we would opt for half board and head into Cala Ratjada for lunch and dinner, where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from.
One aspect that affected our experience, although not something the hotel can control, was the behaviour of some of the other guests. As a younger couple, we often felt uncomfortable due to frequent staring and what appeared to be conversations about us. Even when we made eye contact, the behaviour continued. This contributed to our decision to spend most evenings away from the hotel.
While the facilities, location, and rooms were excellent, younger couples may find the atmosphere less welcoming than other hotels. Overall, a great hotel with superb amenities, but the dining experience and guest atmosphere prevented it from being a perfect stay.

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel, and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for a few more days.
The food was absolutely delicious—the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. There was a huge variety of dishes, and even if I didn’t like everything, I was always able to find several meals that were outstanding at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained. Towels and bed linen were changed whenever needed. The views from the balcony, the pool, and especially the rooftop were absolutely breathtaking. There’s also a jacuzzi on the rooftop, and the whole place truly feels like paradise.
The service was exceptional at every level—from the reception staff, to the restaurant and bar teams, to the entertainment crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
I would especially like to recognize the entertainers Vlado and Nano—they truly deserve a bonus! They made our stay so much more fun and memorable, and our vacation simply wouldn’t have been the same without them. We’d also like to thank Pablo, Christina, Jesus, and Alex. They were all amazing, professional, and genuinely wonderful people.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back someday!

This Hyatt resort needs a serious upgrade. It falls short of the premium experience you’d expect for the price. I trusted the brand but the reality was quite different. The welcome was great from two lovely ladies but reception staff later were hostile. The room had a lovely sea view but was far too small for a premium resort. The beds were joined, creating a gap in the middle and they kept moving. My favourite club was hyped up but offered no real value. The chicken and vegetarian options were limited and food was poorly labelled, which is almost non-negotiable these days. Inconsistent food plates also led to misleading information. Wifi was almost always down and our room phone didn’t work. The air conditioning was a joke. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this as a premium resort. There are better brands that offer consistent quality.

I have just spent a fantastic week at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of variety and everything prepared to a very high standard.
The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and well maintained throughout. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, especially Vladimir and Nanu, who were great guys and kept everyone entertained with their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm.
The pool bar staff also deserve a huge thank you. They worked incredibly hard every day and made some of the best drinks I’ve had on holiday. Their service was always friendly and efficient, even during the busiest times.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would 100% return in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is fantastic, relaxing, and full of positive energy. The food offers a great variety. While there isn’t much red meat, that wasn’t a problem for me because I love seafood, and there were plenty of delicious options every day. If you prefer red meat, there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel with great food at reasonable prices. The all-inclusive package includes a wide selection of drinks, and the spa massage was absolutely perfect. I also highly recommend upgrading to the My Favorite Club, it is definitely worth it. The room on the top floor had an incredible sea view that made the experience even more special.The entire hotel staff was always friendly, helpful, and full of energy. A special thank you to Nano, the entertainment host, who truly is the heart of the hotel. His energy is contagious, and he’s also a very intelligent and kind person. I’d also like to thank Mary, at the pool bar, who was always so sweet, polite, and happy to help with any questions I had. I could write so much more about this hotel because it truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely love to come back 🤍
