An excellent hotel from start to finish!
After an early morning flight and a 2hour transfer, we were greeted by incredibly welcoming reception staff, complete with a refreshing drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch.
The hotel is spotless throughout, with clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic spa area to unwind in.
The buffet restaurant offers a great variety of food, and the chefs and waiting staff are all friendly, attentive, and happy to help.
The staff truly make this hotel special. A special shout-out to Mary at the pool bar for crafting the most 'perfect' cocktails on the island, and to Vladimir from the entertainment team for bringing great energy and keeping guests engaged with optional activities like darts, shuffleboard, ping-pong, and more...with bingo being his personal favourite! 😉

We really enjoyed our stay and we were made to feel very welcome by all staff from the moment we arrived.
The food was vaired and I feel it catered for all. I personally, didnt have a bad meal. The chefs and waiters did a great job and were very helpful.
The hotel facilities were good and the sauna was always turned on when requested.
Special shout out the the entertainment team (Vladimir) single handedly keeping the guests entertained! Keep up the good work, we had a great time!

I simply cannot regard this hotel high enough. I have had the pleasure of staying here over the past week and it has been an incredible experience.
The staff cannot do enough for you, they are always smiling and welcoming and always say hello. Alejandro on the bar always greets you with a smile and Erwin in entertainment remembers you every time. The food is out of this world, freshly cooked right in front of you it caters to everyone and is always fresh and healthy.
Definitely recommend paying a little extra for the My Favourite Club rooms and the facilities that come with it. The views are breathtaking of the bay and out to Cala Ratjada. If you fancy a trip there, the road train or bus is frequent and cheap - the timetables are right outside the hotel.
The evening entertainment is always a hit, with a variety of different impressive acts followed by a quiz.
Please, put this hotel on your bucket list! I can't wait to come back next year, I'll be booking as soon as I get home!!

Not bad if you are looking for more of a hotel rather than wanting an all inclusive resort. The hotel itself is rather small with one smallish outdoor pool and one indoor pool. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and ample space at all times of the day when we visited in April. The room was clean and tidy, modern and comfortable - very comfortable firm bed and we slept great. Amazing views from the room, we stayed on the 7th floor and had amazing views over the ocean which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately the food left much to be desired, only a small spread with limited options and the food was the same every day. The deserts were absolutely terrible, probably the worst that we've had at any hotel. We were bored and tired of the food by day 3. Drinks were also pretty poor, with a lot of cocktails being undrinkable. However bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. Chill areas around the hotel are very limited, especially inside areas by the bar, with most of the seating being in the lobby which felt strange. No ambiance in this area either, with bright white lights and no music, even at night. There was a small 'nightclub' downstairs however it was cold and uncomfortable with plastic seating, and the entertainment acts were dire. Public transport is well connected close by the hotel, and there is a mini-tram, glass bottom boat and a car hire company directly outside the hotel, which were all super convenient. Otherwise, not much going on in the small town with most of the shops looking like they have closed down. Lovely small beaches right on the hotel doorstep which were relatively quiet and had lovely clear blue water, which was great for swimming. We stayed for 5 days and spent a good amount of this time outside of the hotel visiting Palma and other parts of the island - any longer would have been too long. It suited most of our needs, but we wouldn't return.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are excellent, warm and kind. The food selection is excellent, if you are a meat and potatoes person. Then this isnt for you. You have an amazing view of the sea, there is a swimming pool (internal) and sauna. There is a separate swimming pool outside with a tennis court. If you upgrade you access to major club, you get additional features. Shopping is in cala Radjaja, 5minutes taxi or 15minutes by bus. Excellent option go to palma city. Via hire car, express bus 411e or take tourist bus which you can book at reception. If you want quiet and relaxing holiday with music in the evening. This is for you
